First of all when you type any commands type correct spelling...
In this case you type "fastboot flashing unlcock" but correct is "fastboot flashing unlock".....( later talk about that this command is known or unknown but firstly you should type correct spelled words...)
And if you want to unlock your bootloader go through this link:-
http://kidapso.com/how-to-unlock-asus-zenfone-3-max-bootloader/
About the command, I made a mistake of spelling, sorry about that. But the link you gave me is TOTAL fake when I try download the software, the website tell me to complete a survey.

If your android rooted using KingRoot then it must your bootloader is unlocked.
Try command in fastboot mode
"fastboot oem device-info" then see bootloader unlocked is true or false. If true means your bootloader is unlocked.
What ever i am typing its saying only "FAILED <remote: unknown command>"
Only the working code is "fastboot devices" 😥

To enable OEM, you must first reveal the hidden developer options tab (i'm not so sure) but go to Settings>About Device then find the build number. Tap it 7 times or more then it should say "You are now a developer". After that, exit from about device and you can see the Developer options. Tap it and find OEM unlock. Enable it.
To flash twrp recovery via odin, simply download the twrp for your device. Search google for "twrp for j100h". Download latest version of Odin, install it then run it as administrator. Click Phone then find the .tar file of twrp. Flash it then wait for it to say PASS!! in a green background. You now flashed twrp to your Samsung Phone.
Hope it helps!

I can verify this: My J100H does not have a.) an OEM option in the developer settings and b.) does not boot into fastboot.
I can boot into download mode using volume down + home + power. But "fastbood devices" on the connected computer does not show the device.

Yes and no, it is as @adarshadhungel1 says in https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70830154&postcount=3,
there is no Option to unlock OEM in the Samsung 4.4.4 stock rom for the SM-J100H - so it seems. Could not find it anywhere.
Also, there seems to be no fastboot mode, as @TheExploitedOne mentions here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=83120343&postcount=3
So, I am stuck using Odin on Windows. At least for the first download it worked for me, now that I have TWRP on the phone, it seems I can handle the rest from linux...

Yes Samsung devices implement the Odin protocol rather than fastboot mode. There is maybe one or two devices that are Samsung that have fastboot instead of Odin by are probably rare to find
Does enabling OEM Unlock from developer options (Android 5.1.1) unlocks the bootloader?
If yes then can I directly flash a custom recovery after enabling OEM Unlock?

No, it only gives you permission to unlock bootloader.
You will need to unlock bootloader using adb.
Try this,
Download adb and Koush Universal adb driver and install them on ur pc, always install the driver first and don't install the drivers adb setup asks u to install.
Run command prompt as administrator.
Open the folder in c drive where adb is installed, u can use file explorer for this.
Press Shift+right click and select open command window here.
Enable USB debugging on your phone and connect it to the pc by a USB cord.
Enter command "adb devices" without quotation marks.
If it shows some device connected, only then proceed further.
Enter command " adb reboot bootloader"
Enter command " fastboot devices", if it shows some device to be connected, only then proceed further.
Enter command " fastboot oem unlock".
Ur phone may then ask for final confirmation on the phone screen, select yes.
When procedure completes, type "fastboot reboot" and your phone will reboot normally.

thnx for the reply augustonandro ! but i think im doing something wrong , whenever i type the command adb reboot bootloader my device(Galaxy J200G) restarts instead of rebooting to bootloader . So I just went to my stock recovery and chose option "reboot to bootloader" but still it restarted instead of rebooting to bootloader.

guys i just found out this thread:https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j2/development/dev-samsung-galaxy-j2-lte-t3258147 and it says that just enable OEM Unlock and your bootloader will be unlocked. Is it true?
No, as explained above. That just allows the bootloader to be unlocked via ADB/fastboot (unless the bootloader is locked down like many ZTE phones).
Have you tried "adb reboot-bootloader"?

Try this method :
- Switch on the OEM unlocking option in Dev Opt and plug in USB to PC and direct booting into bootloader using ADB cmd
adb reboot-bootloader
- Navigate to PC device manager and look for new device detection and update driver. On Update Drivers popup, navigate to Properties TAB and choose 'Hardware Ids' from scroll menu, rightclick and copy the first id that shown and google for the drivers.
Sometime, from my experiences, PC might say the driver installed for our phone is correct, but it isn't. Thats why when we enter fastboot cmd eg :
fastboot oem unlock
nothing will happen, bcos the driver isnt correctly designed for it.
Well, good luck trying...

Before wasting your time with this check for boot-loader can get unlocked
Code:
adb devices
adb shell "getprop ro.oem_unlock_supported"
If returned value is 1, then it's supported otherwise it's not.

May be they forgot to populate that entry...
Because not ADB but Fastboot is needed to unlock a Android device's boot-loader you always can try
Code:
fastboot devices
fastboot oem unlock
fastboot reboot
fastboot unlock-info
If outpout of last command is TRUE, then boot-loader got unlocked.

As I can see the version of Fastboot you use doesn't support the subcommand "OEM unlock":
Each OEM/Carrier has its own version of the Fastboot driver.
Try this instead
Code:
fastboot flashing unlock
BTW:
Become familiar with Fastboot subcommands supported on your device. Simply run
Code:
fastboot
or
Code:
fastboot OEM
you can see on this thread.
