You can simply update your V10 via LG Bridge software. Just download and install LG Bridge into your pc and connect the phone via USB cable. It'll detect your V10 and then you can easily update your phone from there. Also it is advised to create a full backup before performing system update! :good:

I have an unlocked EE LG G2 D802 with software version - D80210G-234-30.
I have been patientily waiting for Kitkat but as EE have confirmed on Twitter:
its not going to happen !
Can anyone kindly confirm which KDZ file I can use to manually flash my phone to Kitkat and any links to the easiest way to do it (im a bit of a newbie)

I have the LG Mobile Suport tool, however when I use it, it says "Your device has the latest software available from the LG Mobile support tool"
or do you mean, I can use that to manually flash my phone?
If so, can you please tell me which is compatible with a UK LG D802 (originally from EE but not branded).

Everything works fine, 4G option is there.

Hello every one,
I am sanju few days back i ge replaced my lg g2 screen , i don't whether it's authentic screen or not because i get replaced it from local store instead of lg store , ok but now the problem is whenever i tried to upgrade my lg g2 to lollipop it doesn't upgrade to it , i have not received any OTA update so i am trying to upgrade it from the lg PC suite but whenever i tried to upgrade i got the following as shown in below attachments (sorry my bad english).
It will be really appreciated if some one help me , i have also done factory reset from my phone.

Put your imei no. in this page and check for latest firmware available,
It will show msg like, "Download firmware, version V30 or V20"
if its showing V30 then its lollipop, download it (1.65gb approx) and use LG flash tool to flash it

I just downloaded KDZ file for my country and used lgup to upgrade.
My phone firmware is H82011k. LG Bridge Update gave me H820PR20a( the same from lg-firmware.com ). When phone enter in download mode LG Bridge stops downloading and tells to remove battery and connect again, but nothing happens.
Tried to upgrade using LGUP . When phone enter in download mode aplication gave error "Anti-rollback version is smaller ..."
With Upercut the same problem
So how to get grabbed from LG Bridge upgrade into phone.

I'am agree with you but why LG Bridge gave me this firmware?

make sure that u can see hidden files from windows

and save Image.kdz elsewhere in your computer. then share it to us.

How? At&t doesn't share their kdz and tot files. How can you grab it from lg bridge?
It'll probably only grab the PR's kdz instead.

Don't be so sure. First day i recieve about 1500Mb Firmware, next day 2100Mb.

I'm in the UK....but someone told me my phone was H870...it's just been delivered and turns out to be a LG-H873
Can this be rooted?

I'm getting about 5 hours screen on time on 8.0 using auto brightness indoors and opera mini with ad block and data savings on.
I did turn off sync, wifi, bt, location - only 4G LTE T-Mobile usa.
Disabled many built in apps I don't use - most of Google products, etc.
Always on display is on.
