Encryption failed. Is there any way to save my data? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone,
Few days ago I wanted to try out encrypting my samsung note 3. The process took over few hours without anything happening. I then decided the encryption failed and restartet the phone. It then asked my to reset it to factory settings, which I didn't do (yet). Unfortunatly I didn't make a backup before trying to encrypt it, and I would really like to keep the data, especially pictures.
Now is there any way I can still get the data? Or even the slightest possibility?
USB Samsung Kies, Samsung Smart Switch can't access the device.
Now is there any way to still get atleast some data?
So many people had this problem nobody can solve it, I been looking for 2 days to solve it.
Please help me I don't want to lose my pictures from last 4 years. :crying:
Thank you!

I can pay 100$ if somebody can help me with this

Does factory data reset cause you to lose root?

Hi guys,
Like everyone else I've been having major WiFi issues on my Prime. I finally had enough of it today and decided to call Asus to see if I could get it RMA'd.
The rep that I spoke to suggested that I do a factory data reset as a preliminary step. I really don't hold out any hope that it will help but I figured I might as well try it since I never have before.
Will the reset cause me to lose root? If so, can I get it back with Voodoo Root Keeper?
Thanks in advance!
No, you won't lose root permissions, but you'll have to install again superuser app. I did this two days ago.

Please help. Stuck in factory binary.

So, about a month ago I decided to factory reset my phone. I got it to factory binary mode, that was what I wanted to do because the phone kept messing up, getting hot, etc. I figured I’d reset it, download my apps back that I used a lot and everything else would be erased so I could start fresh, rather than going through every single thing in my phone and deciding what to get rid of, and what to keep.
Of corse, I have a AT&T phone that apparently makes this complicated with the Samsung factory reset protection. I got this phone from someone I've semi-lost connection with, and I did ask for the help from them, they couldn’t remember the login info (password/recovery info) for their old phone.
Basically what I’m asking here is when in factory binary mode, with FRP on, can I get back to the phones regular system? I’ve never done this before, and now I regret it more than anything. I didn’t backup my phone or anything, I’ve tried several times reading countless thin about flashing a phone and blah blah, so, does ANYONE know what I should do? I recently lost my job and buying anything isn’t an option, espicaly those websites that say you have to pay to get the FRP deleted.
Is there ANYTHING I can do a thing this point? I’ve heard with the FRP still on, that I can’t download the stock rom back or really do anything, is this true? Can anybody please help! This is my last resort, I’ve spent countless hours trying to google and read articles and this forum was the only place I saw people actually getting help and getting their problems resolved.
I have posted this once on the normal forums just found this section, so hopefully It'll be more helpful. Thanks.

Samsung Note 8....can it still be rooted? Desperately need to recover deleted texts.

I have been trying desperately to recover some deleted text messages for weeks now with no luck. Dr. Fone and the likes won't root my phone and I'm afraid (based on what I read yesterday) that the SAMfail root option is longer working as Samsung has plugged this whole with a new bootloader in recent updates. Without my phone being rooted all I can pull up are messages that are already on my phone. Called Samsung and told them my issue and while they say they are going to investigate a solution and call me back in a hour or two I'm not holding my breath. My Note is the SM-N950U which I believe is Snapdragon. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to pay if someone can help me out with this problem as well. I am very much a novice at all this so please excuse my ignorance.
Thank you.

Recovering note 4 data after root - child custody may depend on it

My ex distroyed my external drive with my phone backup on it. I have rooted my note 4, however i did a factory reset and somehow screwed up the SU app. I have not touched the phone in months, but it appears now I may need to try and recover the original partition, if its even possible. I cannot get my PC to recognize the phone because i cannot seem to enable USB debugging no matter which PC i use. Possibly a result of my screwing up the root?
anyway, first I guess I should start by asking - is it even possible to try and recover an original partition after being overwritten a few times? If it is, and here's another stretch, is there anyone out there who might be willing/able to investigate the possibility with me remotely? alternately, is there anyone you might refer me to who could possibly do this remotely? Im happy to pay for services. My ex is trying to take my kiddo from me and I have no evidence to defend myself without my text history.
thanks in advance for your time.
regards,
J.
Yes and No.Firstly you should consider the fact that Your phone drive has nothing to do with a factory reset.A reset would only wipe data and system partitions.Secondly you should consult a professional because your issue is very serious and I don't want you screwing around. But I can assure you after 3 years of a phone being factory reset many times and using it some tine without filling up the storage fully and running a data recovery software I was able to retrieve my brother's old photo. That he took while buying the phone. So There is a lot of chance you can get them back just contact a professional.

How to retrieve data from locked Huawei Mate 20 Pro

I inherited this phone from my father 2 years ago, but didn't have the 6-digit code to get in. I didn't want to do a fresh install, because I was hoping that at some point I could retrieve data from it (last messages and pictures, etc). I left it at a company that was specialized in this kind of data recovery, but according to them (as of last summer), there still isn't a way to decrypt the damn thing. I've also asked at Huawei, but never received a reply.
Does anyone here maybe have a tip on what to do? Is there a way to retrieve that data, or should I just sell it? Many thanks in advance for your replies.

I guess I'm the 10th million asshole asking this question.
In my days, everything was hackable and decryptable, but it seems only the CIA is now able to do this. Maybe I'll call them.
