Hello,
Volte was working flawlessly on RR5.8.x and LOS14.1.
Then i decided to move to NitrogenOS.My flashing steps were->wipe everything-flash latest NOS stable-Flash Goodix patch provided for NOS(yes,i have goodix)-flash radon4.1.
When i booted for the first time,i got VoLTE icon(i dont know if volte was working even then, but i definately saw volte icon,i didnt try calling),it did fluctuate once but it was present. Then i realised ROM doesnt have Gapps. So i flashed latest opengapps(mini probably,it was 340 mb something zip). And since that reboot,Volte is simply not there.
Things i did after this-
I flashed latest firmware-both by psy-man and reemar
I flashed LOS back, volte didnt work there as well.
After being tired of it,I flashed latest xiaomi.eu miui. And to my surprise VoLTE wasnt working even on miui.
My device is kenzo(made in india) with bootloader unlocked officially.
Dont suggest fastboot flashing,i know its the last choice. If there is a way round....Kindly tell me
Thanks you !

I have zcx twrp. And yes i did wipe each and every partition.Infact i even wiped internal storage after taking full backup.
I did flash xiaomi.eu latest MIUI.I will try recovery rom if you think that will make difference but isnt the xiaomi.eu rom based on china developer miui? will orignal rom make difference?
Another odd thing that i noticed!
on any rom...let it be miui,los,nos,rr....earlier relaincejio's(my carrier) APN used to be preset. But now on every rom installation i have to manually add APN,and then the data works.

I got an Optimus One from a friend. I flashed CyanogenMod on it and Im not sure if I did it correctly. I dont know much about it. This is the file I used:
update-cm-7.2.0-RC1-p500-signed.zip
Everything seems to be working fine except I cant connect to any network. I am trying to unlock my phone (its locked to KOODO right now) and I enter the "2945#*500#" code in it says "Mobile Network Not Available"
If I manually try to choose any network in the settings it just says unable to connect to network, please try again later.
Are my settings just wrong, or maybe I forgot to install something when I flashed it?
Are you on the wrong baseband?

U got new baseband?
Sent from my LG-P500 using xda premium
I have no idea if Im on the right baseband. I really dont know what it means other then it has something to do with the networks.
When I go to about Phone and Baseband version it doesnt really say anything. Im sure it said something different before when I looked at it the other day. Right now it says:
Baseband version
$n(Backwards R)(box)(box)(box)(chinese symbol?)(box)
So that has got to be the issue. How do I fix it tho? flash a different rom? I do want to try something different. I find the phone is usually really slow after I wake it up and unlock it.
Basebands!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1149530
download basebandfix.zip(by Adfad666) and install it from recovery as you flashed your rom, this will fix your network problem

So I did this and it installed the zip just fine. A few differences now:
In lock screen it now says "NO SERVICE"
About Phone > Baseband Version > "UNKNOWN"
Mobile Network Settings > Network Operators >
"ERROR WHILE SEARCHING FOR NETWORKS"
Before it found the networks, just couldnt connect to them.
After fooling around with it more I got a baseband version in there. Here is my info:
BASEBAND: LGP500AT-00-V20g-OPEN-COM-JUN-14-2011+0
Android Version: 2.3.7
Kernel Version: 2.6.35.10-cyanogenmod [email protected]))
Mod Version: CyanogenMod-7-20120527-NIGHTLY-p500
Is this the right Baseband? SHould I just try a differnet mod?
It now sees the networks again, but has the connection error like before.
BTW The icon at the top that is a sim card with an exclamation mark on it. What does that mean? Its always been there but I didnt know what it meant. Does it mean that the phone is locked and the sim is incompatable, or does it mean that there is no sim in the phone?
Try to reinsert your sim card if problem not solved then proceed to next
First you need to unlock your sim. To unlock sim first flash stock firmware using kdz updater, follow this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1060121
Download stock firmware from here(select any v20 version) http://lg-phone-firmware.com/firmware-Lg+Optimus+One-Tutti-4.html
After flashing firmware do a factory reset(settings -->privacy settings -->factory data reset)
After factory reset type 2945#*500# then type unlock code
After unlocking flash any rom of your choice

Yes it is locked. Thats how I figured out somthing was wrong in the first place. I was trying to unlock it (entered 2945#*500#) and it said "Mobile Network Not Available"
I didnt realize that it had to be unlocked in stock firmware to work. That might have been the problem all along then.

