I want to port rom developed for Nexus 6 to LG G3 Cat.6.
They both have same processor GPU and RAM.
HARDWARE
Processor 2.7GHz quad-core
Processor make Qualcomm Snapdragon 805
RAM 3GB
Internal storage 32GB
So If i want to port any ROM then what changes will I have to make?
Those changes are in kernel?
If yes then How can I compile kernel?

You need to make changes in both kernel and system.
Search the developers section on XDA there you can find plenty of guides regrading this topic.
Hope this helps.

Not officially, but I know the Droid X and Droid 2 both have CM9 ROMs. Wikipedia lists more devices with that CPU:

3630 upgrade from Android 2.3 to 4.0+
Hello,
We are looking for developpers able to port our phone from 2.3 to 4.0+ Android.
Our hardware is custom and integrate a TI OMA 3 1GHZ, 512 MB Ram, Samsung 5 Mpxl Camera, front cam, 32GB Internal memory.
DO you know who can be able to do that?
now that we got our own kernel i was wondering whether it is possible to overclock canvas hd to 1.7ghz or atleast 1.5ghz. some guys says its possible and some say it is not possible at the moment? if mediatek releases the full sources can we overclock ?

Its not possible right now....But if MTK releases full sources it will be possible.....which i dont think they will..
I saw in Cyanogenmod wiki that there are some devices quite similar to P710, some of them almost equal
HTC Sensation: 768 Ram, 8 MP camera with flash, 4Gb internal storage but 1.2 GHz (dual core Qualcomm snapdragon s3) processor, and it has official CM10 nightly and unofficial CM10.x and CM11 stable
HTC myTouch 4G: 768 Ram, 5MP camera with flash, 4gb internal storage and 1 GHz (single core Qualcomm snapdragon s2) processor and it has unofficial CM10.x and CM11 almost stable
HTC incredible S: 768 Ram, 8MP camera with flash, 2GB internal storage and 1 GHz (single core Qualcomm snapdragon s2) processor and it has unofficial CM10.x and CM11 almost stable
The most similar is Sensation except the processor and it has CM11 stable
We could port first CM10 using MIUI as base, and then port CM11
Sorry for my English.
It's a nice information pack and it may be essential for the developers who are going to port cm. I'll make your ideas more visible for them.
hey all-
I have a device that is based on aml8726 soc A9 cpu with Gpu quad core Mali 400, 8 gb flash ram, and1 gb rom,
I found a ROM for another device that has the same hardware. I tried to flash the new ROM in recovery but it errors out w/ "ro.build.date.utc" error. Can someone help me with what may be needed to get the rom working on my device? Can the build.prop be edited to make it work? any thoughts?
Thanks

I'm not an expert, but in teory there aren't minimal system requirements for android lollipop, but I know it's suggested at least 1 GB RAM in order to work well and smooth. (it doesn't mean its not possible however)

That is the base min to run the os. As long as that is all your doing then it will be OK but don't try to use it for anything else. As for is it advised? If you don't need it then no its not. Root for those that are not sure is a major security hole.
