Hi,
I would like to know if someone who own a HAIPAI X720D can send me a backup of its ROM.
Because the only ROM i find for backup, its in chinese whit screen upside down an ugly screen

the chinese one is not working correctly (the screen is completely mirrored, what should be on left is on the right and viceversa)

now my phone works again but unfortunately I cannot fix my IMEIs
I tried with the fixIMEI tool, I created a file and I moved it to /sdcard with adb push
then, following the instructions in a forum, to avoid the cross-link option, I used the command

I rebooted the phone but it keeps saying "invalid IMEI"

x720d display issue
Help!- I have flashed, and messed up, my x720d and now the screen is not displaying correctly (see attached).
I have tried all the advice I can find on xda- I have downloaded all Taiwan101's files; I have tried the russian downloads recommended here; I have done my best to follow all the instructions posted but cannot fix the screen.
I have the latest flash-tool and am repeatedly trying different combinations of rom but can only make matters worse (bootloop) or at best get back to a fuzzy screen.
Oh and I should mention that the thing can receive calls & makes noises- thats all okay-- ITS JUST THE DAMN SCREEN! Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thx.

Hi: I bricked my Haipai Noble x720d, it's an mt6577, i mange to dissassemble, i found "kcold" point, and now it can be plugged and recognized by usb port. The problem is that i cannot find a factory rom, and i was tryng to flash different roms and always same error with flash tools 4.0, the error is this:
BROM ERROR: S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL(5054)
[EMI] Obtain DRAM Failed!
[HINT]:
Please check your load matches to your target which is to be downloaded.
i don't know what that means, I dont know how to solve it, please if someone has a factory rom for that model, Help me.

Make sure you have a backup of your imei configuration folder, this will recover your phone from bricked but will erase your imei. Good Luck!!!

my system broke, so I had to flash a backup. I wrote the system to the disk, but accidently flashed preloader too. Since I got everything restored by this kcal-trick the phone is up and running again. Sadly I have no more wifi. Anyone an idea on this?
I tried to set Imei and Wifi-Mac with different tools. Nothing working for me though. I had to set IMEI software-sided, which worked. For Wifi still nothing working...

my lenovo a766 lost its IMEIs after flashing a custom ROM, and i have restored them successfully using SN_WRITE_TOOL :victory:
The problem now i always have no service signal, also WIFI warning: Err = 0x10 .
I have tried:
1- restoring stock ROM using SP flashtool, still no service.
2- different versions of modem.img, modem db, and apdb using SN_WRITE_TOOL but still can't get ride of no service signal.
3- the solution for WIFI warning: Err = 0x10 described here but no success.
I don't have a Backup nvram.bin or nvram_user_data (nvram.tar)
so, could you guys share with me nvram.bin, and nvram.tar files of a working lenovo a766 ?

Thanks for the original firmware, my IMEIs already restored, but still have the no service signal, i think my nvram is corrupted.
Plz could you use MTKDroid tool to backup your working nvram.bin and nvram userdata, then i can restore my IMEIs using SN_WRITE_TOOL and get ride of no service signal.
Plz i need a working lenovo a766 nvram.bin file.

Hello good people I have a problem
I try to solve the problem more than a month .My phone is lenovo a766
month ago The device started to lose reception slowly until completely lost
trying to change baseband but no luck ...soI decided to change "rom" after replacing the rom, the device stuck on bootloader So I tried to replace him through "sp flashtool" but without success because the computer does not recognize the lenovo a766 I tried a number of ways like: Installing "USB VCOM driver" ;Installing lenovo drivers; Installing mtk mt6589 driver ;I took out the battery I plugged the usb while I click volume up and nothing happens. Except once the computer is able to recognize the device. I also tried through metamode Can not in any way .In addition all the zip files that I puts in sd can not flashing with recovery mode
I beg you please help me I am frustrated ... I do not care from the mobile I have to solve it.
I have all the necessary files.
In addition: I'm using windows 8 And I install the driver like I should

Today I tried to update my phone OT-4033X with Custom ROM, but the process did not work and he stock in logo boot
i tried the flash it with backup i already take with MTK Droid Tools
after i did format from SP flash tool like tuto in net
and i go for Download but the process does not succeed and give me "s_not_enough_storage_space (1011)" in SP flash Tool
I tried with several copy
SP-Flash-Tool-v3.1344.0.212
SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1316.0.150
SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1348.00
and alcatel Mobile Upgrade S does not recognize the phone
any solutions pls

but instead of the included scatter file (MT6572_Android_scatter) use the one attached to this post.

i was trying to root and install cwm.. and i unfortunately installed the wrong recovery now my phone does not start.. not even in recovery mode..
it shows a messege "Download and install package...........etc. press volume up to proceed down to cancel" pressing the keys don't do any thing phone gets off after a while.. i have a backup of stock recovery and boot but i think both files are same its 20mb both.. i had used Flashify to backup. and i can't even enter fastboot my pc does not detect my phone perhaps because i don't have the drivers... is it possible to fix my phone or its dead for ever..:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::silly::silly::crying:

In my coolpad dazen 1 when I was try to flash new software it stop at 11%. What should I do? Plz help me. I tried both stock room software.

i have managed to get my coolpad dazen 1 back to life.what i have done is flash different partition with fastboot.
if ur coolpad boots in download mode and secure phone is written and cant be flashed with ygdp tool.there this method is applicable.
like fastboot flash (partition) (file name) .for example "fastboot flash system system.img".if u r confused let me explain widely-
1.I have coolpad stock firmware in .cfb file.you can download it from internet.
2.I installed ygdp tool latest version.To copy data of firmware.you can copy it just load the .cfb file in ygdp tool.Do not flash with it just load the firmware in ygdp tool now when checking is done. go to your ygdp tool installation directory like "c:/ygdp".where ygdp tool is intalled. go to folder downfiles there u will find a folder named 8297l-100 copy it to another safe location.
3.now open partition.xml file in 8297l-100.there u will find partition name and file name.
4.go to ur adb or fastboot folder.
5.open a cmd window by "shift+right click".
6.now command fastboot devices.if ur phone is detected u can flash the partition manually.like fastboot flash (partition name) (file name).
7.partition name should be named correctly otherwise it will fail.
"Tools " u will need-
1. coolpad dazen 1 drivers for pc
2. adb drivers for coolpad dazen 1.
3. ygdp tool latest
thats all folks hope u will able to unbrick ur dazen 1

Or is their any OS or ROM I can use like KitKat, lollipop, marshmallow miui etc. I try to update the phone with wireless hotspot, not working. I also try to install KitKat 4.4.2 Custom ROM through the phone recovery mode which is in China, but showing verification failed and signature error. please help me what can I do, am ready to take any ricks.

buddy pls tell us if
1. The phone is rooted.
2. The android version is factory or you installed it.
3. You are flashing the rom in stock recovery or other recovery.
When you bought it what was the android language?
If you are having trouble with flasing i advice you to use pc tools. Because in phone you will need to root the device first. If you well know the conditions of root. :good:
