HI ,what you mean? android is unix system itself .
Linux is the kernel of androids as i know.
So what you want to do?

Use linux (android has linux kernel) in tablet to power linux on tablets and smartphones.
It can be done on every android device (linux)

Debootstrap filesystem on android device use boot.img as kernel edit fstab and run.

i don't thing so
mix android boot.img with systemd to run debian 9 (testing)

It seams that Linus Torwalds merged android and linux kernel.
I'm using debian on my P7500 and this could solve some limitations.

Hey guys. Can anyone tell me how to build a custom rom from Cyanogemod on my Windows 7 PC?
I tried custom rom Compiler but thats only for ubuntu. Dxidia's kitchen doesn't support X8 or W8. Please help.

You'll be needing Cygwin or Virtual Environment Tools like Virtual Box or VMware to build a ROM from Cyanogenmod source in windows. Anyways I really doubt whether Cygwin will do the thing, as a native linux environment or virtual environment is recommended.
Is there any way to build a ROM from source by using windows 7 and cygwin , or you only can do it in Linux OS ??!!
i'm just to learn how to develop ROMs for my device i just need to know if cygwin have all the features as Linux or not !!
Help me !!
