Since I'm addicted to Xposed Framework and CM13 builds are discontinued I decided to build new LOS13 myself. At the beginning this project was just vanilla LOS13 without any addons or patches built from official LOS13 github, with time I applied few patches and performance improvement like UKSM, ZRAM and many others tweaks.
You can flash it on top of CM13 build.

Does this come with or without root preinstalled? The Lineage 14.1 builds for this device come without root (but can be rooted with a separate zip if desired) and it passes Safety Net checks for those of us that like to play Pokemon or use Android Pay.
I upgraded my last CM13 to LOS13 and it's still rooted (SuperSu). You have to try clean install yourself, but I'm pretty sure LOS13 is pre-rooted just like CM13 was.

This is the best daily driver for my phone because: setting APN is not broken on this ROM so it enabled me to switch from Ringplus to Total wireless, and because I can use xposed with it.
Only problem I had is finding the lineageOS file that works to add root access (the one I tried did not work after I flashed)

For weeks there has been a team effort initiated by Gekkehenkie11 to bring CyanogenMod to the N910F. Many test builds have been released in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/general/rd-porting-cm12-t2951934 .
More and more users have asked for a ROM thread, to make releases more clear. Plus it's time to focus more on R&D in the R&D thread, and less on flash / usage issues. So here it is. The thread you've asked for.
Consider this the worst ROM thread in history.
This ROM would not have been possible without Slayher and Fattire! They have identified and solved a lot of the common trlte issues, and merged them back into the CM source. See their thread for more information about their work: http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-tmobile/development/unoffcial-cm-12-0-t-mobile-note-4-t2964887 . We've picked up from there to modify everything for the N910F, rebase the work on the N910F kernel source, fix RIL issues, fix up missing blobs, tweaks, etc.
To quote Slayher:
CM-12.0 is not ready. There are still massive changes of the code base as it progresses to add the already established features and enhancements.
There will be things broken.

Expect bugs, flash at your own peril. Make sure you wipe the device, even if you come from a previous build.
Enjoy!
P.s.
This is all done on our free time. Take it or leave it. Don't expect support..... but we'll try our best to help you.
MOD EDIT -

910G here, was running previous builds, just tried to flash this, couldn't get past boot animation, just flashed gekke's blobs on top to see if it boots.
This latest build contains changes to make the Samsung smart cover function. Which makes the device turn on in my pocket. This is an issue that needs to be addressed soon.

I believe I know what is causing the issues with the latest build. The boardconfig changed, and I was behind pulling from some repo's. To fix it I have to nuke my build environment and rebuild everything again. This usually takes 6 hours which means it will finish when I'm in bed. Expect a new build in 24 hours or so.
Hi all.
Can someone please explain in few words why CM ROMs are better than TW ROMs? What are the advantages of flashing CM builds over TW etc? Thx

The question for me is why does Samsung put TW on Android? Pure Android is so sexy. With CM it's even more.

however i will provide builds(ill try to do daily but i cant guarantee it) until the rom goes official

This ROM should work, I don't see why it wouldn't
Try flashing it and if it doesn't work let me know and I'll hello you figure out why
And no, there's almost no way you'll ever be able to get KitKat on this device, the best you could do is a KitKat theme

What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.
Anyway to get a working system I added some changes from CodeAurora Forum and CyanogenMod. I added also 3 non-AOSP features for a better user experience (Advanced Reboot, "Clear All" button in Recents and an option to delete screenshots from the notification area) and I'm NOT going to add something other.
Features
Pure AOSP
It's pure AOSP (based on Slim and CAF)

NFC is stuck and causes a wakelock, remove NFC's APK from /system/app, so no, Android Pay does not work
And Baseband is not detected, this is a common issue with newer ROMs on the VS985, ill hunt down CM's commits for this
Probably a gapps issue, but Google Play Services refuses to work for signing in at the first boot, looking for my old gapps now, ill edit this if it was indeed because of the March 10th Gapps
Otherwise, it runs smooth as butter, keep up the good work!

Found some odd little issue on the Newest Build, unsure if this one applies to the previous, but the Ringer, regardless of what ringtone is set, does not ring, and Autobrightness does not work, so turning it off is the only way to set brightness, and because you're using CM device trees and kernels, you technically have the proper libs, unless those files are on CM's venders for LG :silly:

Hey, thanks for pointing out those issues, yes i am using CM kernel and device trees i guess that's the reason brightness is not working properly because even CM had that issue many users reported that, i guess its fixed. Ill build again and see if these issues are fixed and if they are ill post the build. AOSPB guys haven't updated their source from past 17 Days that's the reason i didn't make a new build. Thanks once again

In 6.0 rro was merged. Any aosp or slim rom on 6.0 will work with layers as long as it doesnt have cmte.
What is it
It is an under developpement LineageOS 14.1 build from random picked sources official LineageOS sources devices trees, and sonyxperiadev kernel. No modification into the code except to get device working. This rom is not intended to be used as daily usages, it is under development! The bigest part of this dev is done by the sonyxperiadev developers/contributors. The idea is to share this built with the community is to improve this rom (and the mentioned sources) faster to maybe, someday, get official again for our D6603. And maybe real dev can help It is an stable version of CyanogenMod 12.1 build from official CyanogenMod trees, and original kernel upgraded to include security patches. No modification into the code except kernel. As CyanogeMod doesn't exist anymore and android L is the only valuable (for now) custom rom for our devices, the idea is to provide upgrade of the original rom without modification. For now only kernel is upgraded, any help to backport AOSP security patch into gerrit is welcome

If you take 10 min to read threads instead of spamming them you will know I'm already working on it with @jonathan.lube (between your spams btw)

@tomascus made kernel upgrades and I do not have the exact list.
This kernel is selinux upgraded to provide mush more compatibility with FOTAKernel recoveries, and some critical android security bulletins fix are included too.
However CM-12.1 is no more updated so any changes on this way.
So the only changes, compared to the last october official release, are available on the github. The build script is here, the only patch applied is the cm-12.1 defconfig.
I hope someone will help me to backport the security changes into CM to provide a full security updated rom.
Cm 12 is very stable the camera works. I noticed that also NFS No limits runs much better in cm12 I do not know if it was the ROM or some update just know that this incredible now
I have been using for a few days and I'm impressed with its performance. I know benchmarks don't mean a lot, but in real usage the feelings are as great as number suggest
Battery life is as good as stock (at least) and there are no real bugs. Only camera quality is worse than stock. I only miss a few options like network speed and others available on ExistenZ or Carbon, but this is going to be my daily driver for a long time!

It was too good to be true xD. I'm having problems with GPS. There is a clear sky but the phone doesn't find any single satellite. I've attached logcat and dmesg. I hope it's not hardware related... http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/58a8acfdebc71/Log-2017-02-18-09.23.30.csv.txt

Weird. I test gps and with satstat it works fine (indoor, in front of the window, like 3 min to get a fix).
I will take a look at your logs asap.

It's the original quality of lenses without any Sony makeup (drm).
Both indoor and outdoor pictures are bad, but indoor pictures are worse.

Strangely today I tried and gps is now working perfectly without any change. When I tested the other day O waited for several minutes with clear sky and it was 0/0 Today I got around ten fixes and 21 satellites.

Weird, indeed.
Can you please take a logcat? Maybe something obvious like a missing file.
Also do you replaced your back cover?
