Hi, My Sony Z2 D6503 camera got noisy and photos are not clear and sharp, there is noise in these. I also clean lens. Lens is almost clean.
Please check photos taken by my z2 and suggest me solution

But I tried all other Marshmallow but same result.

If fw is not problem, i think you can to replace Sensor Camera Z2.
After replace Sensor Camera Z2, my camera don't have much noise.

Yes I think same. FW is not a problem i already checked. Now I think i need to replace rare camera.
Where to buy original sony back camera?
Any trusted seller or online shopping store?

You can use camera sensor z1 replace for z2.
You can buy it in Sony Center Service
I have a camera sensor z2 but i don't know how can i ship to you.

Please give a picture of your camera lens. I had same problem. The UV protection layer does this when it gets old. I removed it with toothpaste. Now everything is clear and crisp again..

Please provide the picture of your Z2's camera lens cover.. Not the pictures taken by it.. Is the violet layers of the lens cover scratched or peeled off? Was the mobile exposed to water?

I ordered Z2 tools and back battery cover. I will open my z2 back with tools and than clean lens. If this will work than ok or if not than i will order original camera from Ali Express
I also heard form my fellows who are using z2.... that when your mobile heat too much than its also effect your camera that's why this happen.

Try cleaning your lens cover (outside camera glass) with toothpaste before opening the mobile.. Search on YouTube.. Htc m8 also has this kind of problem.. You'll find instructions there..

Thanks All for help! Tooth Paste method worked. My Camera is now much sharper and clear as like new sony z2 camera. Its really interesting. I just rub bit of tooth paste on lens from outside and than clean it with tissue paper and results are awesome.

I faced this many times when i go to parties functions and celebrations. Pics will be foggy and blurry when camera lens is bad with daily reasons like sweat, cake,pastry,oil. humidity etc ....

Recently, I tried taking some photos with my Note and noticed they were really distorted. Upon looking a bit more, there is a crack on the lens! I have no idea how, or why this happened. Any ideas to fix it?
Edit - I'm refering to the glass above the actual camera.

im new here, and REALLY apperciate your help
my galaxy camera takes really bad quallity pics... i compared it to another galaxy 2 device and here are the results:
i've attached the images to this post, although the site zipped them but still the diffrence is very disnictive.
my device is updated to the latest android version and the lens isnt cover with dirt or anything,
also it wasnt allways like that- but im not sure when the problem started.
the problem is much much worse when i cativate the flash. its like the phone forgot how to calculate and spread the light...

Are you sure there isn't any dust inside the camera cover glass? Cause I had a similar problem and it was due to the dust entering from head phone Jack to my camera space.

hi! i only checked the outside of the lens...how can i check the inside cover? do i have to take apart the phone?

No no. Just look through the outer cover. Do you see the lens to be clean or does some dust blur your lens of the camera.

its hard to tell...it looks like there is a liitle bit of dust, but its on the inside of the lens.
is that the only explantion that possiblle?

I have attached a photo of my lens. It's not so clear but u should see 2 rings somewhat clearly. Tell me if yours is clear as this pic.

well, agian its hard to tell but it does looks like mine is less clean.

You gotta open it and clean it yourself or go to a service centre. I prefer service centre though. Cause this isn't a software problem. That's how it was for me. I guess it's the same for you.
Yesterday I saw my ZUs rear camera lens had developed some blotches. I tried to get rid of it using a cleaner and even nail paint remover, but it made the lens even more blotchy. :crying: I was afraid that I would have to take the phone to service. But a quick google search lead to this simple solution that worked. :good:

That's pretty funny. Toothpaste of all things! I do have that issue, and I'll keep it in mind in a few months when I typically start taking more photos (since I need the light, lol).

Yes, plastic is off. I bought this phone used. I've done a factory reset twice. Other photos I've taken with different phones at the same subjects turn out miles better.
Try other modes and a different app.
That will help narrow down if it is a software or hardware/firmware issue
