Clarity kernel works just fine... Use the latest version... And as for settings... You have to test it yourself.. Trying different governors... Etc ..
Here's the link to the latest update.. https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=140803
In any ROM just disable adaptive birghtness and set it manually. It helps a lot in saving battery.

I'm using the stock lollipop 5.1..1 .and battery back up is really good. If you don't like stock you can use cm 12.1 , I found it better than all roms. here is the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-e/orig-development/rom-unofficial-cyanogenmod-12-1-t3066007 . You can try any battery doctor also. Hope it helps . Good luck
Use a stock based ROM and Arter, Civz, etc kernels..

CM 11.
I need some battery friendly rom for my D6503 can anyone suggest some ?
the 100% stock one
My personal experience,
Best in performance and battery and very close to stock ... would be Slim Rom from @Wajk
Its been ported for our Z2 by @RaKesh

Yeah maybe you are right. I'm currently on Pre rooted stock 5.1.1 (.232) and I'm getting 6hrs SOT with more than average usage.

I usually get 5+ SOT with this Rom, however i do use Androplus Kernel V72 with Alucard gov & Intelliplug.
Maybe give it try and see if you like it.
KK was very fine too... If you don't mind installing a 4.X android then you could try one of these, like the kk-version of eXistenz .
( I just kept the kk-Carbon-ROM on my sd-card because of this. First, it was just because no LP of carbon appeared, then I kept it because it ran fine and I think the dl-link is dead now if I remember correctly )
Purex 9&10 gave me decent battery life too.
But I am a user that has BT, location, Wi-Fi, mobile-data always on, so your experience may differ if you use your phone otherwise.
Mx ROM v8.0.0 cc
Great battery life and good all-round ROM
First of all this is not my build.I found this on miui forum.
I have tried it and it can be used as daily driver with volte enabled and other bugs fixed.
THANX TO DEVELOPERS.

Most updated ROM has been build the kernel from source, so battery performance should now good as MIUI.
If you still want to get more battery performance. You can try ala_mo's repack kernel.
BTW you post in the wrong section. Pls post this in the Q&A section

I am using redmi note 3 2GB (SB) . Which is the best rom I can put to increase the performance ? Like the current rom I am using is getting hanged when I run heavy application and the space i am getting to run the application is just 500mb out of 2 GB . So which rom I should use ?
It all depends on the kernel but for absolute best performance use a CAF based ROM and use Radon in gaming mode

In that there are 3 options given . In that which one I should use ?
I am using resurrection remix .
And all those files size are just between 11 to 20 MB .. is that really going to change it's performance and battery backup ?
Sorry that I am asking so many questions . I am new to this that's why

Leave it all default and at the part where it says "Balanced, Battery and Gaming" select 'Gaming' for the best performance but worse battery, balanced for 50/50 and Battery for battery but worse performance

Hi,
Based on my observations some of the stable roms are:
>>PureNexus by jhenrique09 + guyver 3.7.8 [for best possible gaming* without any lags]
>>Dirty Unicorns + ElementalX [gaming* was smooth but little bit of stuttering was there, but overall User Interface was smooth]
>>Carbon [best overall performance, smooth, stable, great battery life with Infected r7
kernel, didn't try gaming though.
>>AOSIP 5.9 + infected r6 kernel best battery life better than above + best signal bars
Hope that helps.
Note : *>> tested on asphalt 8 on high settings
