Hi,
You are using MIUI or CustomROM on yours Redmi Note 3(Pro)?
I'm using MIUI, but the last time I was very irritated of this rom.
I would like to know your choice.
If you use custom, say which one.
I'm using Resurrection Remix 5.74 ROM it is based on Marshmallow ......
Beanstalk 7.1 is good.
Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
Using rock solid stable Resurrection Remix 5.7.4 rom with Radon 2.6.5 kernel on my RN3Pro
Beanstalk 7.1

I'm using beanstalk 7.1
MIUI? Too much useless background service
All is working on beanstalk 7.1?

It will be nice, if camera, recording, good battery life, and a lot of custom would work on this rom /kernel.
I would like also to be stable.

camera & recording work properly for me using google cam 4.2 & custom kernel. would prefer di4mond for now due to cam will have better focus using this kernel.
customize, also work for me in latest build 20161102.
stable enough for me, but a lot of user report thats they had random reboot on latest build and revert to previous one which more stable for them.
my step
cm14 firmware + rom + micro gapss + sound mod + reboot + di4mond/agni kernel + reboot + phh super user.
CM13 official on KATE with xposed ...very happy with battery life and everything
Resurrection remix 5.7.4 official latest build. With latest agni kernel

I´m using Marshmallow_Stock_570_ROM_Ultraslim and really happy with it. It´s really smooth, and everythings works(I don´t use NFC, so don´t know about it). But camera, wifi, etc... All looks fine.

Hello there!
Yesterday Xiaomi.eu added new folder at AFH named MIUI 8.1, now you can download and test new stable release for ours Mi5 and few other devices from Xiaomi.
Don't know about any changelog for this release so you must download and report here about any bugs/changes
Link to folder at AFH below:

Hi guys,
I need short explanation, why we need to flash latest MIUI version in order to flash Custom rom. I've had some previous MIUI version, but I've updated OS because I'm goin to flash something Custom in next few days.
Why latest software is required, because in my understanding wiping /system when installing LOS (for example) means MIUI is completely gone?
Regards

because latest MIUI contains latest MIUI firmware for our device. ive been running the latest ResurrectionRom since 9 Months and flashed the latest firmware via twrp. so far i have never been forced to do a clean flash ... one time it was neccessary because of the universal fingerprint support.

You don't need to flash whole miui rom for flashing custom rom
Instead of that you can flash frimware only provided by psy
Search on rn3 thread
Or google it frimware kenzo psy xda on Google.....
Only lash firmware given by TheStrix as n ROM's have assert check and won't fash unless you have that firmware!

Thank you very much!
When wiping for first time (MIUI -> N ROM) should I format /system partition also?

There is a release from modpunk on the XZ1C/8441 of lineage and I asked him if he'd port it to our define and he said he couldn't as he doesn't have the device to debug.
Is there any chance someone could port it to the 8341?
Here's the thread...

Port? Port rom suck. We must build new rom.

In that thread it started that it's for the 8432 not the 8431
I'm lazy, but want to try some rom.
The poco now is my everyday use, so it containquite a lot of data.
I'm with LineageOS, if I'd like to flash other roms, can I do dirty flash?
Sure why not. Just expect bootloops, random crashes and restarts or something not working like it should
