Hello everyone, I'm here because someone told me to write here about my problem while trying to root my cellphone. As the tittle shows, it is a LG L70 with android 4.4.2 (KitKat). Well, here it goes:
I've been looking for many different ways to root my phone since I have been having some troubles with its storage, so I looked for solutions and everyone told me that I need to root my phone, so I'm trying, but there is no app, or pc program able to do it. I found about "Purple Drake" and it was supossed to be the solution to my problem but at the end it wasn't. While making the process to root my phone it shows a message like this:
Error: Your phone is not running a compatible software version. No vulnerable mode detected, rebooting phone.
We tried to temproot you, and it didn't work. This phone isn't vulnerable, it would appear.
Please post on XDA with your phone model, carrier, and SW version.
Well... My phone is a LG L70 (LGMS323) with android 4.4.2, the software version is MS32310c (but, in the purple drake software it appears as "V10c"). It used to be from MPCS but it was changed to "Movistar" (A mexican company), anyway in the software it stills appearing as a MPCS phone. I really need somebody to help me, as I said before I have many problems with the storage of the phone and I need to solve them, but to do so I need to root the phone.
That's it, I hope you can help me. Thank you for reading. Happy new year

Our phone is running the latest version of KitKat whic is "MS32310c" and it is impossible for PurpleDrake to root the phone because this version doesn't have a "way to root", so our solution is nothing but patience :/

Hello I followed a guide step by step about how to install the xposed alpha 3 on my android device with Android 5.0.2 and it broke my device, it always says that the device is running out of space while having over 10gb of internal storage, it doesn't let me install anything from Google Play and even downloaded from browser.
Also the phone, ZTE Blade 6 Ultra" (Vodafone Smart Ultra 6) isn't being detected by the PC even after have installed the ADB Drivers from the official page, only MTP works but it's useless, when I enable Debug Mode PC doesn't detects the device.
I bought the phone yesterday and now is broken as hell, I need fix the "running out of space" issue soon.
-Android version 5.0.2 (Stock ROM)
-Device Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 - ZTE Blade 6 Ultra
-It was rooted before, but now I can't root it because PC doesn't recognize it and can't install Kingroot due the "running out of space" error.
-Already tried wipe data and cache, didn't worked.

Assuming you have a custom recovery, since you were able to install Xposed on 5.0+...grab the appropriate uninstaller zip from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811 and flash through recovery. Should remove the Xposed stuff and get you back on the right track. Not sure how anything to do with Xposed affected the driver situation though, but should help with the downloading issue. I would try the newer version of Xposed to see if that doesn't get everything working right, though always recommended to make a backup before changing important system files, like with Xposed, for this exact reason.
I don't have custom recovery or anything, it has stock ROM. With custom recovery do you mean that I need a modified ROM? I will appreciate if you or someone can help me, a f**** video guide told that a custom recovery was not needed....
The video guide was this one (in spanish, you can understand what I did just by seeing the video despite being in Spanish, Link2SD step was not necessary in my case): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67xWjzQl4jg
If I restore the system thanks by XDA Help I will NEVER try install xposed or anything. No more...
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I can't expect help from ZTE to get ROMs or anything... that's their answer:
"Dear Valued ZTE Customer,
Thanks for contacting ZTE.
For this issues please contact the local dealer where you purchased the device or network operator to consult.
Should there be further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,,"
I have Huawei GR5 (Kii-L05, as known Honor 5x, do not know Kiwi-??, anyone tells me which series of KiWi?),
I unlocked bootloader, and flashed in TWRP and Superuser and rooted it, activated the developer mode. And dialed code to open manufacturer mode and background debug.
Then tried to connect with QPST, but i failed with "unknown phone", I tried all the listed ports, no one works, just like the attached figure.
Somebody said tried custom ROM, Ok.
I flashed cm-13.0-20161227-UNOFFICIAL-kiwi (android 6.0), Cosmic-OS_kiwi_7.1.1_20170419_1.4-OFFICIAL (android 7.1) and lineage-14.1-20170614-nightly-kiwi-signed (android 7.1), they are all good os, but can not solve my problem.
I checked QSPT and usb drivers and keep them update.
But non of them are working.
I use "adb nodaemon server" to find port "5037", it says "can not bind "TCP5037", go to windows processor to find port 5037, no program is running this 5037.
I can not figure out where i am wrong. Please somebody help me this problem.
Thanks in advance.
Have you tried fastboot?!

