After a bit research how I could "port" PIE to my actual ROM BB7 I found an amazing app! It's called LMT launcher and it can give you PIE! I just tested on BB7 and there it works fine, I'm pretty sure it should also work with stock and other AOSP ROMs as our device is ARM v7 which the libs are compiled for  (but not sure about ICS)
You can find the download in the LMT Launcher thread attached - just install it as a normal app ROOT REQUIRED!
To get PIE, just open the LMT app (although it's called launcher it's just an app and your launcher will stay stock, trebuchet or whatever you use, just PIE will be added to it ), go to the PIE tab, configure the buttons how you want them and then go to the first tab back and activate the gestures and maybe set activate at boot :good:
Basically all I can say about it as I have just discovered it before 3 hours or sth like that and not tried many customizations, so if there are important things (like if it's not compatible with ROM xx) just tell me and I'll add it to OP if it's necessary...

Hi guys,
I have installed the marshmallow stock rom on my SM-A700FD.The ROM is pretty smooth
I have also installed the samsung good lock and it is running pretty smooth except for 1-2 bugs.
The new system UI looks pretty awesome(closer to stock android)and everyone should give it a try.
Hope samsung officially supports our devices.
I've came across the following bugs:
1.statusbar colour on the homescreen turns to gray from transparent when a custom wallpaper(i.e a wallpaper selected from gallery)is applied
2.Album art does not show up on the lockscreen when 'Use lockscreen wallpaper'option is enabled from the lockscreen settings.
3.scrolling is not smooth sometimes in some apps(e.g facebook, xda)
PS:Sorry for my bad English.English isnt my native language

Hi guys,
I'm new to developing with Xposed, but I got a few tricks working that I think might interest some of you. It has been tested only on stock Android 13 (Pixel 6). There is a simple user interface that can be launched through xposed manager to choose what mods that you want. However, a reboot is needed every time you change a setting. Here is what can be done :
- Force dark theme even on light wallpaper (Android 8.1 only)
- Replace voice assist with phone on lockscreen (Android 8.0 and 8.1 only)
- Always show the navbar on the right when in landscape (Android 8.0, 8.1 and 9 only)
- Hide next alarm on the lockscreen and in the quick settings and the icon in the status bar
- Show 4G instead of LTE
- Hide LTE+/4G+ (always show LTE/4G)
- Hide ADB notification
- Hide VPN notification
- Hide "Network may be monitored"
- Hide the build version in the QS when developer options are enabled (Android 10+)
- Double tap to sleep on statusbar or lockscreen (Android 12+)
- Volume keys control cursor
- Volume keys skip track
- Power key toggle torch (with proximity check)
- Prevent accidental wake up
- Less frequent notifications
- Screen off notifications only
- Change the carrier text
- Bypass Outlook device policy
- Quick unlock (Android 12+)
- Show battery duration estimate on expanded QS (Android 12+)
- Force small clock on lockscreen (Android 12 and 12.1 only)
- Adjust height for back gesture (Android 12+)
- Expanded notifications (Android 12+)
Enjoy and provide feedback!

Thanks for making this. Alarm clock text on the lockscreen always annoys me so much.
Update!!! Added Force dark theme even on light wallpaper. See OP.
I'll look into making settings to allow choosing only the mods that you want. I've never done that so it might take a while
Stay tuned!
I presume this doesn't work on 8.0

I haven't tried it on oreo 8.0. I bet most of the tricks would work, but I can't tell for sure. For now I forced xposed v90, so it shouldn't install on oreo 8.0, but if you're willing to try, I can get you a special version with xposed v89.
EDIT: I just realized that v90 is for sdk26 and sdk27, which means it should install on oreo 8.0 too. Just give it a try, but be ready to have it bootloop your phone. If you don't know how to get it back up and running, better not try it. Please give feedback if you try it
Update!!!
Hi guys,
I finally got around to adding settings, so you can now choose what options you want! Refer to OP!
Enjoy!
Update again!
Just added option to hide the ADB notification when USB debugging is enabled.
very useful, thank you!
works fine on oreo 8.1
I'm not sure how I missed hide the VPN status bar icon and notification before. But that's awesome. You rock @Dark_Eyes_

