Hello guys!
I have a motorola MOTO E 1st generation.
The internal memory is an SD card 2Gb, locked in a metal cage welded to the motherboard.
When this smartphone was released It was rumored that a hardware MOD would replaced the SD, but Motorola had said That no one would never do it.
I wonder: have you tried it? did you manage it?
It is the only thing missing in this device.
thanks for everything!
What hardware Mod are you talking of? Please post a link.

Why is most developement done for moto e indian 2 sim variant for example its piece o cake to find working lolipop or stock firmware for xt1022 but its nearly impossible to find stock fimrware or lolipop for xt1021(eu variant) and even if i find something mostly its buggy or links are dead

It all depends on what device developers own if they have the 2 sim XT1022 then that's what they use for testing and what will get released initially as it's convenient to use a device they actually own. where as with XT1021 if they don't own that they have to rely on others to test which will slow the whole process down. Hope this helps clear some things up.

Because most of the developers who are working on moto e are Indian and own xt1022
I think of buying this device because my Xperia E1 sucks and my only question is: Is it capable to run Hearthstone i managed to run the game on Xperia E1 (512MB RAM), but i'm using patch witch is ignoring the requirements but i want to know is it able to run the game without this patch, so if anyone can tested it for me i will be very thankful

I did try hearthstone on my Moto E with SOKP, it runned perfectly, no issues at all. You may need to move it to the SD card though as it takes a lot of space.

Yes, first gen. The game takes a lot of space, so you cannot have many apps in your phone while installed.
Moto E is $50 at Best Buy right now and all I want to do is to get it and install Blackberry Apps (as instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/port-apks-blackberry-priv-venice-t3244542 )
I noticed there are several Moto E's and some of them are not upgraded to 5.1, and 5.1 is required for BB Apps.
Thanks in advance.
If i'm not wrongm there isn't root for 5.1 yet for Verizon Moto E 2nd. And without root, its very complicated to have recovery, so the answer would be no, you can't.
Hi,
I have read in a blog post saying that Moto E 2nd Gen started getting Android update. I am using 3G variant. I haven't yet got the update. Is any one got the update? Is it for 4G variant or all the variants of Moto E 2nd gen?
Is any performance improvement after update if you already received?

The ROM may flash successfully, however I seriously doubt it, but the features with the differences will never work.
Thanks..
