Just ask her/him. If you've gotta sneak through their phone is the relationship with it?

Even FBI technicians tried to crack it with no luck.
Forget about it.

If parents are so worried about what their kids are up to. Don't buy them a smartphone and there are many different ways you can control what they can and can't do, most major carriers have that ability.

Safe mode?
Someone's talking out of their ass again. There are two publicly known IT forensics companies (one from Sweden and one from Russia) which provide the LEOs with the software to obtain evidence from the locked phones.
I'm sure there are more companies like that we just don't know about.
I'll try to crack it in return for $2,000, $10,000 if I succeed.
I'll need a signed and notarized letter of agreement authorizing me to try.
Is USB debugging enabled on this device? If so, cut the fee in half.

Yeah, but they will only retrieve individual emails, contacts, or other data as specified very clearly eg, all email from [email protected] to [email protected], sent between 12:00 UTC and 13:00 UTC on December 3, 2011.
They do that to avoid civil actions from the owner.
I won't retrieve ANY data. I'll just try to crack the passcode. No civil action will make it past discovery, but there is still risk of expenses. Hence the sizeable fee.
My daughter has a smart phone and I control the gmail.
I have the password for the gmail associated with the phone she does not.
She has another account on the phone. She can set a password but it will be unlocked on command or I'll just unlock it through gmail later.
This is not something you set up after, you do it before. I pay the bill, therefore, it is my phone.
But this thread sounds like something nefarious.

Maybe. Most likely this is some dad with a drug-addled son, and dad thinks he can solve the problem by 'exerting control and parental authority' after years of ignoring the causes of the behavior. What a maroon, as Bugs Bunny would say.
My offer stands.

This shouldn't be discussed publicly in first place. This may lead to wrong discussion about stolen/cracked devices. Im pretty sure its against the forum rules.
the op can aways ask devs directly via PM for help.
Just a though, not personal.
Thanks

Can someone who has the Redmi 3, check in the Google Play Store if they can install the vrse app. I'm looking for a cheap handset to demo that app. I can side load it on the Redmi Note 2 but no videos play, so I'm hoping that's to do with the Mediatek chip, a cheaper snapdragon might work?

If you read some of the comment for the app, it shows that no videos issues is happened in S6 edge too, so i don't think its a processor issue, more like bugs in the app it self.
Thanks. I didn't do that tbh. as I had sideloaded the apk as it was marked not compatible with the RN2. I'm just interested if vrse can be installed on the R3, could you check please as I don't have that device and am looking for a cheap handset. Thanks.

Not 100 percent sure. Read it at some India based review site before I bought it. Don't have bt headphones to test it.

Btw monleylord, Do you see any kind of indication on task bar when you pair your aptX Enabled Headphone?

I have just obtained simple, not aptx, BT earphones Awei A920 BL. They pair without problem and play but there is no information in what mode they currently run. Oh and they do not cooperate with Kodi but this may be Kodi problem.

Is it not possible to find out if it's connected via Bluetooth SBC or AptX?

Bump (to help)
Not an owner of the device (yet), but if you're rooted you can check logcat for what codec is being used.
Install catlog, establish a connection and it should give the information.
Hello,
Does anyone else having problems with choppy/laggy video in Kodi?
Tried to stream a 1080 movie with the mi box and it was horrible, streamed the same movie with my phone and it was exellent.
Is the mi box really that terrible, maybe 2GB of ram isn't enough?

Got tired of not finding an answer. Maybe it's because it's the chinese model, or maybe it's just crap.
Ordered the H96 Max yesterday and hoping for a better experience ?

Have you seen this one..?
https://www.banggood.com/H96-PRO-PLUS-Amlogic-S912-Octa-Core-3GB-RAM-32GB-ROM-TV-Box-p-1100082.html
Yes $110 at geekbuying,4GB/32GB Was about to order the pro plus but then I found the max, I think it's brand new. Scores over 70000 in antutu so it should be able to do any tasks without problem. The pro plus scored around 40000 if I remember correctly.

If the score is no fake, some boxes love to create fake benchmak tests.
I will give you the results when I recieve it ?