Do you get that error from both the xposed repository (through the app) and this thread? Maybe one file got corrupted at some point. That being said, I haven't tested my app on anything else than stock oreo and lineageos. It might not work on oxygenos (OP5) and other Xiaomi devices.
Yes, I tried both, even from XDA Labs but none worked

From both locations, same error. File size is the same on both sites.
Let me know if this module can be tested by s8 oreo.
Nexus6P with stock 8.0.0 OPR5 rooted magisk xposed can confirm both currently not parsing
If there's a way of helping for nexus 6p test or something let me know
Test build
@Vladuu, @Victorprz and @kenkiller
Test build for Oreo 8.0 below. It wasn't parsing because I forced the original version on sdk27 (wasn't sure initially). Let me know if it works before I push it officially. Thanks!
It will work on Oreo 8.1 too, and it is much smaller than before because I removed a lot of useless libs that got added automatically by android studio.

Hi, of course! I've added the boot animation in the 1.2 version, please let me know if it is not the correct one. For the charging sound I couldn't find it easily so my proposal is to wait a couple days for S10 sounds to be released and I'll do a S10 version that should include it as it will be based on One Ui! If not, then I'll do both versions; s9 one Ui, and S10.

Thanks a lot, this is indeed what I was looking for!
I know this sounds all nitpicky, but is it possible to have the genuine S9/S10 boot animation?
I know Samsung uses another file type for their boot animations but is it possible to port it over somehow?
Thank you very much!

Would you have an example, for example a YouTube link? To see how it is different from the current version and what we can do. Indeed Samsung uses qmg for their images and it is not straightforward to convert to PNG files. Thanks!

Found this video:
The Samsung logo is slightly more centered and the animation is slower.
I don't think that the Samsung logo in your boot animation is the genuine one also.
Perhaps there is some way to obtain it? :silly:
I don't know how much work you put into making a boot animation, if it's too much of a bother I'm fine with your current one.
Again, I'm being extremely spoilt and nitpicky here and I'm very grateful for your patience, answers and of course your work. :good:

Well I've looked at it and couldn't find a way... It seems that the only way to convert qmg images to png is to execute a software on a samsung phone running touchwiz, as it then uses the local library. As my phone is on lineage OS, I can't do it... if you are on stock rom we could try it, otherwise I don't see another way to extract the info! Regarding speed and size I could try to modify it manually when I will have some time

I'm surprised you're still looking into this, that's kind of you to do that, cheers!
I'd say don't bother, that's just too much effort.
I can't use my S5 anymore anyway as the motherboard seems to have some kind of fault; visual artefacts on the screen, items jittering, snowstorms, random reboots and when I turn off the screen it doesn't come back on.
Got a new genuine display last year and all was fine but now my phone has started acting up again. :silly:
It wasn't my main phone anyway but I just loved using it.
Anyway, thanks a lot again for your patience and helpfulness and your great work, I appreciate it! :good:
Any way you can bump the supported API level up to 29 so there is support for Android 10 ROMs? I've been wanting to use this on crDroid 6.4 (Based on LOS 17.1). Just tried to flash and it had told me that I have to downgrade the version to API 28 (Android Pie).
Any way to have these without the boot animation? Just the sounds change. Or if there's a way to edit the zip I can have a go at it. Just need to be pointed in the right direction. The One Ui sounds pack available for Magisk simply doesn't work for me.
Hi everyone,
For those who installed this recent release, can you tell us what you feel about it ?
Especially, I would like to Know if it's still possible to use a custom launcher (Nova) and a gesture nav app (Fluid) by selecting "Gestures" as system navigation and then "Hide full screen indicator"
Thanks in advance for all your feedbacks
No one ?
Also, could someone tel me what is the system launcher version after this update ?

Thanks for your reply,
I know that many (I wouldn't say most...) users here uses AOSP, and I know gesture issue is still there. I also know that system launcher can be updated separately, but it is ALSO updated with system update.
The thing is that starting from a given version, the gesture problem is even worse, because the workaround (hiding nav bar and using gesture app) is no longer applicable.
So, that's why I would like to know the exact version that comes with this update.
OK, I got the information from somewhere else :
This update commes with system launcher v4.21.15.3117-07201713
Which means that we should still be able use a 3rd party launcher and a gesture app with navbar hidden.
