I'm using xPower v5 and I haven't done any hard research into it but it does seem to give me better battery life than the latest stock firmware.

With what I have seen, battery life on s9+ (exynos) really sucks with semi-heavy usage (because of bad tweaking from Samsung?). There are already ROMs and Kernels, but are any of those capable of somewhat good battery life increase on this thing?