What exactly is the problem?
Sent from my Honor 8 using XDA Labs
Thanks for your suggestion, i have not tried fastboot mode.
The problem is after rooted my phone, i tried to connect my phone with QPST, but QPST always says unknown phone, so i can not use explore, programming, etc..
By the way my phone system is mm6.01B350. somebody says it maybe the problem of stock rom, so i flashed custom rom, it does not work.
I will keep trying.
Thanks again.
i tried fastboot, at that mode, QPST can not read any port of my phone.
I used driverupdate software to update all my drivers again, there is no any question mark in device manager, please see the following snapped picture.
I did not know what is wrong of my process? I did same job with my ZTE Z826, QPST can read phone information, but for Huawei, i already tried it for almost a month, still can not read phone information with QPST, it always failed with 'unknown phone'.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.
My last one is Marshmallow 6.01. I already did lots of works on it under rooted condition (rooted by TWRP and superuser, follow this links:https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-5x/development/root-kiw-l24-usa-kiwi-t3305190).
I tried to factory reset and wanted to roll back to Lollipop 5.0, but failed, looks like after update, can not roll back.
I do not have original stock rom of Lollipop 5.0.
I will keep trying until finding the way to connect with QPST.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your caring my question.

So it means those series phones are same model, there are no difference of hardwares, just different regions and language?

How to unbrick soft bricked LG G3 which is stuck in bootloop
Download LG PC Suite here. Don’t worry about USB drivers, this program will automatically install them.
Turn your LG G3 off.
Connect your LG G3 to your computer and hold the Volume Up button.
This will put your phone into Download Mode.
After a few seconds, the Download mode.
Open LG PC Suite.
Tap on the Repair button and follow the steps that the program provides.
Wait for the program to fix your LG G3.

I have a bit of a problem right now with my old LG P760.
So yesterday I was trying to install a custom rom on my old phone, so that I could update it to 4.4 KitKat. (It was running on the official OTA update 4.1.2 Jelly Bean) But I forgot what my password was so I couldn't unlock the phone. (It was rooted by the way) Then I hard reseted it so that i could go through the setup wizard and after that install the custom rom. Only I forgot i deleted the system keyboard. So when I was trying to type in the wifi password the keyboard wouldn't show up. And I cannot skip the setup wizard so that I could activate USB debugging. If anyone has a solution to this problem, then it would really help my out here. Thanks!
Hey. Go to https://www.lg.com/ru/support/support-mobile/lg-P765 download USB DRIVER and LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL in the Software & Firmware section, then install (on Windows 7), then turn off the phone, press the volume up button and hold it, connect it to the computer, if everything is normal, the phone will switch to s / w mode, LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL will detect the phone and in the additional section select recovery after unsuccessful update and wait. Perhaps some data will be deleted.
Actually I somehow fixed it by not setting up my wifi, and then I was able to skip the setup wizard. Then I installed a few necessary APK files (including Gboard) but then I started going crazy trying to unlock the bootloader and flashing a custom recovery. After messing too much with the root app flashify, I just about broke down after this mistake: I got the LG Security Error. So a few days after that I wanted to install the LG mobile support tool (I did not click on you're link yet btw), but it wouldn't install on my Asus laptop running Windows 10. So the next thing I'm gonna do is try you're link, and if that doesn't install, I'm simply running out of options. But anyway thank's for you're help!
