I tried to install a new rom on Amoi a862w, and installed it, but when I turn it on I got only black-and-white screen, tried to go again, but again the same thing. I have connected a it on a computer via a USB cable, the phone is formatted by himself, now not even that works, when I connect to the computer, PC recognize the phone as "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" qualcomm download mode, so there is no system on it, is there a program that could use to put on a new system, I've tried over the flash tool, but when I want to throw in a scatter file writes me that scatter file is wrong. Please people help me because I love my cell phone. Sorry for my bad English. I hope that someone will understand
Hello,
I super hard bricked the Phone from my Brother and he need it for work. I flashed the wrong Stock-Rom.
No when I connect the Phone to the Computer it appears as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008.
Is there anywhere an Option to repair it?
Thank you for your attention.

Not sure with LG maybe lgup or 1 of their tools, I saved xiaomi device as long as pc recognises it should be a way, update Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader from device manager and restart pc disabling driver signature varification. I had to put the phone in download mode.Thats best I can do someone with more knowledge will better explain. When PC doesn't find the phone that's the end without special cable, remove any sharp objects near your brother

If you can't re-flash a stock ROM with LG UP, perhaps you can take matters in your own hand. But you have to viod the warranty for this. Also, you have to be able to enter fastboot mode.
Since you are from GB, I assume that you have the European H850, which can be bootloader-unlocked.
If so, you can try the following:
- Unlock bootloader
- Flash TWRP
- Flash the complete 10E ZIP file
I don't know if this works, but if your phone is messed up anyways, you can as well try this before throwing it away.
I can't do anything no charging, no turning on. Nothing. The only thing is that it is recognised as Qualcomm
Fix guide for xiaomi
If it's possible for xiaomi can't see why there isn't a way for lg.

Did you try this
http://www.androidbrick.com/ultimat...agons-are-unbrickable-qhsusb_dload_qpst_qfil/
Sounds like you can use miflash/xiaomi tool for any qualcomm snapdragon device.

Bumping
Yes, but the tool are not for the phone and won't recognise it
you didnt specify what happens when you plug in usb. the only thing you said was that you can do it instead of turning on or anything else.
When i plug in the phone the phone is still dead only the processor will be recognised. I need a tool to flash the software through QHUSB. I found boarddiag but no systemimage.tot File for the phone
Follow these steps:
1. Remove the battery
2. Put back the battery
3. Hold the volume Up and connect the USB
What happens after that? Do you have the "firmware update" screen on your phone or is still death?
Still death

Hey check Windows Certificate Manager (certmgr.msc). Remove ANY Certifications with "USB [something] TEST003" from "Trusted Publishers and Trusted basic certificate something (sorry I have to translate it but it is the 2nd from Current User Directory.
If you have ANY Quallcom drivers (uninstall it).
Find Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 device under Ports (COM & LPT) and note the COMxy port (in my case it is COM3).
the same happened to me, you could solve it if you were telling me how please ...

I think is possible to recover the LG G5 with this tool, but require a full compatible rom in that format, impossible to find.
Here another LG G5 bricked without the "Download" mode screen, only recognizer in USB with "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008".
Galaxy S3 won't turn on but is detected by PC as "relink hs-usb qdloader 9008"
Hi everyone! I was given a Galaxy s3 recently, the SC-06D variant but it doesn't turn on no matter what. It won't boot into recovery or odin mode.
However, when I plug it in the PC its detected as "relink hs-usb qdloader 9008". Is there any way to fix my phone? If so what should I do?
Any help would be appreciated
Looks like the phone is hard bricked. You could try to revive the phone by booting with a boot image from an SD card and then try to flash a stock ROM.
Alternatively, you could try a cell shop that can force flash the stock firmware.
No power at all means only jtag can recover it. Dead phone. Time to upgrade.
However, if your pc is detecting it then the board is alive but may not be in a recognisable state. You might be best looking for a bootloader for that particular board (the same as the factory would use to get the firmware on it in the first place). See this: https://goo.gl/qFcdsF

Will try this method right now. Thanks a lot
Hi,
I have an hard bricked ASUS ZB501KL with the whole eMMC erased, actually very hard bricked shall we say.
Now my phone is recognized as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (it goes automatically in this mode without pressing any button) and whenever I plug in the USB Port(S) I get a BSOD, and that happens on all the PCs I've tried (they don't even boot while the phone is attached), so it may be an hardware problem. In usbdeview the device is shown as deactivated and I can't enable it.
Does anyone know how can I activate it? If so, may it be that my device does not go "legitimately" in this mode because of the completely erased eMMC? Thanks for all your replies...
Red lights blinking when plugged in, shows up as "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E"
Hi,
my Redmi Note 3 (Snapdragon) suddenly stopped working and won't turn on again.
It is from Gearbest and had probably a shop rom installed. I didn't flash any ROM or didn't root it but i checked the "OEM unlock" option in developer options. After that it was bricked (?).
Fastboot doesn't work, it won't turn on (nothing on the screen) and it is recognized in Windows as "Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E" when plugged to the pc. Also the LED blinks constantly in red.
Is this already EDL mode?
I tried to use Mi Flash and it didn't recognize the phone. After manually installing "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" in the device manager Mi flash detects it.
When i try to flash a fastboot rom i get the error "sahara read end error with status: 9".
Also tried to open it and short circuit the testpoint pins. In this moment the device is regognized again but nothing changes and it's exactly like described before.
Is the phone dead or can i try anything else?
Thanks
I can't say fire sure but it seems like a hardware problem and that most likely means that it's dead.
You also posted this in the wrong section. This should be in Q&A/Help section. Not in development.
Try charging it for a while. This also happens when the battery reaches an ultra low power state.
If doesn't work, Boot into edl using test point method and flash fastboot rom.
Try this, it worked for me.

If it doesn't work then try this one.
