You need to wipe your data ( factory reset ) from TWRP. No getting around that.

TRANSFORMER GUY
I just completed the process of rooting/installing CWM Mod1.3.0.1/installing Primordial 1.3.
Each step was successful but after completing step 2-CWM Mod1.3.0.1 and rebooting, I was presented with a Device Password login screen. Since I did not have the password I could not login.
Went ahead and sucessfully installed Primordial 1.3 and rebooted. I was back to the password login screen without a valid password.
I rebooted into CWM and did a factory reset and cleared all user data and rebooted but was back to the password login screen without having a valid password. Tried factory reset again with the same result.
Does anyone have a suggestion for clearing the password or bypassing this login screen?
What I would do:
1) Install CF ROOT for XWKK5
2) Boot into recovery
3) Wipe data/factory reset
4) Wipe Cache
5) Wipe system
6) Do step 3,4 and 5 *2 times
7) Power off
8) Boot into Download Mode( Volume Down + Power Button )
9) Install XWKK5
10) Profit
yes i did thaz al redy but when it goes to boot up it wont boot in cwm insted just shows the password is requierd so i have cf root xw_oxa_kk5 v.5.0 cwm and it still dosent work so can you help and if somebody do i geruinty it will profit from me i will donate you for all your help tenx guys

[Q] Help! Correct Password in Recovery Mode Leads to Boot Loop

After an unexpected boot loop, I recently performed a data wipe/factory reset in recovery mode on my device and it asked to "Confirm Password". I entered my 4 digit code and it returned to a boot loop.
Now, when I try to enter the recovery mode it immediately asks for my password again (I can't even get back to the recovery mode menu). If I enter the password correctly, it returns to boot loop. If I enter wrong, it says the wrong password entered, and I can try again.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix? I can enter download mode in Odin but I am holding off flashing anything new until I understand what is going on. My phone is an AT&T SGH-i777 and is completely stock (non-rooted).
Thanks.
Enter the wrong password repeatedly, probably 5 times, and it will let you wipe again, and hopefully that will clear the problem.
Does the wipe if you enter the password wrong 5 times the same as normal wipe? The message before the final wrong entry says SD card will be wiped.
I am under the impression that a normal data wipe/factory reset will not touch the DCIM folder where pictures might be saved. Will this different wipe affect that?
Thanks.

Nexus 5x NMF26F, TWRP Asking for a decryption password?

I was following a guide to root my phone and got stuck on the recovery mode part. I installed TWRP 3.0.2-2 And went into recovery mode, and was greeted with a page saying "Mount - Decrypt" and "Enter password". I think it was asking me for a decryption password, which i don't have. I I tried my pin, google password and a few others that i could think of. I tried TWRP 3.0.2-0. Nothing worked. So now i'm stuck, because i do not know how to get back to stock android. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
