I was not able to get a Screenshot of the Changelog since my Phone installed the Update automatically.

I was before on B05. Did not update to B06 since I thought I could wait for the B08 Update.

Any translation for the changelog ? Also could you pull the OTA link after you get the update notification ? ( from adb input: adb logcat and search for a http link) Thanks.
later edit: using google translate i got this: lockscreen dynamic background, lockscreen notifications, bugfixes, camera fix during night, translations, performance and stability improvements, latest google patch.
Here it is in english.

Go to the setting in the settings menu (mi-lock or something like that) , there is an option to change the pictures to a collection of you own. Pretty sweet!

Did you have the G model too? Can't find any option like that. There's only "ZTE locker" and no option to change the wallpaper. I can add some of my own but the stock seems to be there.

Yes g model. It doesn't seem to work for me either, I added some of my own photos but the ZTE stuff still appears. Maybe it goes through the ZTE photos first and after that it goes through ours?

Yeah seems like that. You can find your own pics if you swipe through it. But no way to only our picture
I am in France and on B06 - no B08 notification / OTA yet.
I hope it fixes the accessibility setting bug that got introduced in B06... it looks like the dynamic wallpaper issue has been addressed.

The bell is still there, but it is toggled on by default. So the notifications show, but you can still hide them. It is still weird though. Everytime I try to expand them, they snap instantly back together. So I can't click any reply buttons or stuff like that.

i'm very happy with my new Honor 7 except one small issue.
I get notifications for new emails from Gmail-App. But the subject in the notifications are barely readable. (see attachement)
Different themes had no effect on readability.
Do i have to wait for root and change the color manually oder is there another possibility to change the fontcolor?

For now you could try putting a light/white coloured wallpaper. I don't know if this can be fixed in update or if its the colour google has chosen for gmail
did you factory reset and see if it work fine, whey you received 1st time was it working ok?
phone was out of the box, and right after installing gmail it showed this issue.
why is gmail showing two different notifications? first it shows the gmail notification with 3 emails and afterwards there are 3 notifications repeated as single mails?

Hi, yes i have this issue as well. It's not just the colour is the fact that the font is tiny as well!
I use the Google launcher and the control bar at the bottom isn't transparent either but that's just tough, huawei interoperability issues.

Same on my P8Lite...
I contacted Huawei support via HiCare and they said they cannot reproduce that.
Factory reset and un-/reinstall gmail app doesn´t help either.
Support guy told me to wait for the coming android 5.1.1 update with EMUI 3.1 that maybe fix it.

It's a known issue within Huawei and they are working on a fix. Several people in the UK reported it directly to Honor UK and it has been replicated by Honor themselves.

Did you ever get this fixed? I am using Galaxy S7, and this is literally the only thread in Google results that talks about this issue.
Same issue with Honor 5c with latest A6B132 official rom. Subject is black coloured and unreadable in notifications... Still no fix???

Try to change theme . This will change font and background res colours

If there are any, I have no Clue. I had the Le 2 Pro for my son and ordered this one which I just received and i was surprised about he version.

Sounds like a reseller ROM, that's how mine came. Are the app icons on the homescreen rather small?

I have it also coz I just buy it from China website. The version stated 5.9.016s. the icon is very small. Dolby Atmos option is only on and off. No update ota. But no bloatware no live app . Theme setting always crash. It quite stable. But I choose to update with .017s instead for better visual icon scale

Yeah I got it of gearbest.com . Mine did not crash at all, I made a backup of it, But I chose to go with CM13 for now.

I read somewhere that changing the country makes the theme settings good. I think you need to set it on Chinese.
I also have EUI 5.9.016s. Just wondering if it just available to new device for now?
I also got this device today and noticed that it has that 5.9 version as well.
I found it strange because the official is only 5.8 so I am going to wipe it and install the official rom.

brightness DO NOT adjust through Screen Adjuster only through system bar and always you must have the auto function clicked.

