Install Stock Indian ROM 19s on X822

Hi, I ordered the x822 from China and it has a Chinese ROM which is 5.8.018s(Stable), but I want to switch to the Indian ROM with 19s as I've noticed in the forums, that it is the most stable ROM so far.
Is it possible to flash that ROM without root or twrp? I don't want to root my phone, right now!
I am very new to this and any help is much appreciated.
I had another question. The ROM that is currently installed doesn't seem to have the System Updater. Is it because it is not an Official ROM? Thank you.

You can install the 21s is stock but beta and is the best stock rom right now and you can install it by the updater
Download the rom you want ( Indian 19s in your case).
1- Put it in the main directory.
2- Rename it to update.zip
3- Enter recovery mode. (Shut down your phone. Press volume up+power up button together. You will go into recovery mode).
4- Press update and wait.
You don't need root, and charge your phone before doing this.

How to know if it's official ROM or not? I bought it from a Chinese website and they usually install a multilanguage ROM (often known as supplier ROM). Is there are way to differentiate? Thank you for the help.
What is your current rom? Put a picture.
Go to settings - about phone then take a screenshot

You know how to install twrp in rooting process ryt?
Download OTA update manually through their site.
Flash it through twrp then wipe cache/dalvik only.
Oh and twrp/rooting will be gone after updating so you have to install them again.
Would you suggest me flashing lineage rom , do you think is better than miui stock regarding battery and performances ?

Want back to stock EUI ROM from cusrom

My LeMax 2 X820 right now using RR-N-v5.8.5-20171006-x2-Final and TWRP version 3.2.2 before i flash stock rom i have few question :
1. am i need specific version tool? maybe must use old TWRP version? or anything else?
2. or maybe there is best MM customrom bassed stock?
any custom based stock By Crisbal is preferred. it is solid and very good battery life.

It works with any version as I know.

Need 9.2.15+ dev firmware without flashing whole room.

So after checking the Xiaomi firmware site (didn't work, flashing the weekly firmware just appeared as stable) I haven't been able to get the developer firmware.
Does anybody know where I can get a hold of it without the MIUI ROM.
(It's needed for the latest Pixel Experience update and it isn't included with the update)
Title is meant to say MIUI ROM not room, autocorrect sorry.

Always go here for latest vendor firmwares
https://mirror.akhilnarang.me/MIUI/beryllium/
and never use beryllium-V10.1.3.0-9.0-vendor-firmware.zip - this is an older version, even though the version number is higher than 9.

global rom or costum rom?

for some time I have been using the xiaomi.eu rom, and I asked myself.
is it better to install a stock rom and then put a magisk in it or install a costum rom? if it is the second choice which one are you using?

Going custom miui rom (xiaomi.eu) is the best way to enjoy MIUI. You get all the MIUI china rom goodies without the bloatware and ads.

I use official global rom 11.0.1 android 10.
Rooted with magisc..
Got dolby atmos and Viper4android, a theme mod from one ui and works like a charm no reason to install any custom Rom.
See attachments ?
@derrekgamer what do you do when you get an OTA update? need to root again?
PS update your thread with one UI howto, it looks good!
Thanks!

Hello. Yes i receive ota update. A week ago Miui 11. 0.3.0 has arrived..
To do that ota update and keep my system up to date without losing any data im using pitch black recovery.. That twrp supports miui ota update and can bypass the xiaomi security. Is the only twrp who can do that.. And it's very cool.when i get ota update I press only the install button and the phone is rebooting and goes in to the twrp recovery and installs the update without any problem.. Before flash twrp says :
miui encryption : yes
Decrypted successfully
Installing ota update
Update successfully
Applying encryption..
Done.
Something like that and my phone works. I can flash also full recovery miui Rom global (2.4 GB size) using the same twrp.. So I don't need even a pc to reflash the hole phone system again..
Link to the twrp :
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi...covery-mi-8-lite-v2-9-0-base-twrp-v3-t4000857
The best.. Must read and see the article..
About the theme.. I asked on the Mi 8 lite answer and questions forum And it looks like no one wants/need A theme [ONE UI], because no answers So no reason do upload or do something.

Going custom miui rom like MIUIMIX, MIUI IT, XIAOMI.EU, Mi-Globe, MiRoom, Etc is the best. You get all the MIUI ROMs goodies without ads.
