Currently i am using Oxygen OS 3.1.3.
I was using Hydrogen OS.
The sound clarity in H2OS is far better than OOS due to Dirac HD Sound.
Is there any MOD available to get Dirac HD Audio on OOS?
If not available then can someone port it from H2OS?
Dirac HD Audio is available on all versions of H2OS MM and LP for Oneplus X.
It is also available on Oneplus 2 OOS

1. Install SuperSu
2. Flash Mod with TWRP (Normal Version. Not systemless)
3. And enjoy
You should have XtremeMusic App after flash.

Thanks for your info! I tried this with 3.1.1, the installation was so easy compared to the complicated viper4android installation. The effect is wow...! Its like attaching a power amplifier into my OPX :good:

HOW TO INSTALL LINEAGEOS
- Make sure your phone is running firmware from at least 20S
- Download the LineageOS zip(s). (see Downloads)

- Unlock bootloader and install TWRP 3.2.0 or higher.
- Boot into TWRP.
- Perform a backup of your current ROM. (Optional)

I had to install the linked TWRP image to get rid of the status 7. I can confirm that untill now it works perfectly fine.
I'll test things as WiFi and Bluetooth as I use the device more as it is now my secondary phone.
Performance seems fine but a bit less framerate than my PA ROM. Maybe it's just an impression.

Rom works just fine in terms of performance but gapps for oreo are still real crap... Stock camera does not work at all, but others do. The only other bug that i found is glitching splash screen when booting up. Anyways, good job

Microphone works flawlessly.

does the camera work correctly?
There is volte option available in the settings but I am not able to get any volte or HD icon on status bar using jio 4g sim even rebooted many a times but still the same no volte calls any help will be appreciated.

Stock camera freezes, Open camera says it has major error but camera fv-5 works, so camera partially works.

I don't know if Status apk https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.james.status&hl=en will work, if it is only for icon on status bar. Never used VoLTE before, so I have no idea VoLTE works or not.
Also Safetynet and DRM are an issue: Netflix won't download anything...

You have to use Magisk and get the apk from elsewhere, that's what sucks about most ROMs these days. SafetyNet is the worst. Netflix will keep updating its app to check for root and Magisk will have to keep updating to fool Netflix. It's an endless game of cat-and-mouse unless one side gives... and it's probably gonna be the dev community because here everything relies on crowdsourced info and cool devs. :/
Footej camera app from Playstore seems to work for now if you need camera, just take a little time when it start up.

Yeah, also patching Safetynet and Magisk the situation wont change much...
Don't **** with drm or safetynet. If you drive google angry you know what happens. They'll lock everything down and you can go back to stock 6.0.

I'm install your ROM again and autorotation works fine! Magic! Camera fv-5 and footej works, but works slowly and inccorectly, for example do photos 20+ mb)
Fps in the games is not to hight, stock eui 26 have the same or a little higher fps(1-3)
Battery life good, after night only 1% drain( on airplane mode, without play services)

I tried experimenting with various roms and didnt find a suitable sound mod that could impress me.
However my search ended after finding this ultimate Dolby Atmos port which is easy to flash on any custom Oreo based rom.
Instructions:
1) Flash Magisk v16
2) Download Audio Modification lib from Downloads in Magisk
3)Download and flash Ainur Mod in Magisk
4) Flash attached Dolby Atmos magisk module
Thats it ! Experience the change in overall sound..

Suggest me moto g5s plus Dolby atmos
Those who are have problems of force closure of app (keeps stopping), flash Audio Modification Library on Magisk. Everything will work then.

I have done exactly step-by-step guide pointed out, but after flashing Dolby from attachment, my phone is on Boot load consistently for half an hour now. Reboot it few times, any help ?

**Update: As a tiny problem with charging notification led. If screen off, led also off and turn on if unblock button is pushed.

Led notification when phone charging off if screen turn off.
Warning: during first installation, i can´t install backup on first run. Memory space shows only 140MB and today i make new installation, but with wipe in Internal Memory on TWRP before. Now backup install was possible.

Amazing rom..!! Many congratulations to the team. I would like to bring a few glitches/requests to your notice.
1. There exists a mininal lag while operating the device.
2. "(Google App) has stopped working" messages pop up randomly.!! Mostly for gmail and play store
3. Whatsapp cannot play videos.
4. Please add an option to turn the status bar's background transparent or give it the original oreo look.
Else it is a great ROM with most number of advanced features..

I've tested it only with LineageOS 15.1, but it may work with other ROMs.
Update: works with LOS 16.0 too.

Whoa I just installed it on TugaPower 9.0 and it actually works! There is a significant difference! I didn't even know you could do this in software. AptX was actually one of the main reasons I was looking out for a new phone. I can't thank you enough!!!

Yeah mate. That could be the reason.
The one I tried on was Insignia NS-CAHBTSPORT though I have another one called Fiil Carat which I know has Aptx.

And I thought OnePlus crippling the phone without Apt-X, FM radio, QuickCharge and VoLTE (lest it should cannibalize the higher end variants) with the SnapDragon 801 supporting all natively (correction: from Qualcomm's spec page, looks like the OPO doesn't natively support Apt-X on hardware), would be the last of this phone.

AFAIK shanling M2S can work both as a receiver and as a transmitter. So maybe Apt-X available only when it is used as a transmitter? Or maybe you installed the module, but didn't enable it?

I haven't tried it, if it's possible with any other magisk modules then it should be possible with this one too.

Well then, it means you can only install it using Magisk manager.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work for Samsung S9+.
I've tried it on native OS 9 and Ultimate 8.1.
Is there a way to adapt it for S9?
