Hi there, so i just got the device & have few questions : First, i can't intall any CF or even TWRP before getting unlocked?
I made the request, waiting now.. Other than that, is it normal i'm having a hard time to push sim tray in when full?
I have to apply pressure on the SIM while pushing it in otherwise it just won't get in.. Afraid it'll be stuck someday!

Common Problems:
1. My SIM Card is not recognised after unlocking phone with msm7227_setool2.cmd!
Ans: Redo unlocking procedure (step 5 onwards) using msm7227_semc.cmd.

im not sure if what you have is the same as mine but try this
turn on phone
press back button repeatedly to enter the recovery mode you mentioned
can you see options for
install zip from sd card
wipe data/factory reset?
you already had a tread about this, please stop flooding
still ..........again & again giving me same error............plezz dev help me............
stop flooding! it's annoying, check and clean the sim port, and also you should try with other sim to make sure it isn't a sim issue
Relock your bootloader. I can't detail how as I have never had to but make sure you're on stock! Some phones don't play nice with the unlocked bootloader and your sim won't work as a result. It's your only choice and you won't be able to unlock your bootloader without getting the phone sim unlocked by your carrier.

Hello guys
I am using Alcatel One Touch 990 and after doing some stupid reset via clockwork mode, my phone became sim locked again.
I am not sure if I am writing this on a right place, but is there a possible way to unlock this model via some software or code generator for free, or all those things are fake and money wasting?
Thanks for your time.
Hello there, I have two Huawei Mate 2 (MT2-L03) and one of them is in a bootloop (I was trying to update to lollipop but forgot to unlock bootloader), the other one has Lollipop update and is working (but it has the screen all cracked, in some parts you can't read and speakers don't work). I tried searching in this forum on how to take it out of the bootloop and I didn't find any answers, now I can't get the bootloader unlock code from Huawei because they are asking for the phone ID and I can't access it with the phone like that.
My question is, is there a way to copy all storage from one phone to another or swap it? Because I thought that in that way I could fix the phone (the one in Bootloop). Remember they are both from the same model.
Hi, in september last year I bought New Moto z dual sim With 64 gb on Ebay.Co.uk. After one of official updates Phone starts reseting itself and stuck on informations that this device may not work properly, I have to restart bootloader to get Phone working. I tried to Connect to Verizon aplication on my Windows 10 pc but i have unlocked version and program doesnt recognize phone, so I sent to Lenovo official Phone fix Company but they Will not Fix my Phone because IMEI is from hong kong. So I dont have a warranty, any user noob frendly solutions??
Since you don't have your warranty anymore, you can unlock your bootloader and flash a custom rom.
Unlocking the bootloader, flashing TWRP and flashing a rom is pretty easy, I did it within 10 mins or so after placing a new motherboard.
If you can wait and want to know more, I can assemble a quick guide thread with all the fresh info this weekend.
Ok thanks, could you notify me when you will do your guide.

I guess we have to somehow unlock the bootloader again! when I switch slot and reboot the bootloader it says locked on Android 10 slot, and unlocked on Android 9 slot.
I tried :
Code:
fastboot oem bs_unlock
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
Neither worked I also tried MI unlock tool but it still can't unlock it. The only way was to reboot the bootloader into Android 9 slot then flash the patched boot.img but the phone won't load the OS it just keep rebooting very fast. (this is also happens when tring to flash stock boot which I pulled using TWRP)
I had to hold both volume keys buttons + power while connect it to the PC "USB. must be connected" and when it reboot into black screen then I hold volume down key + power for around 60 seconds to boot into bootloader again.
I will try again tomorrow with different approach.

Yes.. MIUI has completely different unlock management from JoyUI. I didn't try it yet, but if JoyUI11 goes to perfect same unlock management of MIUI, I guess we need to sign in MI account, submit unlock request, waiting 360 or 720 hours, then we could receive the unlock key/permission. I didn't think they change it that much.... they could change the dm-verify or something else also... but, if they didn't change it so much, I guess we maybe can use the unlock key in Android 9 bootloader. (Certain MiUI devices have no key to unlock the bootloader even if we know the unlock command...)
I believe you will find the way. Good luck...

I tried using MUI but it doesn't work yet, maybe it future, but surely they changed the way of unlocking the bootloader, maybe they want to make it simpler so they can use MIUI unlock tool or maybe they want to make it harder since the unlocking code is available online :silly:.
I also tried to root it using Magisk manager while on Android 9 slot, but that didn't work either.
Other things to note, after updating to JoyUI 11 the phone takes significantly more time to boot, also you need to factory reset your phone to be able to boot it. Moreover, don't like the feel of the UI, the OS feel heavy and strangely some stock apps have ads in it. On top of all that, it is very difficult to root it right now if even possible at the moment.
Therefore, I don't recommend anyone to upgrade to Joy UI 11, and wait for further updates.
To anyone needs to downgrade Black Shark 2 Pro go to the bottom of the first post.
Thanks @wga0, I will let you know if I find anything new.
