This ROM is built by the Chinese developer @nian0114(xda name:jing95916).
Please take note that although this ROM is based on CM/Sammy, you will get a MIUI experience instead of an AOSP one.
This ROM is approved by MIUI officials and hosted by Xiaomi Official Server. Although it is not directly maintained by Xiaomi, you can still treat this as some official ROM.

Was showing the mounting error, but i kept waiting and it got installed and working awesome. I used the open GAPS with this. Good Speed/ no lag. The only issue is proximity sensor is not working correctly.

You're right, I waited about 15-20 minutes and it worked!
Important to note that GAPPS should be version 6.0

I get mount error, but the ROM flashes normally.
Bug: Front camera doesn't work here. However, it works on Cyanogenmod 13
Edit: Issue occurs only on MIUI camera.

After flash i get an error that, definitions as stoped, right after sim card pin. And got stuck there.. Any solutions?

I have been using this for a day. Besides the Chinese apps which I have trust issues with. My phone has been more stable then it ever has. Thanks devs. I just wish it was mi bloat free. The store updated my LinkedIn with a Chinese version. I can't trust that.
I recently ran. Cm12.1 cm13 and dn4 all crash way too often. This ROM is insanely smooth. Took some work to figure out the keyboard during initial setup. And titanium would not restore. Had to install SuperSU. Still didn't work. Then once I uninstalled SuperSU it worked. Super pain. Just wish it had an app drawer. I like the default launcher.

this is because you flashed gapps along with rom. do clean system, then flash rom only, after you get to home screen restart and flash gapps and supersu.

I've frozen all chinese apps via titanium backup its very easy. all my apps restored ok.
linkedin is ok, its just a title called in chinese.

I had the same issue. Don't flash gapps with the ROM. Flash ROM. Set it up then flash gapps.

I flashed gapps after initial setup and got boot loop. I used latest open gapps (6.0, arm, stock). Which gapps version did you use?

I have problem obtaining root even after flashing supersu.

Guys, use A-GAPPS. They worked for me with no problem and I flashed them alongside MIUI.

Just confirming that 'Unlock with Bluetooth device' feature still not working. It never finds the device to connect with. Same as it never worked in MIUI 7. Hopefully it could be eventually fixed
