Hi there. I have RN 4X a few weeks. I asked at forum miui about how turn on EIS on camera. Somebody answer that it's possible after root, but didn't tell how I should do this.
Can somebody help me somehow? I have no root, no TWRP, but I got an update to MIUI 9 and android N today. Just downloaded .zip rom and update using update option. Thanks a lot.
Not possible. You can do things like Noise suppression, Object tracking, Manual Focus, 4K recording etc
Ok but why somebody wrote on miui forum that I can do this after root? Do you know any method to shot better photos with this phone?

Please if someone has the original WT19i "SemcCameraUI.apk" and all system related apps of camera can you upload them? I replace the apk, and it works fine, but the front camera doesn't work!!

Thanks!! SemcCameraUI.apk was the only one I needed, it fixed the front camera issue! I forgot making a backupp of this app before replacing it, but now I'll make sure i backup before replacing system apps... lol.

This won't work because the app was made for Android 4.0.4 and not for 4.1.2. Another problem should be the framework. So I think you should better forget about that

Q: camera jb+ app & snap camera HDR app posses a green corrupted screen. Those apps works great in stock ics,but it not working in cm10 & cm 10.1

u should delete ur current camera app by any root explorer app and then install it...

Canvas HD doesnt have gyroscope , so it wont work anyway.

Well, he posted the same announcement in, at least, 7 different sub-forums with the same message (And I'm not counting the ones where he got it right with the Yu Yureka); My best best is that is not for the Moto G.
Seems like a promising camera , but won't just flash it like this sorry . Provide us more info of it , proper credits and stuff like this . Make up your thread , noone will flash some unknown zip without any info for it

Yeah, it doesn't installing at all. I can't see Snapdragon Camera in app drawer and when I go to priv-app folder there isn't any Snapdragon Camera apk there :/.

Well, I think it's just an enhancement to the default camera. Is there any apk in the zip?

You can use Google's camera without any problem

Im loving it so far .
I had to flash magisk again for some reason and move google app to system so google assistant would work.
No google camera installed by rom i had to install it manually ( miui camera seems to work very well )
Overall i really like it

No major bugs found so far..
Occasionally systemui seems to stop, but that's very minor.
Also the nfc icon in the notification quick shade does nothing.
Camera is awesome.

So far can't take portrait selfie photos with gcam ( tried a fix but ended messing camera so hard to dirty flash again ) .
Also picture in picture doesn't seem to work .
Anyone else has those issues?
Miui10+ magisk=lag dunno try several miui 10 with magisk always laggy

When i try to record something, no matter if I do it by camera or sound recorder, it has no sound

If you use the twrp file manager to move the folder it will do it automatically ...
If you use root explorer same thing but its rwxr-xr-x for folder and rw-r--r-- for the apk inside

Please don't beg for another developer to just make something for you. You'll need to do this for yourself and learn the basic knowledge needed to create an update

I dont find a TWRP for this Phone, and i tried port self, but it failed.
[AOSP 10.0] [2019-12-06] Quack Phh-Treble i have now on the Phone after i found on a spain website this Tool "MTKroot 2.4.4.2-cubot-x20-pro" with this Tool i was able to root and unlock the bootloader.
At the Moment it feels like the camera is worser than before, because with the normal Camera App who comes with Treble, i looks like it wont use all 3 Cameras.

I am considering buying the phone, as it is only 100 Euros now. From what I gathered, Cubot somehow couldn't get all 3 cameras to work properly, despite using quality hardware.
But if you could just use one camera, will the quality match at least a good one-camera phone from maybe 3 years ago?
Did you try to flash AOSP? You do not need TWRP to flash system-quack-arm64-ab using fastboot.
