I can´t find contact to write to LG, that I can ask about LG official Android updates. Does anybody can give contact, becaus LG Baltic did´nt answered to my question because they seems don´t know even themselwes?

I just received my HD2, from USA, on the amazon.com, in product description was be "International version".
When i send serial number of my mobile to htc support, they tells me than my phone is wiyh Malaysian ROM...

b4 u tell me that i can change the region by dialing *#272*imei#, let me just say that ive tried that and it works only on samsng devices...
what i wish to know is whether a similar method is available for the optimus one...

I bought a Huawei Honor 5x from an Australian website (I'm currently living in NZ). When I got my phone, I noticed the box/instructions were in chinese. When I turn the phone on, it was the same thing. I tried to change the language but there were some sections like logs from update and some menus they were in chinese. I tried to change the firmware but it didnt work (probably because my model is KIW-TL00 and I downloaded a different firmware). Now, a stupid question: there is a way to change the model of the phone to be able to install a US firmware? and if it's not possible, there is a way to change the firmware to a english version?

Can you run the script that is located here and post your results
I have the same problem and question. I bought one of these and it turned out to be the Chinese version. Even after changing the Android language to english there are still many chinese messsages. Any advice how to load a different firmware, or at least change all the Huawei messages to english? Thanks.
Hi, I have a questione. I notice after I flashed open eu kdz which is debrand that my software is still show version v10e-260-02. I check and 260-02 is for t.mobile poland. When I want to update via lg bridge, it upload tmobile software not global. Is there any way to debrand this phone to software version v10e-xx, which mean open eu. That's wear that phone allways shows t.mobile brand.
Maybe someone have a way to definitely debrand phone ???

This summer i have bought my LG G5 when i was travelling in Sweden. I bought it unlocked new ( not connected to any carrier) .
As i can see many of you have receive Android 7 update.. I have try to use LG tools, LG Bridge , and try to updated it over air... But nothing..
I have send an Email to LG support but i have receive generic answer.. So my question is , why there is no update for me? Maybe somebody knows something, what i can do? Is my device broken?

HI I think it hits to Nordic countries just before Christmas. We are not such a big market area, so wait a bit and it will come. I haven't got it either, so your phone is not broken.
