Instructions
Flash ICS ftf First
Download the ROM and put to SD Card
Extract Boot.img in the zip & Fastboot it to your device
Boot to CWM
wipe data,cache,dalvik
In Mounts & Storage (Format system)
Install the ROM (Please be patient)
wipe data,cache,dalvik
reboot
Let it settle
if you reboot the device will be stuck at SONY logo for a while. just wait and it will bootup
then boot to cwm again and flash illumnation bar fix.zip
when it says complete Hold power + volume up
Done, Enjoy & Hit Thanks (that would make me Happy & Continue my Work)
To Use Entropy Generator Engine
Open Terminal emulator
type su (grant superuser request)
type entropy_on (to turned on) entropy_off (to turned off)
type 1 then 1
the device will now reboot.
to check
type su enter then entro (values shoud be higher that 3000+ upto 4096)

you can use Titanium Backup instead. Its more effective and allows you to create a flashable zip which you can directly flash while installing new ROMs.

I meant you can create flashable zips for your apps with the data. That way, you don't need to install the apps all over again for a new ROM.

the problem with this method is that i have no idea how to do it
ive used titanium back up also but it cant back up system settings, wifi passwords etc.

Recovery bricked... Where is my mistake? I was on Carbon 4.3.1 from Kevinjoa. I downloaded your Rom and put it on my External SD than i boot into TWRP and make a fullwipe after that i flash your Rom and restart. Nothing happens blackscreen...

May be there is something wrong with your Rom zip file check it with winrar and u sure your model is only

when i have flashed this rom the top header below is in korean since the base system ui is from korean rom.so to get al the fixes
method1:download the nicv2.2 rom and go for installing the applications with out wipe and select only the system ui in the aroma
method2:just download the xpose installer and search for the S5 FOR NOTE3 this will give you the 100%KOREAN free rom
for the ussd codes no other go you have to go for the erobot rom and i am searching for the base apk.i think he is brillant ..he took the base as 4.4.2 in which every thing works ,...and edited script to 4.4.4 which every one were relly downloadng,...with funn...
to differenciate 4.4.2 and 4.4.4 we just need to check the ram ussage and the smoothness of the rom .....

I9100 + PAC-man 4.4.4.RC-3 + gapps-kk-20140606-signed = no file upload
Hello all,
I recently revived my S2 and installed PAC-man RC3 on it. First with the modular-micro version of gapps, then with the gapps-kk-20140606-signed version. In both cases, I can not upload anything to anywhere using the build-in browser. Upon selecting a file for upload using a webform, I get the new file picker, and when I choose a picture for instance, the file name get's trunkated to: image%3A153
When the form is trying to process the selection, I get an error about image:153 not being in a valid format. This leads me to suspect that the %3A part in the filename is causing an issue.
I did not do anything else to my system, and formatted and whiped everything I could think of .. from dalvik cache to my internal and external SD. The phone was probably cleaner then I got it from the previous owner after I was done, yet, this issue remains. Am I goofing up something or is this a bug ? I can not find anything on 'PACman ROM rc3 can not upload files from phone' google searches, and adaptations on that phrase.
Any help or insight would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

DO you have this problem in any rom other than PAC RC3 ? Because i dont think there is any problem of Uploading files in this rom i hv used this rom for a week it was quite good for me !!. Try to check first if this problem is with the your s2 or with the rom by flashing a new rom !!

Have not tried yet. But neither Imgur nor any of the forums I usually upload pics to, can handle what the filepicker puts in the webform .. so I'm quite sure the issue is with the filepicker. I can upload pictures using apps without problems (fb app, whatsapp, etc.) I will try another Rom and report back.

@Planet_Jeroen Ummm Try installing PA 4.6 Its the basic stock based 4.4.4 and see if you have the problem !! btw which kernel are you using presently ?? I would recommend you to use Dorimanx latest as its stable as of now if youre using any other than this !!
You could also try SLIM KAT 4.4.4 latest nightly over Gustavo kernel with full wipe and check if you have the problem.

As you are sure that this is a problem with filepicker and your inbuilt browser . confirm whether you can do the same in an external browser first like Chrome !!

I finally found the time to start flashing ... and am very f-ing glad I saw your comment before I did I just installed firefox, and there are no issues with the filepicker anymore. It seems the issue is with the build-in browser.

Initially RC3 but have random soft reboots at screen transitions por at download images. Occasionally i lost data and voice but my status in the task bar appears fine.
Eventually flashed 22 Dec 2014 nightly and continue soft reboots & música bug, i lost the sound con música player. I found a kerne for AOSP or Cyanogenmod versións ¿Can i flash that kernel?

I think u should make a ROM with gapps included
I'll include the version with gapps in the next upload, which should be coming soon. The only reason I hesitated putting it up in the first place is I'm afraid once I get a working version with Google pre-installed (which should be much easier) I might lose my tester(s) due to satisfaction with the roms current state. Whereas I definitely know it's possible to fully remove gapps and let the user decide whether or not and which size gapps they'd like to install, because I've seen it done multiple times and I have accomplished it myself with the previous version of slimpickins for core prime

I'm installing it again, in the instructions u have said ROM first, gapps second but there is a gapps included version too rit? So in that just directly install the ROM?

Should look similar to my other version of slim pickins though( http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...rom-slimpickins-stock-rooted-bloated-t3250883 ), except that I haven't added any apps into this rom yet so it still has the stock launcher, file manager and internet browser. If I start getting more activity on this thread then screenshots and custom apps could be added. Maybe @rudyalwin would be willing to post some?

@koognod could you theme the rom like systemui or other system apps?
Only by using tweaks already available, I personally do not have the knowledge required to edit these stock apps myself.
