The definition of warez: software that has been illegally copied and made available. Practically no warez... Lucky patcher is not warez and the support patch doesn't make any so your point is not right.

Not gonna lie. Lucky patcher certainly doesn't do any good to any developer BUT that doesn't mean it's warez. It DOESN'T create any warez. It analyzes the apps in your phone and doesn't create "illegal" copies of software not bought. So technically no rules were broken...

And I'm not trying to use it to cause any harm to a developer. I 'm making an app but because this error I cannot test the security of the in app purchases.
Lucky patcher and all mentions of the app are banned on xda. You will find no help here.
Lucky patcher IS considered warez on xda. Yes, it does have some other uses that fall outside of that definition, but as long as it can be used as warez, the discussion thereof is strictly prohibited on this site.

Sorry about that, I decided to post in original location because the question would probably warrant a hack of some kind on Market app.
Anyways, back to topic, yes, I was too able only to accept terms of use and choose an account to be run with, but as soon as Market reaches the stage where interface should be shown, it crashes
I'm interested in this also. Market 2.3.6 does not have the "screen density" compatibility check for apps, so I won't get that "This application is not compatible with your device" message.
I've managed to run Android Market 2.3.6 on ICS and it works beautifully (one small annoyance though).
I needed to resign Vending.apk with platform certificates using ZipSigner 2. After that, I pushed the resigned Vending.apk to /system/app/, replacing the original.
The annoyance is that every time Market 2.3.6 starts and every time I want to purchase something, there's a popup asking me which account to use, from two accounts enabled on my phone. I choose the right account and then it works fine.

Dear all, hope this finds you well
When trying to download some apk apps that seem require specific permissions e.g blackmart, luckypatcher or kingroot the "next " button is not responding
I already enabled unknown resources installation but unfortunately it didn't work
my device is Xperia Z5 E6633 unroot
thanks in advance
You won't find any help here with those Warez apps. They are banned here as is all talk about them.
I would advise you to get rid of them before you end up with malware.

Hmm but I used to install these apps with no problems
If I want to bypass this issue in general despite the apps mentioned, what should I do?
WAREZ has 0 tolerance on XDA !

If the above respectable member couldn`t make it clear to you , I will try on more time .
Read our XDA Forum Rules and especially the one below that you just violated

Dan - forum moderator
Hello everybody
I have a rooted Phone S4 5.0.1 (GT 19595) and using mod edit: app name removed ... since the playstore updated to 8.1.72.S-all the newest mod edit: app name removed not more compatible with it.
I deleted the update and installed older version 5.7.10 working with mod edit: app name removed but before I can enter the game ... the damnit playstore update in background back to 8.1.72.S-all and mod edit: app name removed not working.
Any idea what I can do?
(Sorry I am new in this Forum ... hopeful I croosed the right part to ask my question. I am from Germany and English not my best language Hihi )
Thank you for any help
Nobody will help you here in that problem. Warez and hacking apps are prohibited here.
The thread got closed due to the reason mentioned in the post directly above this one.

I bought an app that got taken off the app store so I decided to download it off a random site because I'm not going to pay again and it had license verification so I installed it on my rooted tablet and modified it with lucky patcher and it worked.
Only problem is that while you can obviously send an apk to one device from another you can't place the special folder from data/user/0 in to that same directory on a non-rooted device.
Is there any solution to this?
Edit: I tried Helium and tried every solution but when I connect it to my device and allow USB debugging it just says it is waiting permission from desktop app but the desktop app says it allowed it ...
You are on your own. Also don't mention lucky patcher. It is banned here as it is Warez and you will find no help if you use it at all.

Some of us do not install G**gle apps (incl Play). We use instead F-Droid and APKPure.
But some apps insist that they require Play... it's not a technical requirement, just one they throw in there, but it's a real problem as I am not going to install Play just for that.
Does anyone know of a Play 'placeholder' or 'simulator' which will satisfy this specious requirement? Or has anyone decompiled an app to remove this requirement?
Recommendations?

Apparently you haven't actually tried this. There is very little depth of knowledge about things Android, in general. We are fortunate here to have a competent dev and some competent users. This is rare.
It is unusual to not be at all dependent on G**gle, and I am happy to help with what I know about freeing yourself completely. But there are some catches, and the question I'm asking is the last one for me.
I can probably figure it out for myself, but when forced to do that I am not as inclined to share if sharing (or even trying) is not part of the ethos..
So can we can, or can we can't? :cyclops:

Try MicroG. Your purpose will be solved without installing any GAPPS.

Always share helpful info.
I believe the response the person made was a legit argument basically being made to help direct you to find a better place with much higher odds of getting an answer (looks like you got it tho).
But that doesn't mean you can't ask or can't share. It's all up to you. Sharing knowledge is the foundation this forum has thrived in. Personally I hope nothing defers anyone to question that regardless of any responses made or not made.
And yes, this is an excellent dev. But he's here to help primarily with his area of expertise, which according to the thread title is with Havoc issues. He can't be relied upon to answer non ROM questions (yet he probably would if he knew).
@Quantumstate,
I had to move your question and the corresponding answers to a specific thread (your thread now) to "Android Development and Hacking Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting" because the thread where you posted initially was not the best place to ask.
I have named the thread "How to get rid of Playstore requirement for some apps?" because I had to fill a subject (is mandatory) but feel free to edit the title yourself if it's not OK for you.
Also, I suggest you to read THIS THREAD by @Oswald Boelcke, you could eventually find some clues there. If not maybe Oswald Boelcke or any other members (developers or not) here should be able to help you in this new Q&A thread
Thanks for understanding

@Quantumstate I just realised that @Wood Man pinged me and pointed you to my thread. Feel free to ask me in my thread or certainly here whatever you want to know. But I assume you first have a lot of reading ahead.
Additionally to my thread, I'd like to drag your attention to some more XDA threads in this context. In these threads are also links to Github/Gitlab including excellent tutorials. If you want you'll be able to leave Google services or requirements in many although not all cases behind; however, it also depends of the ROM(s) you use. This means if you commence a discussion please also provide insight into details of your device, system and configuration.

Last remark: On none of our devices, any Google service or application is installed. But all of our application run fine without and by the use of µG instead. The very few application, from which I expect push notifications, do receive them on time via GCM/FCM.
The one and only Google application, which I've installed, is the Google Play Store modified by Setalphia, the developer of above linked NanoDroid. It allows me easy access and updates of my applications purchased on Google PS respectively to conduct in-app purchases that I mainly do in order to support a good development and developer unless the developer offers different means of donation.
I knew we could count on you Oswald :highfive:
