i just bought redmi note 4x from banggood...it was unlocked. i flashed developer rom without problems....however after few days the sensors ( acceleration ,magnetic) stop working ( verified by *#*#6484#*#*). searching a lot and i found the problem may be corrupted persist.img...... i tried to flash it by fast boot but failed , it gives me message :
FAILED (remote: Error: This image isn't allow download).
please how i flash persist.img....alternatively , can any one provide me with twrp backup of persist partition.?

please any one can provide me dump of persist partition (using dd command) ? my device is nearly dead , i cannot flash any system : (cannot mount persist partition invalid argument).

I try flash miui 7.9.7 global beta via EDL mode. But still not working
Then i flash rom miui v8.1.10.0 via edl mode... Taraaa.....My mido bootloop duk on mi logo only.
Next i flash in edl mode use miui 7.9.7 again.
Done... All sensor working perfectly.
Maybe anyone try whats ive done.

Actually i was on EUI
Then I Saw a video about JUI Nougat update
It was looking awesome & i tired it to flash with twrp
but after flashing recovery it was asking password
so i google it again n i saw that format the data will to remove that password
i had done it
then i flash JUI after flashing i realized that in JUI there is no support for VOLTE
so now i was trying to get back to eui with the help of YGDP
in that i was getting error something like name issue like i flashed JUI so my phone become c106 completly
in YGDP it was that c106 is the name n i was C1 & the proccess failed
so i tired soo many to recover EUI
but unfortunatly now i'm stuck on jui
and imei numbers corptted
can't connect to wifi
and in twrp recovery there is a error of "failed to mount /persist"
i had also tired to flash with qfil
it was also failed by saying something cannot divede by zero
please give a best solution

Story Started from May 10th, 2020, My RN3 SD (OS Miui 10) has gone in EDL mode suddenly, I tried to recover back but it didn't get the boot in any other mode and was unable to flash any ROM. in MI Flash I tried everything nothing happened. I just gave up on it and after battery fully discharges I put it in charge .. it was booted up automatically and everything was working fine. first I thought it was an OS related issue so I installed Custom from but this issue is happening every day...... 3 days ago same thing happen I tried to install firmware via MI Flash , it was detected but unable to flash .. receiving error Send NOP Command. i tried test point method and all tutorials which were mentioned in XDA or any other community but still having same issue....

Had a problem with my phone - non of stock firmware installation work. System could not boot.
Probably last chance in EDL installation, but it requires authantication - does anyone have a solution for that, or any other method that helps?

I tried rooting my device "ASUS_X01AD" 3days ago. But somehow i failed and brick my phone.
Googled a way to unbrick and manage to boot it back but it was not my original ROM.
So i tried download other Custom ROM and Stock ROM,
Pixel Exp (Flashed and stuck in bootloop (not fastboot loop)
Havoc (Failed to flash)
Cherish OS (Flashed and stuck in bootloop (not fastboot loop)
After that i use this (https://www.asus.com/my/mobile/phones/zenfone/zenfone-max-m2/helpdesk_bios/)
But after that i notice i have some problem with it, IMEI unknown and without android 10 update the device wont get wifi turn on.
Im not sure if i did any wrong in following guides, But please help me with my favourite device.
Almost all guides i already follow in XDA threads but maybe i miss some steps,
Also try to enable diag *#3424#* but my pc wont detect unless i boot it up with Volume + & - qualqom usb will detect but still i cant use qfil qcn restorer option
The reason why i want to root it because i want to recover my internal storage data with data recovery.
Been using this device 5 years ago .
