When Moto Z was updated to the Android Nougat 7 it was possible to change hight of the windows in splitscreen mode. After last update (sound issue fix) isnt possible to do that. I try to turn it on in developer options but it doesnt work.

I change my rom passing from Cyanogen 9 to Smasung rom 4.1 leaked and restore Cyanogen after one week. And recently, I see that when I plug my phone on my PC in USB, I've got any notification anymore which could permit me to enable usb mode. There is a way to restore it?
Ideally, trying to restore it without a hard reset?

Hi, on android 6.0, plug tablet into pc, on tablet screen usual options apply ( MTP, charge olny etc), now, on android 6.1, no opions show on tablet, pc makes a ding noise to acknowledge tablet is conected, but its not showing in file explorer, and my tablet only gives me this message now "usb : use dedicated charger t charge tablet". ive clicked connection options, nothing in there seems to enable file transfer, what the hell has happened between 6.0 and 6.1 to stop this simple feature from working. I've tried multiple usb cables too, nothing changes, and there have been zero changes to my pc. Anyone else seen this last few days since update...

That just means it's in charging mode. You would have to unlock your tablet and click on the notification and switch to MTP mode before the PC can detect it.
Also, I think you meant 6.0.1

when i click on the notification, the only possibility is the usb detection.
when i click on it , i have the message "usb alreadey connected".
Same problem with PC Windows 10 and 7.

I have an issue with j5 pro USB while MTP option is enabled in developer settings I cannot see it in Kies or Android studio also it sometimes appears for one second then goes again but charging normally all times.
I have tried factory reset & not working also there is strange behaviour while trying to change from MTP to any other mode it is changed & saved & could be retrieved In mode chooser dialog but not reflected in developer settings screen. I have tried different data cables with no luck.
please advice if this is hardware or software issue & if it is software is there is something to check?

I have a little problem with substratum and andromeda. In fact I used it on my Oneplus 5T but recently I wanted to update my apps and phone. So I tried to connect to substratum but I can't anymore. I enabled debugging on my phone, I connected it with my windows computer and started andromeda, but it doesnt work. So I uninstalled all my overlays with offline mode, I deleted and redownloaded andromeda and substratum. But it still doesn't work.
I'm on windows 8, my Oneplus 5t is on Android Oreo 8.1.0 and oxygenOS 5.1.4.

On my computer I click on start Andromeda, I press a Key, a black pop up appears on which is written "daemon started succesfully" and then I have different errors : https://imgur.com/Oc2nPed
And on my phone, the connection status is "disconnected" and red.
I am on the classic Oneplus Rom (Android 8.1.0 and Oxygen OS 5.1.5). And my computer is on Windows 8. And I downloaded Andomeda here https://forum.xda-developers.com/app...notes-t3668682 (Windows batch script).
So guys I have a problem..
I decided to make a change on my Mi Pad 2 from MIUI to Windows 10 and AOSP 5.1 dual boot. I successfully install the dual boot and both Windows and AOSP works perfectly fine without any problem, I can even switched between OS without any problem.
Even though the AOSP came with it is only Lollipop 5.1, I don't really mind about that, but the Windows version is 1511. Update has been stopped for Windows 10 version 1511 and A LOT of Windows app won't install on this device as there are security reasons with early version of Windows, so I decided to manually updating Windows and now I'm currently on version 20H2.
First problem, Wi-Fi not working, had some trouble but I already fix that. Now I can download any apps from the Windows Store and also have Wi-Fi connectivity.
Next problem, the update probably messed up the partition, the boot to Android cmd prompt is not working anymore. Which means I could not boot into Android anymore. Every time I turn on the device it directly went into Windows 10. Even when I press the boot to Android it will restart the device then reboots back into Windows 10. Does anyone have the same problem and perhaps have a solution?
I have been searching for solutions but to no avail. So, how to boot to Android?
