Beware unchecking OEM unlock when rooted - FRP custom binary Lockout

How I bricked (and unbricked) my tablet SM-T820 due to OEM Unlock setting and battery drain - I hope this is useful for someone making the same mistake! I successfully rooted my Tablet S3 T820 with TWRP 3.2.1-1 and Magisk and installed SM-T820 Tweaked without any problem the moment I received it - it's a great daily driver!
While fiddling to fix an app crashing due to safetynet issues, I unchecked OEM-Unlock and forgot about it. The tablet ran out of power and upon reboot gave an FRP boot error "Security Error: This device has been flashed with unauthorized software & is locked. Call your mobile operator for additional support...". Any attempt at booting into TWRP was FRP blocked I guess because of the locked Bootloader. I immediately tried doing a stock firmware restore etc. via ODIN which failed at about 65%, probably due to a low battery (which I didn't know as there was no way of seeing the battery status). Upon reboot I had a screen saying "use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software". When I tried reflashing stock firmware through Odin again, the tablet connection kept disconnecting/dropping out every 10 seconds or so and restarting always going back to the same “use smart switch” error message. The same happened in Download mode. I now know this was due to a drained battery. I couldn't power off the Tablet in order for it to charge as it always switched on as soon as power was connected.
The fix: I noticed when in the error boot screen "use smart switch to recover" it didn’t charge at all (I had it plugged in for 8 hours) and always cut out and rebooted to error msg. every 10 seconds. The first time I managed to stop it cutting out was by booting into Stock Recovery Mode with "Home & Vol+ & Power" buttons while plugged into the wall socket (stock recovery must have installed just before Odin failed the first time I tried to unbrick). I had it plugged into the wall socket in Recovery Mode for about 2 hours where it very slowly charged a tiny bit. In stock recovery I booted into "Reboot Bootloader" where it went directly to Odin Mode saying “Downloading... Do not turn off target”. I then reflashed my firmware without any errors. After first boot the battery was still only on 1%! I again have a brand new, functional Tablet! Now back to Rooting . . . and never touching oem-unlock again!

Samsung Galaxy J6+ (J610F) Help me please

(Please take your time reading this as i want a fix for this problem)
Hello,I tried to root my samsung j6+ using TWRP recovery and magisk but it was not successful
So i decided to install a fresh stock rom, Downloaded the rom and odin and everything was good, When i got to flashing something happened while it was fllashing my phone went off and the flash failed, i tried to unplug and plug it again and my phone keeps rebooting constantly on a screen saying an error has occurred while updating the device software , When i unplugged the phone it turns off and doesn't boot when i try to power it on
The power button literally does nothing and can't even boot into recovery mode
when i charge my phone or plug it into my laptop it just keeps rebooting on the screen i mentioned and i can't do anything

HUAWEI P9 stuck in bootloop!! :(

hey guys i have a P9 EVA-L19C900B116 running emui 4,I wanted to install nougat but direct nougat wasn't possible so i decided to install the rollback version EVA-L19C900B300. I was using the SD card method and tried the vol button and power key method but since that didn't work,i went into the the dialer method and clicked on SD card update it started installing but when it finished it was rebooting and got stuck on huawei logo and i tried turning it off,and it turned off but it turned back on immediately, i tried to turn it off again but it did the same thing so i left it there for the battery to drain.when the battery drained i plugged the charger but it turned on,stayed on huawei logo, then turned off, then turned on and the cycle continues,i tried to install stock ROM but it cant boot into download or recovery mode ,however i can get into fastboot mode and also my phones bootloader is not unlocked and also not under warranty any help from you guys will be appreciated

Cannot power off

I installed stock Android 10 Q (from 9 P) via Odin on my galaxy tab s6 LTE, then i unlocked the bootloader and rooted with magisk (manager 7.5.1, zip 20.4) following the magisk git site installation instructions (which are a bit more complicated than from some third party sites.)
Everything ok, but then when i power off it reboots. It's not in a bootloop: it boots up normally, but if i can't power off then that's not good when I'm not using it. I tried patching again and checked i got the the same md5.
Eventually i found that if i booted to recovery mode and there i choose reboot, it reboots to unrooted, but it does power off.
To get root access again i start with the recovery key combination but let go at the splash screen before it enters stock recovery mode. This means that i have to reboot each time i want to either switch it off or have root (but not both.) It's good enough for now, so I'm posting this in case anything else has the same problem.

How to stop device from powering on when charging (Solved)

Hello, I have been searching for a solution without much luck.
Summary:
When the device is off and the charger is connected, the device does a complete boot up (ie: system starts up, goes to home launcher and tablet is completely useable as normal). If the charger is still connected and I try to power off the device, it will turn off and on again (essentially a restart)
Expected behavior:
If the device is off and the charger is connected, the device should do a soft boot and display the battery/charging screen only.
Other notes:
I am on the latest update (Android 11) and rooted with magisk. Tablet has been in use for a few months now. This only started happening recently and I don't recall making any changes.
I tried flashing the latest firmware on top using ODIN (although imaged was patched with magisk and data is preserved) but this didn't help.
I also have tried different chargers/cables and problem remains.
Searching online, I see people trying to power on their devices when connected via charger/USB without much luck. For me, the problem/question is reversed!
Any ideas/suggestions other than a complete/clean wipe with stock firmware?
Thanks
Small update, removing root and uninstalling magisk fixes the issue. Flashing magisk back causes the issue to appear again.
Still not sure why the problem didn't occur before as the device has been rooted with magisk for months now and magisk has not been updated since.
Oh well, I do need root enable so back to the drawing board again.
Success! Flashing TWRP fixes the problem. Still, doesn't explain why the device was working fine for a few months with stock recovery and why it suddenly changed in the last week.
So to summarize in case anyone else is interested on a device using stock Android 11 firmware and the device is powered off:
Magisk with stock recovery: Device will power on when charger/usb is connected.
Magisk with TWRP: Device will run in low power mode and display the charging animation screen.
