I can't really do that because a lot is tweaked, over 100 build.prop lines are added by this zip, just try it out!
Noob question.. but does this work with all kernels? Cause I have CM14 with a custom kernel.
Will it support stock OOS 3.1.0 with Boeffla Kernel?

Edit: Cleaned flashed it with CM13 and the bootanimation doesnt stay up for the whole time the device is booting. It shows for a few seconds and then a blank screen
This has got nothing to do with Android development, I request the OP to transfer this to the proper section.

Fsync toggle:
It's disabled by default. Enabled = stock IO speed while having data integrity; disabled = more IO throughput but less data integrity
echo Y > /sys/module/sync/parameters/fsync_enabled (N to disable and Y to enable)
GPU clock interface:
To check the current GPU frequency:
cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/gpu_oc
To change it:
echo X > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/gpu_oc (change the X with your desired value. Should work up to 750Mhz at least, beyond that is pure madness)

I'm guessing that is a technical term. Maybe someone should add it to the wiki.
On topic: I flashed r1, but am getting a never ending boot animation (not a loop).
Also tried 'fastboot erase cache'. Will report more when I know it.
EDIT: Same thing happens for me each time I try... never ending bootanimation.

I haven't tried other LP ROMs so I don't really know the difference. But i have already mentioned what has been added over stock AOSP.
I'll add kernel info, bugs, and screenshots later on along with BETA 2. And what do you mean by 'special flavour'?
Thanks for the suggestions!

Looking good. Will restore the apps. Restore from TiBu is not working. (A reboot has fixed this )

Honestly i am planning to add a lot of features from KK. But forward porting is being a pain bcoz not only is code change drastic but some of the paths to certain files have also changed. Hence a simple cherry pick is not going to work for deep system level mods. Hence it's taking a lot of time.
ATM i'm working on bringing a network mode toggle to the QS and a vibrate when the other person picks up your call.

Hello, I'm the founder of SaberMod, a after market gcc that allows ROMs and kernels to be compiled with different optimizations such as graphite. I've successfully compiled a unofficial omni ROM with SaberMod changes but I do not own this device. Any testers would be appreciated.

I'm going to try. But as I said in Post #3, sometimes you will need to still flash so you have matching boot-loader, kernel, modem etc.

Hi UITA,

I'll add a link in OP. Might save needless questions again
BTW: All that have downloaded the N920CXXU2BPC7 ROM, I uploaded the odexed version by mistake. I will rename it for now and try upload the de-odexed. But it takes 8 hours if the connection doesn't drop . . . Will try tonight so my internet isn't tied up.
Sorry about this. I am flashing the de-odexed version now for test to make sure OK.
Edit: there are a few issues with de-odex. FC etc. Still testing to look for a work-around. Otherwise stay with odex for now.
Edit2: Keep getting FC on Samsung Keyboard - SysScope - SmartCardManager no matter what de-odex process I use (smali-baksmali or oat2dex) full wipe system & data before flash

@DragonSlayer240 Hi! There is an easier way of deleting the file. Just put the names of the audio files or whole recovery in updater-script.
Here you have a documentation: https://source.android.com/devices/tech/ota/inside_packages
You should focus on delete and delete and delete_recursive. After deleting these files use package_extract_dir to extract your /system and set_metadata_recursive to fix the permissions.
It's really easy and users of your mod wouldn't have to use Solid Explorer etc.
Stock Audio V1.7
New update guys! Stock Audio V1.7 is up
Now you don't need to delete audio folders manually
