Heyy there, I have been searching for days trying to find a way to fix my soft bricked phone. I rooted it with Kingroot apk, and root worked perfectly for a few days.. the other day i was uninstalling a google play store app and the phone just shut itself off, and since this day when i turn it on it stops at the opening Alcatel Onetouch boot page.. i guess, bootloop? but it doesnt restart over and over, it just sits there frozen. luckily holding the power button turns it back off tho. I can't hardly find anything about this phone online.. it was given to me from a friend and i think im figuring out why they got rid of it lol. so, any help on how to fix this issue would be GREATLY appreciated.

i tried to root my Alcatel one touch 918n and after that it work just fine. But trying to change the fonts and other settings, after i rebooting, my phone wont work anymore. After I turn it on, it will just display the logo of android and nothing will happen. how can i unroot my phone and return to the way it was before rooted??please help!!!:crying::crying::crying:

Pls use your computer and go to alcatel website. Download the upgrade to your computer. Run the upgrade. This will install and bring back your phone as if you just purchased it. This will ERASE everything in your phone. I got mine bricked and got it back working again. Make sure you download the upgrade for your phone. My phone is also an Alcatel Glory One Touch 918N from Sun Cellular. I have a post paid subscriber for almost 6 years. Cheers!

What had you tried? had you changed system/fonts or had you added some new fonts to the system/fonts? Meanwhile, without rebooting your device, what else had you done in addition to changing fonts that might cause your device stuck?
I have an Alcatel OneTouch Evolve 5020t, I rooted it when I first got it some months ago, and it's been working fine. Last night, however, I was changing the font and when I tried to reboot the phone it got stuck on the T-Mobile screen. It's been there all night. I've changed the font quite a few times before on this phone and my last one (which was the exact same phone) and this is the first time it's done this. I've read that to fix it you just have to flash the original ROM from recovery, but I booted into recovery and I don't have the files anywhere and I can't find them on the internet. So what can I do, if anything?
I've learned that what's wrong with my phone is a "soft brick" and that it can fixed somehow, but I'm not sure how to do it without my ROM files?
Well, my fathers phone (Alcatel OT 6012) suddenly gone wrong.
I managed to turn it off and I can turn it on, but It won't boot. (bootloop)
Even tried to connect to my PC and use the Alcatel Mobile Upgrader, but it will never download the stuff it wants to. (around 5 kb/s., which mean 1% would coming down for hours)

Ive had my Alcatel (android version 5.1.1) phone for about 3 months now and a while ago I wanted to root my phone so that I could install some Xposed modules, and I ended up using Kingroot. The rooting process failed but I kept it installed so nothing much occurred afterwards. A few days later I decided to install Kingoroot to see if maybe that could do the job of rooting my phone and it also failed. I was tired so I powered off my phone and went to sleep. The next morning, I powered on my phone and to my surprise it was stuck in a bootloop. I attempted to wipe the cache partition and factory reset and then reboot my phone, but it didnt work. Please not that I wasnt able to unlock the bootloader, so I cant flahs any ROMS. No system file is missing to my knowledge because it always stays stuck on the metro pcs screen with no error message. I appreciate all the help I receive and thank everyone who responds.

Hello, my Alcatel Pop Up (6044D) it turns on but doesn't work at all, it stays in the Alcatel Logo.
This happened when I installed a Miui Room, when I wanted to go back to the STOCK with a backup from TWRP. The room was working, but it wasn't fast enough, that's why i tried to reverse, however in the reverse something happened in the process and it gave me an error and now I can't access to the recovery aswell, is there something I can do?
