I'm on stock MM, .291, rooted , lb, xposed, twrp recovery, got TA backup, flashing the baseband only of D6503 1.6GB ftf (through flashtool) did not work but, the flashing was successful.. I downloaded this ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/general/sony-z2-d6503-prerooted-customized-au-t3432625 ) rom, d6502 patch, bootloop fix zips.. Need help for running Jio 4G in my D6502.. Please Please someone instruct me..
The hardware is missing not the software, so flashing the above mentioned zips or any zip for that matter won't help.
Sorry to tell you that VoLTE doesn't work on Xperia Z2 Indian version i.e D6502. I also wanted to use jio on my phone. But it is something hardware related so it can't be fixed by flashing . :/ Sorry brother.
No, Z2 supports Jio

Don't you get it now? The D6503 baseband won't work on D6502 because it doesn't have the hardware. So there you have it, there's no you can use 4G on a 3G only* phone

Hello,
I have tried lot of different ROMS and Kernels and patches etc. I haven;t copied anything from my original native ROM from GSM operator.
I suppose that I have problems with signal as I have low signal level in big city, I also have problems with 3g internet network.
What should I check/ override ? I think that kernel ? Is that anyone could link me propper kernel for use in Poland? If not kernel any other package - as I remember in old, Windows Mobile devices that was something called 'RADIO'
I also have problems with random restarts, no signalling of incoming calls, random switches to plane mode and battery drain.
Please help...

Yeah it is probably better if you dont rush, but it really annoying the untill now no d6502 rom has been updated
BTW there is root by flashing pre-rooted one. Just sharing the info.
Just to let you guys know, I installed the Lollipop update on my D6502 with the baseband fix and it's fine so far. I know the feels...we should have the official version for our model. When the official one comes out, I'll install it as well.
Guys, i havea D6502 and i created a prerooted 23.1.A.0.690 Baltic Generic[for 6503] zip package and added Nut's dual recovery too to the zip package, which obviously didn't work, after flashing the zip in recovery, i immediately flashed 6502_Baseband_V2.zp too (fix for d6502 modem files) . Now i have sim card signal, but my wifi is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting which is pretty unusable in this state (it reconnects almost every 5 seconds), so it's like it is constantly dropping out and then trying to reconnect. What can i do to fix this? any suggestions would be appreciated.

d6502 lollipop
hello people...
dont worry for your lollipop. even i have the same frustration on lollipop. so i contacted the xperia customer service . they said that lollipop for xperia z3 n z3c has been released officially in india and in around or less than a week, xperia z2 (d6502) is going to get the taste of lollipop.
so dont try any other methods and ruin for mobile.

No sir, i am currently connecting with the same device to the same network but on a different rom (CM12/infected) and it's working without any problems. i can not figure out what was the problem on stock official lp except that i have a d6502 (though other users reported it's working fine for them with d6502 patch).

Greetings! i'm currently looking for an android 6~7 rom for my huawei gr5 (compilation number on the title). I've found several but non of them matches the whole compilation and i'm afraid of bricking my phone, i've installed roms before but was on a nexus one (old old phone) so i'm basically new again. I would pretty much appreciate advice, links, and whatever might help me on this process. Thanks in advance.
There are lots of ROMs in ROMs and kernel section.
So any rom there with the kII l22 tag will work to me? Even if the c569b130 doesn't match? That's my biggest question.

Voice over LTE. You can't simply disable it for custom Roms to work. You need to be on B350 and below because B360 and above has VoLTE.

You can update via OTA update.. Or you canupdate manually.
