Don't expect it to come anytime soon, if at all.
Currently, we don't know if ANYONE is working / going to begin work with the source to get a bootable ROM, let alone add features on top and deem it "stable"
Perhaps we could turn this thread into an informative one, where if anyone knows that someone is working on O, we could get info updates.
As far as my experience is concerned, it'll take at least till November / December to get a daily driver build of O (considering that someone is working on it)

@YumeMichi thnku for build. Tried and tested. and its beautifull. It flashedwithout any issue.
Camera and mobile network is not working. So it can't be used as daily driver. So i m getting back to old rom. Thnks though

working smoothly except ril and camera. camera almost opens and catches the first frame but crashes immediately.

I flashed this rom today , first lock
sim 1 signal not good for 4G my network band 3 . i chose global net from sim setting but signal unstable .

Testing myself. WiFi functional on x727 with everything fine. Fairly stable. Cell data is working if you select LTE/GSM/WCDMA (or something like that). For my build, I'm trying to update the security patch.
Been running it for a few hours. Great so far. I haven't had any problems and it's very very smooth. My favorite test is going into maps and holding down the map and dragging around real fast. Usually always get some micro-stutter/fps drops but damn, this one's staying butter smooth!

I've tested it now and it worked without problems so far. Before I used the ResurrectionRemix (CM13) from by VillarLeg. I had license issues with payed apps and also after each dirty flash Google apps crashed. I then had to reinstall the apps from the play store. Google Home (chromecast) even did not start.
With your LineageOS test build I didn't noticed any problems so far. It runs stable and smoothly.
Is there a chance that we get a version with the January security patches incorporated?

All the 727 roms will work on 720, unless the builder bundles a radio (which is considered bad practice for roms). The specs on that page are all messed up too. Flash on your 720 with confidence.

Yes, calls and text messages seem to work fine, mms as well. I don't have data on the sim I'm using so can't test that. I noticed the last lineage build by ReimuHakurei had sim unlocked it for messages at least but calls wouldnt work. Im assuming calls didnt work because sound didnt work on that build. I had flashed the stock firmware from the unlocked version onto my boost version hoping it would unlock it but it didnt. So far this build everything is working really well

Good to hear. Owens is a great device, I'm glad you now have some stable trees to continue development with. As a matter of fact, I'm in the process of porting another ROM for this here.

What rom?
Only thing not working for me is videos so far. YouTube will work on the website but not the app. Snapchat videos also aren't playing for me. Sound works but no video. Anyone else having this issue?

It's encouraging to see that we might get Android P final build just a few days after release thanks to "artificial" Treble. Who would have told me this little gem of a device would last me 2+ years working without a glitch and updated to the latest versions.

Almost everything except for front camera. Front Camera only work using Open Camera from Play Store. For example when I want to make a status in Instagram, app crash because it's open front cam first. This also make vidcall using Whatsapp and Duo crash. But rear camera working perfectly :fingers-crossed:

Can you please explain further? If you mean incoming call, first time I don't know there's incall fix zip. After I flash it, it does fix incoming calls.

Sorry I forget version. But I download it from LineageOS by rites thread. I doubt if it because twrp. Have you tried set default Google Phone as Phone app ?

Nope, I just flashed the latest fw 8.8.30 then the treble enable zip file followed by the rom .. maybe I will try it again thank you.
Ps there are still the double voice while phone calling and the switch camera which requires 30 sec bugs in this rom?

Before you flash Treble, you need to have the right firmware/MIUI rom flashed. The MN2 Treble thread should give you an indication what is the minimum version to use. I used the latest 8.8.30 EU multi rom and that works fine with Treble. I had no luck with any of the P GSI images though. They all had some kind of shortcoming that was a deal breaker for a daily driver. Most notably due to most if not all P GSI images being rooted, could not get Magisk to hide it well enough to get Google Pay to work. I used up to the latest (v 17) Magisk image that works with Treble. I also had an other app I need for work (Concur) that would not work for the same reason. There is also overheating and battery drain issues with most GSI images. I tried many over a day and a half of stuffing around with Treble. I am now back on the above mentioned EU rom. Treble is too young for my needs just yet. Better luck to you.

I installed pixel experience (not caf) rom today on my poco F1 and the look and feel is great..but when I'm using it the touch isnt working sometimes it stucks. Only fix is to lock and unlock phone again ..then after couple minutes the issue will appear again need help

I am using pixel experience CAF version and vendor 9.4.1... there is no touch issues .. try CAF version and clean flash it
This happens for me too whenever I have TWRP recovery installed, with any ROM (both stock *and* custom ones). I only get this behaviour when entering my SIM cards PIN code or when booting TWRP (I can't swipe so I must turn the screen off, wait for about 5 seconds, then turn it in again)
On PE aosp u can flash miui kernel and fix it! Idk about caf.

Did u use aosp version? What is the most stable ? Most battery efficient? More smooth? Can u tell me answers for each questions? Thanks alot

Is it correct?
u wont face any touch issues if u use 9.3.28 kernel, only stock kernel has no issues with touch, idk if pe will boot with it or not... try it yourself, bt i am sure that 9.3.28 has the best touch drivers.

U can just take the boot.img from miui also only. On PE

I already have PE aosp installed with 9.5.8-9.0 vendor-firmware on my Poco F1. Is it alright to flash just the MIUI kernel (kernel-beryllium_global_9.4.8-ak2.zip) and nothing else?
Or do I need to repeat the whole flashing firmware / installing PE OS thing?

Just flash the kernal alone you will be fine
