i bought the tablet, but i cant use it, because i need the google account from the user before. but i cant ask him.
factory reset doesnt work, and firmware flash with odin too
what can i doo ?

Tried to apply a custom rom to phone and didn't realize FRP Lock was enabled. Phone now doesn't have a ROM installed and on startup just have the "Error has Occured Screen". I tried to use smartswitch pc software but it doesn't support the Samsung J120 device I have.
Hoping at worst I can get back to stock rom.
Just an update, the only thing I can do is go into download mode. But with the FRP lock enabled I don't believe I can do anything but any help to fix the issue if possible would be appreciated.
Hi, luckily you phone is fixable, to do this you need to restore the firmware using a application called Odin, search your device into XDA and it should have a guide, if not then ask there.
I am new to androids and bought the phone hoping to root it and use it with automate for cycling airplane mode.
I used odin, insted the twrp package and it was rooted. I added my refill card to tmobile and when i rebooted this happened.
I have been reading and lookign for a solution and i can't find one. I've downloaded a bunch of files tryign to find the original firmware but nothign seems to work when written with odin.
Can the tmobile store reset this? or is this phone just trash?

hey, yesterday my little sister put a password on her phone and she don't remembers it, i tried to wipe all data in the phone (via the phone recovery system) in order to fix it but after doing that its asked me to log in to the latest account that was conected to the phone and i don't know what it was.. (i tried every account i have) and my sister don't know either.
i tried several ways to flash a new rom but all of them faild (probably because of the loocked bootlouder) and i didnt managed to unloock it.
i'll be thankfull if someone can help me with this.

My g928i is bricked and I can only get into download mode or the something is wrong connect Samsung smart switch software to repair screens. The Smart switch software says the phone is not supported.
I cant flash TRWP on the phone with Odin as it says bootloader FRP Lock.
Tried putting latest stock FW I could find G928IDVU4CRG1 on with Odin , I think its older than what was on phone (see pic)
Phone is Australian version , what do I need to do to fix it?

OK got the phone back working , now I cant get past the FRP llock. I enter my google account but it just goes back to the same screen. How can I remove it? I want the phone back to stock like new

I wanted to install new rom but i have issue, my recovery cant read fire, device have samsung knox. I make reset and now im unable to use phone because i forgot google password. I tryied ways from you tube but now working/ to old videos. Can u help me ? What i need to do now to unlock the google account and install new rom ?