Why u don't try neko's Rom .Its great
This is not my work. A chinese developer developed this. This was ment to be for D857 but with a little or no hiccup this one is working fine with my personal D856( yeah i took the risk and flashed a rom not ment for my model just knowing that all the dual sim models works almost same. I don't think i need tho tell you what is a miui rom or some screenshots to make that popular.
Here is the procedure:
Download the rom file : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7UY1BKKGuc-RV95bUtlR3FJM1k/view?usp=sharing
Now if you are on kitkat , you don't need to flash anything else but if you are not then downgrade or flash the Kitkat modem.
for GAPPS :http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/reborn-gapps-t3074533
Now put all the files into the sd card or internal memory(preferably sd card)
Flash the kitkat modem if you are from Lollipop.
Then flash the rom
Flash Super Su zip if you want root
Flash the gapps
Reboot; Done.
Remember it will be stuck to LG's logo for a while and formating system will take time so don't be impatient During flashing.
After first boot for 3/4 mins it shows there is no sim card but after connecting to wifi it takes the connection and both sim card will be available.
On second boot same thing will happen , just go into flight mode and come back after 1 min and you will have your network.
Do not UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks brother
more info about the ROM please? What version of android? I am assuming it's kitkat which is weird because i thought miui7 is based on lollipop.
My moto e xt1022 won't go past the "warning : bootloader is unlocked" screen
I rooted my phone earlier this year ,it went without a hiccup I was running stock rom android 5.1.1 lollipop, but yesterday it began behaving strangely it was lagging and I couldn't even get into settings to clear off the cache from storage ,so I pushed the power button to lock it and it restarted but nothing happened for a few minutes the screen was blank ,I panicked and force restarted it ,since then it was stuck in the "warning: bootloader has been unlocked" .....I was able to go into fastboot and from there I could go into the "custom recovery" [TWRP 2.8.70] I first tried clearing the dalvik cache and booting the phone normally but it didn't work ,then I tried factory resetting it from the recovery then toobit didn't work.... I'm out of my city and my phone is my only means of communication pls help me resolve this issue ...what should I do ? Thanks!
Try flashing latest twrp 3.x versions and then again clean flash the rom.
Normal working roms can lag due to n number of reasons. Try clean flashing the rom again.

Last comment of the link mentions which one you should flash. ( Guessing by your name i think you are from India only.)
For flashing you can use twrp. Look for flash guides in moto e general discussion section. You have to do little search and reading.

I have tried to flash miui 8 and miui 9 but although they eventually flash they stay on bootscreen (poweredby android screen) and never load. I left it overnight on that screen and never loaded?

Having the same problem of signal drops in evry single rom. Its really bad to see developers not doing anything about it. And regarding that flashing, if u flash official miui by official twrp, then it will not boot. U have to use modified twrp to flash the official firmwares.

No solution till now. Getting frequent internet disconnects. The only thing which is keeping me in the custom rom is the adoptable storage , cause m using the standard variant 16gb and its internal storage sucks.
For twrp, refer here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/guide-redmi-note-3-available-twrps-t3406708
same issues here, running LOS official with default kernel, had the same problem always. I thought it might be antenna related as I had to order a new usb daughterboard due to poor microphone, (had reception issues with a note1 in the past due to a fake usb board lacking gsm antenna) but I think this is not the case here. Always updating the latest firmware hoping that can help but so far not.
Tried almost all pie roms. Wifi disconnects after a while i lock the phone. Or it won't use data even if it seems to be connected to wifi. Changing fw, kernel, recovery didn't work. Neither did flashing fastboot rom. What should i do? (i thought notification was the problem ,but no, i figured it was wifi)

After some minutes i won't get any notifications and whatsapp will not use data if i don't open it manaully.) And sometimes notifications will come, but so late. Every settings is ok. Tried havoc, aosp extended, crdroid, superior it is still same. Changed kernel, updated firmware, it is still the same. What can i do? I feel like my phone is forcing me to use miui roms
