I've purhased a nexbox S912 box as I was so impressed with the girlfriends M8S clone.
Problem is that it appears very dark and adjusting the ccontrast/brightness on the tv makes things better but not perfect.
Does anyone have any knowledge on what's causing this? Anyone know of an app allowing control over brightness/contrast transmitted over the hdmi cable?

Hello,
we are looking for video glasses for the i9100. The market seems to boast a variety of PAL/NTSC or S-Video enabled devices, but near to none with digital video input. Have I overlooked a Head Mountable Display?
Sonys hmz-t1 supports HDMI for 799€ but is not portable. It needs a big bulky power- and logicbox for the signal generation.

Hello there,
I am considering buyind a TV box (or stick if any).
Kodi is my priority.
I guess 2G/16G RAM/flash could be enough to play movies in 1080p.
I am going to buy air mouse (or other "giro" equipment) to controll that.
My chices would be Tronsmart Vega S95 Telos ($85), Z4 ($80) or ZIDOO X6 PRO ($109). There might be more
Tronsmart seems to be the most powerful, it has SATA support (nice feature), it does have good opinions here and in other reviews I found.
Is it a good choice? Any alternatives? (budget: ~$100, best qualisy(performance to price ratio is my aim)
I will recommend the S95 which uses a Amlogic S905, since Z4 and X6 and many Octa-cores boxes uses the RK3368 and many are having audio stuttering issue.
Hi all
When i connect my phone to a 4k monitor via the usb-c to hdmi cable i was expecting a nice crisp sharp image but it seems blurry and not sharp at all, anyone else like this too?
No one else has this?
Projection mode is limited to HD according Huawei.
Well that sounds about right, my screen is 4k but i just expected a sharper image
Is it any better when u use mirroring (cable or WLAN)?
It's not exactly the same so maybe this is one way to trouble shoot.
I ordered a controller on Ali Express, can tell you my results in a day or so, assuming it arrives shortly.
Hi, I was just looking to see if there were any boxes that would be worth purchasing. I'm not looking to get an Nvidia Shield as it's too expensive. Just seeing if there's a relatively cheap/inexpensive box that meets my requirements. I'm going to be using Plex as my main source of movie watching, streaming 4K HDR videos with direct stream to the TV box. I don't care if I need a custom rom to achieve it (may even prefer that). I need HD audio out (Dolby TrueHD Atmos and DTS:X) passthrough to my receiver. I won't be able to use an ethernet cable so fast 5Gz wifi speeds is a must (I have gigabit internet at home). And obviously it needs to be able to smoothly play 4K HDR movies. Are there any boxes, amlogic processor types, custom roms that would be able to meet these expectations or is an Nvidia Shield the only answer? Thanks in advance.
I recently upgraded from a Note9 to a S23 Ultra. My Note9's smartview worked perfectly with my LG OLED TV. However, the picture with the S23U's smartview is heavily pixelated, as if the network connection is literally only Kbps-speeds. Nothing other than the phone has changed (all other devices and infrastructure remains the same).
I can use the Note9 to display exactly the same content as the S23U on the same TV and the experience is worlds apart, with the Note9 displaying a completely unpixelated video stream.
Anyone else noticed similar issues, or is this something specific to my hardware setup?
