Hi friends,
Few months ago I did update to Marshmallow using Flashtool. Every thing went smooth, but my boot logo was not changed. When power on, Sony logo is with black background and text is white, like before on Lollipop. Same thing is on next Android logo - black background with white text. According to information and pictures over internet this should be with opposite colors - white background with black text.
Last month I root my device successfully.
My question is how to change this both boot screens after power ON my phone to correct ones - white background with black text? From where I can download them and where I need to replace them on my rooted Xperia M4 Aqua?

You are rooted that means that you downgraded to lollipop and forgot to update again to marshmallow
I has rooted Lolipop before, then update Android to Marshmallow with Flashtool, unlock bootloader and root my M4 again. Unfortunately after update to Marshmallow, boot screens remain from Lolipop, I don't know why? How to update/change them?

hi guys so updated to the xxela firmware through kies about a month ago. since then every now and then when i press home or power to wake the phone up before it goes to lockscreen my whole screen flashes blue. literally just for a split second, but should i be worried?
unrooted, untouched, completely stock. uk, 16gb 4.1.2 JZ054K
I haven't seen that myself, try turning off all the lock and security options and see if it does it when waking straight to the launcher screen - it might just be a 'fight' between wallpapers?
When you updated was that the whole ROM or just the bootloader? Did you factory reset afterward? A lot of people updated just the bootloader and mix the two together, there isn't a firmware as such on this phone.
As you are wholly stock and if you updated just the bootloader then it might be the various OTA updates. I'd be tempted to wipe the phone and install a whole fresh ELLA ROM, modem and RIL.
Hi, i have an Sony Ericsson Arc S Lt18i, It was running perfectly on 4.0.4(ics), the phone notified me to update to latest version, so i did, but during the update process the phone got bricked, now its not turning on, not charging, no display. Its completely bricked. The only thing i can see is , when i push or hold power button , the green notification led starts to blink.

Hi everyone. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciated. I cannot update to KITKAT whatsoever the only thing that runs is Jelly Bean 4.3 (JWR66Y) (with radio v.48 from older version android image (v S4.2.2 (JDQ39).Screen and digitizer was replaced from ebay) Here are the things I tried after 2 weeks of searching and trying things: I tried all the developer FACTORY images from v4.4--- AND-up with same result ===stuck on bootloop google animation. bubbles but not willing to boot into kitkat
-Fastboot flash-all.bat loaded flashed OKAY ---result: stuck on google kitkat bubble animation
-Wugs Nexus root toolkit will flash but ---------still stock on kitkat bootloop animation
-WorkClockMOd sideload also same results stuck still in bubble animation but doesn't load kitkat
Jelly Bean factory image v 4.3 works fine and stock 4.2 also OR WITH RADIO FROM v.4.2 will update to 4.3 but that is as far as I could go
I did this while rooted/unrooted and I think I tried everything with not much luck(still stuck on boot animation bubbles)
USB/sdk, platform tools and all the files necessary are operational so no issues on that side.
I SHOULD MENTION THAT ON V 4.3 THE OTA UPDATE TO 4.4 NOTIFICATION SHOWS UP BUT WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL IT, IT GIVES ME THE ERROR IN THE IMAGE I ATTACHED OR IT JUST LOADS HALF WAY AND THEN IT SHOWS ME THE ANDROID WITH RED EXCLAMATION MARK!
pls HELP
I took apart phone and realized that the proximity sensor was unplugged (forgot to plug it back in) that was causing the error. All OTA updates now work!

I found with my Nexus that it worked much better to run the fastboot commands manually.

Hello everybody!
My zeta got somehow some unwanted apps like hot, sexy etc. I flashed it with stock rom from blackview site. The phone seems to work but the screen only shows vertical grey, black and green stirpes.
I flashed these roms to my phone:
S509_G3_Blackview_Zeta_V0.5
S509_G3_Blackview_Zeta_V0.6
S509_G3_Blackview_Zeta_V0.7_20150803
but the result is always the same except V0.5 rom the screen shows nothing.
Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks.
Hi. This is my first post in this forum, so if I have to present myself in another section like in another forums, notice me.
My Xperia M2 and a ZTE A452 (not mine) are suffering an error with it's Lollipop clock (5.1.1).
For example:
The real time is 15:27, but the Android bar shows 15:05 at the top:
Defective:
{[#]} `¤´ ¥ {{50%]+] 15:05
It must be:
{[#]} `¤´ ¥ {{50%]+] 15:27
But if I swipe down the notification bar at left it appears the correct time: 15:27
In lockscreen this doesn't occurs (time is fine)
This happens more frequently on the ZTE than on my Xp. M2
Temporary solutions are:
# Change to another user and change again to main user
# Reboot the phone
But time later this happens again.
This started around the past week.
Is all this normal? There's a way to fix this? I searched for and I didn't found useful info, and I can't reinstall the stock ROM of my M2 because FlashTool gets stuck when sending/reading info before flashing (maybe because I use Linux instead of Windows?).
Mentioned ZTE (unrooted) is not mine so I can't do much.
Have a good day
