This is Cypher. An extension to pure Android. Cypher tries to maintain the purity of Android while offering useful features for users. The goal is to give the highest level of performance whilst achieving Simplicity.​

Installation
- Make a (Nandroid) Backup of your current ROM
- Full WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + wipe dalvik cache)
- Select ROM from sdcard
- Install ROM
- After flashing, reboot device (First reboot will take a while)
- Enjoy CypherOS on your device!

This release brings a huge amount of bug fixes and improvements. We've merged all missing updates from CAF packages as well as missing patches for performance.

This was a small maintenance release, partially based on the 3.1.2 release since majority of our devices didn't receive it. So all Release Notes from 3.1.2 are included in this release.

Weeklies are no more ?
Yes it's true, the rumors are TRUE! said no one ever, but seriously we've decided to stop weeklies for awhile. This decision was
team based and it was for the better. Weeklies are great but it still seems things are rushed. CypherOS is now considered stable, so what's
the reason rush an update every week? Now, this doesn't mean release won't be frequent anymore, we just won't have a time frame on them. A release can come 3 days after the last one or 3 even 3 weeks. But we promise release won't take no longer than 3 weeks. We made this decision
to actually release quality updates instead of forcing buggy ones down your throats. So with that being said QUALITY release will come when they come and we can assure you the wait won't be long.

Notes :
-Use whatever compatible Gapps you want, I personally will advise you use OpenGapps Mico.
-Data Connection should work just fine for Sprint users, If you get "No sim" a reboot or two does the trick. Those on other carriers I may advise you look into your apn's and other info before commenting at the least state the name ahead of time.

When I place a call, this comes up:
Cellular network not available
Under Settings>More>Cellular Networks
Data Roaming, Preferred network type and System Select are all grayed out
CDMA Subscription and Access Point Names are accessible
That's the only issue I've across so far

I'm not getting that, I'm guessing this is your first nougat rom and haven't caught on to the "very minor" sim bug that they all have. It will say its not there but simply restarting the connection shows it works just fine. Other than that the only thing that will hold it back is what ever the user has going on.

Yes this is my 1st Nougat ROM.
What do you mean restarting the connection? Reboot?
I've done a clean & install and even reflashed 2x and still the same problem
