Hi guys,
I am looking for a quick launcher in the statusbar. It should just display 6 shortcuts for easy access in any app. I found these two apps which would be fine:
TUFFS
Notification Shortcuts
The problem is, that they dont stay on the very top of my notifications and this kind of makes them useless to me. Does anyone have an idea how to enable this? Or are there other apps which are better?
Thanks for yor help!
EDIT: SOLVED it myself. In Nougat you can longpress the notification --> more settings --> toogle importance -->set importance to the highest value.

Hi there,
Do you guys know of any (notification) toggle to quickly disable/enable lockscreen? In the notification panel Android unfortunately doesn't seem to have such a toggle build in. With the previous build, Jelly Bean, some widgets from the Play Store seemed to work, but not anymore with Android 4.4.2.
Thanks in advance for your help!

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.painless.pc works fine in Kitkat and one of it's many toggles disables the lockscreen.

Thanks for your reply! In the description on Play Store, it says that for the lockscreen toggle to work, it requires a separate (pay) app. Does this seem to be the case?
Do you/does someone know any other alternatives?

Unfortunately the app you are suggesting, does not work on my phone. A message in the notification bar says the lockscreen is disabled, but it's not.
Anybody else know of any solution? I can't believe there is no one else in need for a lockscreen toggle that works with KitKat.
Is there something that replicates this feature?: changing a notifications priority/or hiding the notification icon from the status bar.
I know that you can permanently hide all notifications of an app via app info, but what I am looking for is something that will allow me to only hide any icon from the status bar, but the notification will still be there when I pull down the notification shade.
I currently use a ROM that has this feature, and I have yet to find it implemented in any other way or through any other ROM. I would love to go back to stock or an AOSP rom and use only Xposed modules, but this is the only thing that is stopping me. This feature is absolutely vital in my opinion in my everyday use.
You can see this feature in the screenshot below. When I long press any notification when I select the Hide status bar apps notification icon, the icon will not show up. As if it either replaces it (which I believe it does with a transparent dot) or just as useful would be to change the priority of the notification to low.
This just amazes me that I can't find anything else that does this. I'm hoping there is some type of xposed module that can replicate this feature, or anything really. If only i could find the code in the source of the rom myself to compile it into stock or something... But Any thoughts anyone? I'd greatly appreciate the help.

Well you can with Beanstalk ROM. I have a Nexus 5. But I know its been ported to tons of other devices. Check it out its so great. I hate leaving it it has so many features it doesn't even compare, but I can't take CM any longer at this point.

Wow. I found a way thanks to someone at the Xposed community on G+.
The Xposed Module 'App Settings' can set priority of a notification. If you set it to Min. The icon no longer appears in the status bar. Perfect! Been using this app for so long and yet never knew of this feature.
Check it out if you are interested in that feature. Its also a really nice app for much more too.

Pretty much the title, I like / need the apps in the pulldown bar (like the Ultimate Rotate App), but I don't want its icon to appear up in the task bar, as it is useless. Same goes for Trillian, I'd like to get a notification up there when i recieve a message, but while its idle the icon is useless. I don't want all these icons that take up room for no reason, is there an app to get rid of just those icons up there? And no using "disable notifications" from app settings gets rid of too much.
You Need Xposed Framework

I haven't tried the module flatstyle bar indicator, but I have hidden the icon on the lock screen, by using module Clean Lockscreen:highfive:
Then the other 2 icons can hide by the module Qs X tiles per row [L-M].

Good to know your problem is solved:highfive:
On Android 9, you could customize the grid size on the quick settings pulldown. That seems to be gone in Android 10. Have I missed something, and there is a way to do it?
Thanks.
Hello buddy. I did not try to change the grit, but try to make a drop down menu transparent ... no chance.

I think they removed some options about this with Android 10.
