So... everytime i flash a new Rom a folder is created within my SDCARD/0/0/0 ... ive read some posts about it that it has something to do with the cwm recovery .. so i need help which is the best recovery i can install with the S3 now adays that will help me get rid of this problem...!!
is it ok if i delete these folders directly?

First rule of XDA.

I don't think it's a problem with cwm, it's probably related to 4.2.1.

I have the following:
boot.img{6mb}
recovery.img{6mb}
system.img{600mb}
is that all i would need?,i.e are those the files that are generally in stock roms?
Because i want to zip them up and flash as though it were a custom rom from CWM..

if yes your phone is android is mtk, you can use this for tool
for tut to port any rom for your device you can read here
I don't want to necro this thread or anything, but I'm also having a problem with CWM. I'm attempting to port it to the HP Slate 7 Plus, but both manual builds and builds from the CWM Builder give a black screen when booted into recovery. The recovery.img I provided to the builder was fine, because I was able to reflash it and get back to stock recovery.

You'll have to factory reset using some leaked stock ROM for your phone off the internet. Data will be erased in the process. If you can still access your file system back up the stuff you don't want to lose. Go to this link http://androidxda.com/download-intex-stock-rom-models and find your phone model. Click the download button for it to get your stock ROM, then click the blue instructions hyperlink to read how to flash it. This will put your phone back to factory settings. Just an important thing to note, I have never tried those stock ROMS or the flash tool in the instructions so do this at your own risk.
Hmmm, thanx for your advice, i will try it tomorrow and let u know. Many thanx

HOLD THE FACTORY RESET IDEA. I have found something that might help you restore your Nandroid backup. Unfortunately it involves using command prompt. This guide explains pretty clearly what to type and everything. If there is any part of this guide you don't understand, post a reply or send a message. http://www.modaco.com/topic/299479-howto-performing-a-nandroid-restore-manually-using-adb/. But before you do this you might want to follow this guide to know how to install the android debug bridge tools. http://www.howtogeek.com/125769/how-to-install-and-use-abd-the-android-debug-bridge-utility/
Thanx man, flashd the stock ROM, now everything is fine, thanx… thanx… thanx…
