my phone won't turn on and can´t charge anyway. when i connected to the charger or usb in my pc , the notification led started blinking once in each three seconds...
When I connect the phone to my computer , the pc says " usb device not recognized".
replace the phone new battery and turn it on for about one hour , but phone body is very hot and i I was forced turn it off. after this , phone won't turn on again and not charge
Can somebody help me? is my phone dead?

My girlfriends phone has recently been acting funny, aka whenever she'd open the keyboard it would freeze. Now it refuses to turn on and when it's plugged in the LED green/red light doesnt even turn on. When it's plugged in it attempts to turn on aka the backlight turns on and it connects the the computer as a cd drive, and sony companion recognizes it for a quick second before it turns off. Unfortinately since I can't connect it I can't try rooting it or anything and I'm at my wits end tryng to fix this.

Here is my problem,
my sony XZU was on charging all night long and when i woke up i found a new album update so i did it and the album app was updated successfully... few mins later i checked my phone and i found it stuck on auto repair triangle (dont knw why)
anyways i waited for almost 1 hr and nothing changes then i tried to restart it but the same thing...
later after 10 hrs charging the screen turned black and only LED works
i tried SUS but pc couldn't detect the phone
i also tried flashtool same result
the thing is when i connect the phone with pc while holding volume down i get a green LED but nothing on the pc
but after 3 mins (while the phone is connected to pc) the LED changes to red and the pc detect it but unfortunately as an unknown device
(although i downloaded sony XZU drivers and the flashtool drivers)
- i get blue LED when i connect it while holding volume up button but also nothing on the pc
i tried a different laptop but also no result
What to do????? SOS
What os is your pc?

I have a chaging problem (led blink) and after few tries with diffrent USB cable and few hours I try to open the phoneand reattach the battery
I don't know why, I try to power on when the battery was detached
after that the phone acting wierd
when the USB not connected anything not working
when I connect the usb, EVEN WHEN THE BATTERY DEATACHED the phone vibrate and show MI screen for 3s and turn off
the charging led not light at all
the fastboot working only if I connect the usb with vol- pressed
the EDL work if I connect the usb with vol-&vol+ pressed
I try to flash new firmware with EDL mode but its still act the same
when I disconnect the usb the phone turn off immedatly
I look like the phone not know he has a battery
any idea?
Hello everyone,
i got a problem with my z ultra and have tried looking similar problem on this forum but none of the solution seems working.
Please note that i have a stock phone, never did anything to it including unlocking rooting etc as i have no idea what it is, just casual usage.
So the problem occured when i tried to move an apps from sd card to my internal storage, and then my phone freezed midways,
the phone went unresponsive just showing the freezing screen.
Then i pushed the red button near the sim tray hoping the phone will reboot as i had similar problem before, and thought that it was just another minor problem and it worked.
But this time after pushing the red button the phone wont reboot again after i try to turn it on again using the power button, only a vibration but the screen showed no display whatsoever.
Ive been looking a solution on this forum with similar problem and there was a suggestion to connect the phone to power source and push the power and + vol together but there was only vibration thrice without indication of my problem has been solved.
Ive also tried a solution on youtube to disconnect the power cable, charge it to power source, wait for the Red LED to blink and reconnect the power cable again but it wasnt working.
Long story short after trying several method now my phone only blinking Red LED 3 times when i tried to turn it on, i tried to charge it to full but the Red LED keeps showing on even after i discharged it, so i had to push the power and + vol button to turn it off.
I suspect that my phone is hardbricked looking at the symptomps
Please anybody here could help me to fix it?
It's probably not hard-bricked.
Try this,
1, connect your USB cable to PC (without phone connected to it )
2, press volume up button and then plug in the usb cable to your phone
3, if light goes blue colour then you are back in business and you can still revive your phone
step 3 if successfull means your phone is up with fastboot mode and you can upload a recovery via flashtool

I am presently facing a strange issue with my Lyf Water 8. Nothing has gone wrong on my phone for almost 2 year but recently, impossible to charge my battery while my phone was on also I am unable to connect my phone through USB. Today, after a few weeks thinking my phone was just dying, I have tried to make a back up and wanted to save all my data on my computer. However, impossible to connect my phone to my computer. Then I realized the problem was probably due to my USB parameters (No interface asking for mode to choose when I plug USB).
I can only use USB while my phone is OFF, meaning I only charge my phone when it is OFF.
I did not find any solution on internet and did not find an option to allow this interface to come back, even by trying to go in "developer options" as it is unable to connect through USB.
I have tried factory resetting my phone but nothing seems to solve my problem.
Could you please help?
