"Error: cannot load twrp.img" means fastboot cannot find the image you are trying to flash. You need to specify it. Alternatively, you can use the cd command so that CMD will be in that directory. For example, type cd Desktop first if you put the image in Desktop.
EDIT: You solved it.

Unbrick method is common to a device series. But the files you use aren't. Only the modem files are different as far as I have seen. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think any other difference is there. After unbricking, you will get partition errors. Then, simply go to fastboot and use the correct files from your firmware. Instruction are given in my GitHub repository for this project. Read through my post and GitHub README.MD
Between, I'm still making things proper... You can have a look though..

Well I have the xt830c model and all i really want is the xt1022 5.1 update lol. I cant acquire root or unlock the bootloader because of worthless straight talk and its my only device
Hi everyone, I've bricked my phone trying to restore it back from being rooted with otg. Now I'm trying to get back to being rooted with otg, and the phone comes on, and keeps restarting in a loop.
I have a Boost Mobile Moto E 2015 LTE (XT1526 I believe) with surnia.
Can anyone tell me what tools, and what I need to do to get it back running rooted with OTG?
Thanks in advance!
Also I never activated with service (just using it to run andriod apps) would it be possible to run this with att or freedom pop, or is boost mobile my only option?
Anyone can help?
Can anyone help me? Still stuck.

Yes it is required to root device again or you can simply install twrp & wipe system & data and install any ROM of your choice
Currently I'm on a vacation trip (& will be back by 2nd Jan)
Or you can search the forum for fastboot commands for restoring stock ROM
this happened to me as well any luck in finding a solution?
