Hi, I had a working Sim card of the German Telekom which stopped working in my Le max 2 after 3 weeks. I heard that a specific type of the Sim card called cw2 had that issues with different phones too. Like the one plus. So does this happened to someone else? I put in my second Sim and hope that this will not end after 3 weeks with the same defective.

i had the same Problem too with TMA. After two weeks of use my SIM was broken.
I had one in Stock an activated it with the Hotline. Everything works fine now.
Let's see how long. I got a new card with the same type and if that happens again after some weeks, I will sell the phone. Which type is your sim?

I purchased this http://www.magic-sim.com/product/id/23/MAGICSIM_ELITE_-_GALAXY_S4_DUAL_SIM_ADAPTER.html and I can't seem to get this to work, Customer support from Magic-sim.com is non existant. before I return it does anyone here have any suggestions,
when I insert this magi sim and power on it says "no sim" please insert sim card. I have tried probably 20+ times inserting and reinserting, making sure everything is making a good connection etc... but it dosn't even read the verizon sim. Both my verizon sim and the new one work just fine when by themselves but neither one will work with the magic sim adapter so before i return this does anyone have any suggestions? I would really like this to work.
I am running Android 4.3

my Verizon Sim is less then a year old. and the new sim is about 1 week old.

I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have 3 mobile operators and all 3 are working on same frequencies. On one sim card(I am using 2 cards from different providers) I am getting no service message in every scenario: in both slots, when trying only that card in both slots, on 2g, 3g ect. I've tried second sim from my colleague and same result for that provider. I requested new sim card, same problem. Phone is flashed two days ago on 70..12.0 but same problem still exist. sometimes card gets recognized for couple of minutes and then goes in no service
Does anyone have some solution for this?

HI GUYS, Im having an issue with my phone(HTC dna) that is getting beyond frustrating. I got the phone like a month ago off of something it worked fine for the first week..then one day randomly stopped reading my sim card.. Im not a total dummy so ive done and ruled out the obvious , my firmware was verison 4.09.605.4 I just updated it to the current one. 4.09.605.8 so i ruled out firmware being an issue. i then went to amazon and bought the new board were the sim card attaches and the audio jack attaches i just installed that yesterday and still nothing!!. I even bought a new up sim card tray still no.. when the sim card TRAY isnt installed i get a message when about a im card not detected ,ect. when i push the tray in that message goes away which indicates it is trying to read...but in the corner you see a sim card with x through it which means no sim card..I've replaced my sim card 3 times just to rule out that but my sim card works in my other phone just not this one.. When i first got this phone a month ago it worked fine!! no troubles.. Im on the ATT go plan..i put my sim in and nothing..but now it just doesnt work..ive tried hooking my phone to my computer and opening htc sync manager and tried doing the repair and nothing ive litterally tried and ruled out most of the obvious, Is this a known problem with these phones? Can anyone please!! help me with a solution i want this phone so badly..i love this phone!!..ill be waiting for replies..hopefully someone can drop knowledge to me! thank you!
I switched over to straight talk and had the same thing happen for awhile. Changed the tray and still didn't work. What ended up straightening it out for me was either resetting the apn settings or the new sim card i got. After I did those things it worked fine.
The magic sim circuit that I bought recently does not work. I've bought it because I wanted to enable two different mobile phone accounts with two different SIM cards on my samsung galaxy note 3. Problem is that only the SIM card placed on the first slot of the phone is detected. The second one is not recognized. When I turn the phone on and I click on the DUAL sim app created by the magic-sim,the error message is always "no service available". I can give you more details...

I have a lot of sim cards. The first one has been bought on 2003,the newest ones one week ago. I tried to use different combinations of sim cards,but the circuit only worked the first time and then never worked anymore

WIND sim 1,bought on 2003 and stored in another mobile phone : this is my primary phone number. On this number I have activated the transfer call...All the phone calls that I get here should be forwarded to SIM 5.

ILIAD,bought on 2018
Ho.MOBILE bought on 2018 : this is the sim card I prefer,because it has the most convenient plan.
what I want to do is : to place the SIM 5 on the slot 1 and the SIM 1 on the slot 2 of the note 3 or vicecersa...

Problem: Sim card stops working after making a call. Can't receive calls either.
I just bought the Mix 4 around two weeks ago and just put in a new SIM card that I just got today. The SIM card was already tested to be working fine on my Vivo NEX S. Calls, text and data all work fine with the Vivo NEX S. When in my Mix 4, it works fine when it comes to data and texting. But when I try to call, the SIM card just stops working. The Mix 4 is able to detect it, but it's unusable until I put that SIM card inside my Vivo NEX S and then putting it back in the Mix 4. When attempting to call with the Mix 4, when the call goes through, the SIM just turns off or is disabled. But the call will go through and I will be able to talk to the recipient for a couple seconds before it stops due to lack of data/loss connection. I also can't seem to receive calls.
I also have a working Verizon sim card and the exact same thing happens. I've also taken a look at the APN and everything looks fine.
Is there anything I can do?

Same here, just got my T-Mobile sim card today and mix4 shows no signal.
Strange, running 3 nand 02 sim daily and no issues, but on xiaomi.eu miui beta 13

Based on feedbacks from Reddit and xiaomi forum, I notice it only occurred for US carriers.
I tried verison, at&t, and t-mobile, but none of it worked.
MIX 4 seems to have issue for network registering, which renders it unusable in US.
