please read the instructions, if M4 Aqua E2303 you have to be on firmware 26.1.A.1.128 and for M4 Aqua Dual E2363 you have to have firmware 26.1.B.1.85.
you can use flashtool to flash the ftf to go back on the firmware and then root the phone http://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/root-how-to-root-5-0-lollipop-t3212108

I recently flashed the 6.0.1 Marshmallow firmware on my M4 Aqua SS E2303 with bootloader unlocked. I was wondering if anyone could link me the things needed and guide me through the steps of getting xposed installed. I'm guessing I need root and recovery so If anyone could help me with that , I would appreciate it
Thanks
Not that difficult to find http://forum.xda-developers.com/m4-aqua/general/root-t3421932.

Yes , I managed to root the device and install the recovery. But the problem is that I like to de-bloat my phone after I root it with Titanium Backup and after I do that I get bootlooped when I install Xposed. Even when I install xposed 1st and then de bloat I still get bootlooped when I restart my device.

Bootlocker unlock allowed: No, there is nothing you can really do
I've got a Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact LTE. I'm hoping to flash it with a custom ROM but alas it doesn't appear to have permission for the bootloader to be unlocked.
Is there any other way to get TWRP onto this to flash another ROM, or is it forever trapped on stock Marshmallow?
Thanks!

[HOW-TO][Root+TWRP Recovery][LB]Stock Marshmallow 6.0.1 (23.5.A.0.575/.291), but if you can't unlock the BL then you can't flash a kernel, so yes you're probably stuck with MM.
