Hi guys. I currently own an Xperia Z Ultra C6806.
I am intrigued by the huge screen on the Mediapad X1. One deciding factor is whether or not it supports LTE ON T-Mobile.
Do any of you guys have any experience in this area? Anyone have any success connecting to T-Mobile LTE with this phone?
T-Mobile US 4G supported frequency(band): 700Mhz(12), 1700Mhz(4), 1900Mhz(2), 2100Mhz(4)
Huawei Mediapad 4G model:
-Model: 7D-501L: support TDD-LTE:B38/39/40/41
-Model: 7D-503L: support FDD-LTE: B1/3
So I don't think that it supports 4G LTE in US.
However, the above two models and the 3G model 7D-501u will support T-Mobile 3G (3.5G) at frequency 2100Mhz
This is from my research at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-Mobile_US#Radio_frequency_spectrum_chart
I live in Staten Island, NY and when I took my sim card out of my T-Mobile Note 3 and put it in my x1 (I have the 4g Chinese version), it was pretty quick. So for me it work on LTE.
Hey man I live in the Bronx and work in manhattan. Did it indicate that it was connected to LTE or did it just show the big H.
If its not too much trouble could you tru this out in an area where the note 3 indicates that LTE is present?
Thanks.
I've searched all over the forums and the internet and I'm still confused whether or not the le max 2 supports aws or not. I've been on sites where they listed the 1700 aws frequency (like the gsmarena) and some sites that don't show it. I just want to know if anyone here has tried using their le max 2 with any 1700 frequency carrier, like Wind Mobile. This is the last thing I need to know before I'm going to buy the phone.
Thank you!

Yes, Le Max 2 works fine on Wind Mobile.
Hi there I have a Redmi Note 4x International version Snapdragon, 3GB + 32GB). And I have this phone since 3 or 4 weeks. So far so good. But one (BIG) downside: I haven't been able to connect to 4g so far.
I know the a phone ain't capable of 800mhz 4g, but 1800mhz should be possible.
I am in Utrecht, Netherlands and my carrier, Vodafone should have 4G via 1800mhz here. 4G works instant on my broken Oneplus X.
Anyone ideas to help me out? Thanks in advance

Try to use "network signal guru " (search on Google playstore ). You can lock bands using that app .hope it helps

There is no international version of Note 4x. This is asian variant and is missing some frequencies used in EU - for example B20. International version is Redmi Note 4 Global. (why didn't you get it instead?)
As for your question, from what i see majority of antennas used by Vodafone in NL uses 800MHz (B20) so maybe you are not in range of 1800MHz.
You can also try to setup your VPN's manually.

Thanks for your reply. I got this phone because in my region there should be plenty 1800mhz antennas from what I saw on the map on that very page you mentioned. Even in Amsterdam I had no 4G reception.
Check attached map from Vodafone site. If iPhone 5 has 4G mine should have it as well, right?

Try to setup APN's again, manually.

No difference unfortunatly
You cannot return it anymore? I would just replace it with Global variant with B20.
On the other side do you really need LTE? H+ can be as fast and even faster than 4G (download), LTE has just much higher upload speeds.

as far as i know, not every one max has LTE. look up your model here: http://phonedb.net/index.php?m=device&s=list
also make sure your in a area where LTE is avaliable and your carrier offers it.
I got a zte android mobile from a friend in the US. Its from metropcs - when I put my 4g sim card it does not support 3g or 4g only 2g is supported.
Can anyone help me out with this issue.
Would rooting and changing android to the one used in zte phones in india help.
Would it be compatible?
If anyone has any answers or suggestions - pls feel free to comment!
