LG Stylo 3 Plus stuck at boot - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So, I decided to delete some bloatware, ended up deleting the bloatware that kept my phone running and now I can only go on TWRP, I have no backup and LG hasn't released the stock yet so I guess I have to wait for my dead phone to get a stock rom? That is unless there's another way?

Welcome Back...

1) Download The Latest LG Drivers For Your Computer..
2) Install The LG Tool Software..
3) Connect With Your Original Charge / Data Cable..
4) Select "Update Recovery"..
5) Relax... It Will Be A While..
Welcome Back To The World Of The Living Phones.... And To *10c*...

I did the same thing. spent a couple hours trying to fix it. LgTool tells me phone is on current software and refuses to do an update even from the recovery console. scratching my head on this one...
LG Mobile Support Tool Errors out. Extracted KDZ image for system.img cant be flashed with TWRP (Something along the lines of the file being too big).

[Q] CAN ANYBODY HELP ME!!!! phone bricked!!

i have an lg optimus s and i rooted it with gingerbreak and everything was fine. i downloaded and installed root tools and put on another boot animation which worked fine. but i did not backup my stock boot animation. later i was viewing apps that were already installed on my phone and deleted some i didnt think were neccassary. like voice dailer live wallpapers and sprint id etc. right after that i couldnt get anything started. like marketplace or bowser. everything kept force closing once i started it. so i restarted my phone and it kept on getting stuck on my boot animation. usually where the android shows but now its a matrix theme. so i factory reset my phone and reboot and i dont have a boot animation anymore and it still wont turn on. any suggestions?
Just now a realized you wrote optimus S. Nevermind...
You can use the method described in this thread to get the latest official ROM for your phone directly from LG then flash it using KDZ.
Use the method under the title "How to get stock FW, which should be in my device (FW that LG update tool provide me)" that worked for me some days ago.
Get KDZ from here: http://www.4shared.com/file/UleS4dP3/KDZ_FW_UPD_EN.html
I don't have a link for a guide on how to use KDZ, but I think is worth reminding you to disable the lg modem from the device manager in windows.

ok.. so......it wont open the file viewer for my phone
Use the link:
csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/svc/popup/model_check.jsp?model=<model_of_phone>&esn=<serial_number>.
I used the LG update mobile to see the Sprint/LG phones and I think the code is one of these:

[Q] Flashing Basics, who can tell?

HI,
After flashing a numerous HTC HD2 and Note N7000 i got now stuck with a Chinese Clone.
I flashed a lot of ROM on this phone and finally i got one working with playstore and working IMEI (which disappeared after the first flash)
I probably made a mistake to choos Format All in SP Flashtool and flashed the latest ROM that was working. All went fine and he started.
Then something strange happened. The whole touchscreen is working but on the wrong places, i can activate all menu's etc. But i have to click in the middle to get up and the back and menu touch are just on the screen not on the bottom.

Looking at flash tool it has a warning with manually format that calibration could be lost, is that what happend ?
I tried numerous other roms the install and work but not the touchscreen.
I found out which displaydriver i got (1-nt35590_hd720_dsi_cmd_truly) but no corresponding ROMS for my phone but ROM for other phone
Can somebody tell me if they should be mergable? Or how to flash the calibrationdata ? I inserted other nvram.img files with succes to get an IMEI. Is there a files i have to insert to get the correct LCD/Touchscreendriver?
I know that there are 2 preloader type that make my phone alive. After reading many hours i suspect that uboot.img could be the file, althugh i now come across ramdisk.img
(YES I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO FORGET TO MAKE A BACKUP OF THE ORIGINAL ROM)
After four week straight in a row testing more that 50 ROM and not getting the original from seller the phone is send back to china. I looks like a hardware failure

KDZ/TOT Flashing Fails, Bricked due to bad 47A flash

Hello, I am trying to return to stock for Miitomo/Android Pay to work on my G3-VS985 from CM13 nightlies with the last LP radios and boostack of 35B
Essentially what happens on all flashing methods is it fails to install the mtp drivers, and fails to connect regardless of OS bitness and version (Win10x64 and Win7x32 tested) and does not change the COM number on the phone's screen,
on one of the flashes it deleted the bootloader flash partition, and i re-flashed it in TWRP3, alongside all the 47A partitions except system and recovery, blaming possibly dead partitions of previous flashes, in hope to fix the flash mode
and here i am, stuck on just 47A flash mode which doesnt seem to respond enough to flash a KDZ or TOT
in the flash mode's status box it states "VUSER B60"
How likely am i to get this back up and running? and if so, how would i go about this?
THIS HAS BEEN FIXED, BAD CABLE
Glad you solved your problem! In the future, please put questions in the Q&A section. I'll notify a mod to move it.
You can also edit the title of your thread in the Advanced edit view, and put "SOLVED" in the title.
Edit: Also, are you sure your HD2 is dead? Or just resting? (Sorry, Monty Python reference)

Lost stock recovery on ACER B3-20 after failed update (rooted)

Hi,
I own an Acer B3-20 tablet with stock firmware, rooted via kingroot and unkingrooted with supersu me pro.
An OTA update came today for my tablet and I did proceed not thinking about the root thing.
The update failed with the file
Code:
/usr/bin/debugd64
found not equal to the one expected. I assume it is the rooting process that changed that file.
No damage was done when I rebooted. All was there.
So I said to me. I am gonna reflash (OS_Acer_AV0L0.B3-A20.RV03RC06.WW.GEN1_A51L_A.zip) the stock firmware from SD Card to get rid of root but when I got into recovery mode (power+ vol up) I discovered that menu in chinese instead of stock recovery. OMG!

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Edit: looks a lot like this
I tried again the update after deactivating super su. (unrooting ?). It failed to do the update again but drop me it what seems to be exactly the stock recovery. So I used it to reflash the original firmware provided by Acer for the tablet. hence unrooting completly. and proceed to make the update again which worked this time. :silly:
Did you get the new chinese recovery after the update ? my build is now: Acer_AVOLO_B3-20_RV07RC01_WW_GEN1
How did I get the original stock recovery given I have already reflashed the original firmware and did not get it back (but I applied the OTA update on top of it) ?
What does every line of it mean ? Can somebody translate this menu, please ? the last one is reboot . It's all I manage to get
first highlited line seems some low level stuff and all this does not seem to be the recovery in chinese.
Thanks

Lg K7 Unstable connection avoid flashing

Hi , I think I probably f*kc up something. My sister just changed his phone to a new one so I borrowed his old Lg K7 x210 3G (I just post all the info I have about the model cause I don't really know exactly which one is) Well I unloaded the Bootloader and tried to change the recovery. I fallowed the steps of the guide but at the end I finished having the "No Command" error . This got me nervous and I started to touch things without knowing what I was doing (really, REALLY bad idea )
So the phone got stuck on a bootloop , well time to flash to get rid of the loop. The main problem is that I can't flash anything (except for the preloader) because it disconects all the time. I installed 20 different drivers and Sp Flash Tools versions (erasing the old ones with USBDeview )
These are the two states that jumps every 2 seconds.

}
What can I do to avoid this "jumps" and flash the rom correctly to the phone?
I tried 2 different pc , all the ports in this pc and all the cables I could find at home
PS: This are the different guides and tutorials I tried but failed.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1982587 (It can't connect to the lg app because the "jumping" issue )
https://forum.xda-developers.com/elephone-m2/help/windows-10-mtk-vcom-usb-drivers-32-64-t3267033 (Tried these on a W10 computer but again the device cant stay connect for more than 2 seconds )

Thanks for your help . I don't want to give so early I think it could be fixed.
