hello, plz i need help , i installed hexagon rom and it worked but when i installed the gapps i saw error in red (in recovery) then i cant start my phone again , stopped in leeco logo. i can only go in fastboot or recovery
i tried to flash QFIL with flashone 1.9 , i get this error (please don't contain blank space in tool path)
i tried to flash a rom with fastboot using adb sideload but device not found !!!

If you in dev rom (5.6.219d ) you should have fastboot working normally and the original recovery, otherwise you need to do that again with another QFIL.

Just flash TWRP ang get familiar with it. This is not bricked phone. Do full wipe and install some rom once again. Which version of gaps have u used. Is not there any info to use specifically prepared gaps for this rom?

Are you looking for a CWM recovery or TWRP specifically?
You can use the one from the A89, on your own risc of course:

I use a A89 Rom on my Coolpad 7235, because it was in a bootloop I could not get it out.

It seems newer?

Hello,
I hope this is right thread to post. I got 2 coolpad 7235 phones from Shanghai. After using them for 1-2 weeks, I decided to flash A89 ROM for these 2 phones. I followed the process for flashing the ROM using SP Flash tool. Flash tool did not gave any error and process was smooth. After flashing one of the phone is working perfetcly and I am using that daily. Other phone did not boot after flashing and the screen lights up but no display. Phone is also not detected by computer ( shaume or other tools). I am not sure if its ROM problem or screen has gone bad. I tried re-flashing the ROM but no success.
If any one can guide about how to detect if its h/w or s/w problem it will be helpful. I am planning to approach a repair shop but would like to be sure before paying them.

Use the cm recovery or twrp recovery which are different from one you are using...just go to the rom cm12.1 thread and there is link provided for twrp and cm recovery you can use any one of them for cm12.1 and that recovery wil also work on ressurection rom

You can also try and us eng.STK r6 twrp. Works well on the cm12.1 build but I have not tried on resurrection rom.

I have the same issue. Twrp v 2.8.7 is not flashing any rom. Stuck at recovery any help?
You van delete the first line in Updater. Script. Than you van install the ROM.

Same here! Unable to install any custom Rom (I've tried to install some, including Resurrection Remix and CM12) because of that error.
Searching solution all around a million of forums, but it seems that nothing can solve this problem, so I turned back to stock.
(I've also tried with the stock recovery, but it failed too)

Solution
extract the zip file of the rom you have downloaded. open META-INF>com>google>andriod. Then open updater-script with notepad. replace "<other phone model no.>" with "<your model no>"
example: If you own a device i.e j5flte and the rom is for j5fnlte then, replace all j5fnlte with j5flte and save the file. then add all those rom files to a zip (i.e. create a zip). Thats it. Now flash the rom using custom recovery.

2- Storage insufficient. I choose sd card as a internal and storage is 15gb/44gb but it says no place for apps or photos.

well actually, as op mentioned it works with philz only.
i tried installing with twrp, it failed and the error message was something like this rom is not compatible with your device.
then i tried the recovery op linked, worked a charm.

Personally, I inject an install script made by me in which there's G760-L01 as compatible device everytime I download a new nightly, then it flashes with TWRP without problems.

Haven't experienced any annoying bugs yet. NFC doesn't work as said, but i don't even need/use it.

Small guide :
First unlock FRP Lock from your stock os at setting enable developer mode and you will seen OEM Unlock then unlock bootloader using This guide is for mya-l22 but also working on L41 and i flash (Twrp-3.2.1 for Huawei Y6 2017 - it have some issue (not responding slide/language) you can avoid it by clicking on TWRP welcome logo on lang tab before it appear)
Also you need to change format on Data using TWRP to ext4 or if you don't do it once your os is loaded will ask you for Password bcs data is encrypted ..
Other issue that can appear is twrp bootloop .. i fixed it by using one tool named "TOOL_ALL_IN_ONE" from there i reboot to bootloader and flashed this recovery using 4pda (you will need to login before download it or won't let you do it
At end i install using TWRP gapps =]
ps. If you have other questions ask em here i will try to respond fast as i can
ps 2. : Don't istall gapps there is some issue with em phone goes so laggy .. no idea if @aby.du.13 check if there is some issue on kernel side

I installed Lineage OS 17.1 (Unofficial) in my Redmi Note 5. Then I flashed Stock Rom in it Using Mi Flash Tool. Now It starts , Show Boot Animation and Android Setup Starts. But restarts automatically after that.
Because Android Setup Show up after boot animation I doubt if this is not caused by Corrupt Firmware.
