Lately, we've been reporting about various deals involving the unlocked, international version of the LG G6 (which comes with 64 GB of storage space and no US warranty) - at one point, this handset was offered for $400. Now, we're glad to inform you that the US variant of the unlocked G6 is available for under $500, too, thanks to Best Buy.

Just wondering if any Information had been announced as to when and whether it will be available.
Speak on March, 6th
Probably immediately, but it will be like $600.
Yea, pretty much all phones that come out for ATT or require a sim are available sim free along with contract.
For people not looking to break their contract or just wanting another phone, it makes sense to sell it that way too; of course it will cost around 600 bucks.
Captivate 2.2.1 Paragon
600$ it is normal) comparable with Iphone
It is up for preorder unlocked at Negri Electronics for $686.50 USD.

What the title says. I work for LG and see a lot of comments regarding this on the forum. The LG G2 in the US is only available in 32GB capacity. This is for all carriers.

Thanks for clearing that up. I know there was a lot of confusion about this.

That's funny, I called AT&T and they said they only have the 16GB model in stock for $550 full retail. They triple checked? are they idiots? If I buy it will it have 32gb?

yes mate it is available to buy. however only pre order at the moment which i have already done. there are 2 versions as you may already know. the tegra 4 which is only supported for chinese networks and the snapdragon 800 version which supports international networks. there are a few sites that i know of that you can pre order. i pre ordered it from www.xiaomiworld.com but you can also get it from www.ibuygou.com.
be careful what site you buy it from as there are a lot of fake sites which send you fake phones. these 2 sites i have provided are the most trustable sites to use unless you live in china which therefore you could buy directly from xiaomi and at cheaper prices.
hope this helps
Im looking at buying one of these what are peoples experiences with these phones Xiaomi Mi1 Mi2 and so on

I have the mi2s millet phone extreme edition. It has the 13mp camera and 32gigs of storage.
Great device all around. Setting up miuiandroid on it was tough because the recovery sucks, but ive been using it on T-Mobile prepaid since July with no quality issues or anything.
Its a great device. I got it because i like having a smaller screen.
Regarding the mi3:
For the money, I got the nexus 5 instead of the mi3, only because the two devices are so similar, and the nexus 5 is cheaper for US customers. My nexus 5 will have miui eventually anyways.

Hi... Do you know if it works fine with the US gsm range? I'm Brazilian, and don't know if it will be ok here...
Yes it works fine on us gsm networks, in fact, it is capable of dual carrier hspa (42mbps) if your provider offers it.

and let me know if you like it!
That was a great review. Personally I am never buying another xiaomi product ever again, however the review was top knotch.

And another one unboxing and quick review by a friend:
I really really want this phone, but on Verizon my family and I have the grandfathered-in unlimited data plan. However this means getting phones off-contract and bringing them to Verizon, because if we upgrade through Verizon we'll be moved to the tier system, and we would very much not want to do that (as a family we use around 12GB a month, which is above the highest tier of 10GB)
So, I found it on craigslist for $425. Worth it? Any good upcoming deals on sites to get the phone cheaper than that off-contract?
EDIT: It is black 32GB model btw

Yes. You can't get a better phone for that price. It's cheap.
Any answer you get would be just opinion and since you're in g2 forum most will probably say yes. What's important to you in a phone? I personally think the g2 is worth every penny but if you want a phone that is on the latest software and youre not interested in the LG extras get the nexus 5. Ultimately it comes down to your personal preference

Absolutely worth it. I bought mine from Verizon for $449 during their special and love it.
Just could not part with my unlimited data.
It replaced my Galaxy Nexus which I've owned since release day.

Nexus 5 is unfortunately not on Verizon. And in my area, the other Big 3 are shoddy services
Check ebay you can find cheaper.

Not sure if you're aware, but there's a workaround to keep your unlimited data while upgrading if you have any dumbphones on your plan.

Battery, the Screen, IR blaster, speaker, I really like the UI I could go on and on. With that being said I like the n5 also I just think the G2 is a much better overall phone.

Unknown, depends on whether any of the Devs own or have access to the phone and are able/willing to try to enable rooting it. It is after all 2 years old now.