Just check No 13 on installation guide. If not maybe your carrier is not supporting this rom. Go on your carrier web site and check the apn settings for your mobile. [emoji6]

ROM is looking good. No big issues so far. But I have this small problem i am unable to mute incoming calls using volume buttons. Is there anyway to fix this small issue.

I can't write right now the languages because I don't have my pc to check in framework for the supported languages. But is very simple to check.. Just download from play Store the Morelangs apk and find your Language to apply it. Yes it has Polish just check.

Go to dialer and press for some time the down left virtual button to get in settings. Then go to call settings and check the upper right tab for mute calls by moving the phone or just turned the up down. Miui doesn't have mute with volume keys but with sensor.

If you mean the 2 small Chinese letters on upper left corner, yes with xposed modules just try to find the status bar modification module. I think is to small for bothering our eyes. Unfortunately is from Official Global Developer rom (miui CN).

I'm not able to finish the setting. I have an error telling me that "Mi Cloud has crashed".

Edit: I fixed it, I chose english as language and then I switched with french
Today I installed the app "Navigation Gestures" by XDA and it looks really beautiful on the phone.
I also used the app "Blank Icons" to create a blank space in the lower part of the home screen, so that I had nothing under the navigation pill. (See attached screenshot)
I think the app is worth a try!
EDIT: the navigation buttons disappear if you are on one of the stock themes; with other themes they remain visible underneath the bar.

Yes, it happens to me, too. I hope they will address this issue in the next releases!
UPDATE: with new beta version (1732) is possible to have gestures without the pill (OnePlus 6 style).
(To receive beta versions enter the telegram group linked in the related XDA article!)
Native gesture navigation works on Pie

It's work if you install the launcher, install wallpaper, run adb command and reboot, the Native gesture navigation works on Pie

Hi, I'm using the navigation gestures app with the oneplus preset on my stock sony Z5, but I'm facing an issue with the stock home launcher. I have an empty space between the dock and the bottom end of the screen (exactly where the navigation bar was). I tried all the compatibility and advanced settings in the app but makes no difference. How do you solve the issue?
p.s. no problem with other launchers.

Hi! Actually I quit using xda's Navigation Gestures, and I'm currently on Fluid Navigation Gestures beta - thath I find more customizable.
With that said, I didn't have that problem with the first releases of the app (although I had a large space between the first row on the home screen and the dock, as you can see in the image in my previous post; that's present also in Fluid N. G.).
Try installing and old version of the app (they shold be still available on the Telegram group) and see how it works, maybe it's a bug introduced with latest releases and you can report it to the developers!
(Sorry if I couldn't be very helpful)

Hi, no worries and thank you anyway. Yesterday I installed a newer version of Xperia home (posted by someone here on xda) and it solved the issue.
I also gave a try to fluid navigation and it's properly good. I'll stay with it for a while to see if works better.

I want to share simple trick, unfortunately requires root...
I love navigation gestures app it is so customizable!
Here are my setting which I liked most:
-Home like in Samsung gestures down swipe
-Recent app down, centered, hold
-Back right side of screen swipe
-Split screen down, left and swipe hold
-last app down, right and swipe hold
Ta-dah! now you have improved android 10 gestures (you decide if you wish have visible pill or not)
As you can see I have whole screen to use
What I have done is reachable in two ways:
-Install app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.conena.navigation.bar.remover
-Manual build.prop edition. Search line in build.prop located or vendor partition and edit it from

I have the global version 12/256 and I received the update on May 28th. if you look at the official blackshark site in the forum area, find the discussion with the changelog of the rom.

Yep. The update is xxxMP2. China ROM has already had xxxMP3 since April. Still buggy though, especially the camera and touch responsiveness.
Is the notification thingy fixed in this? The side LEDs only light up for a brief moment when notifications are received in standby

Just like with stock android - press recents - hold on app icon - select split screen
Finally they fixed the flickering when unlocking using fingerprint.
