Hey there,
My friend's old phone alcatel pop d5 suddenly stopped booting. It either stays on alcatel logo or endlessly optimizes "Android" but never starts. I have tried many times to reset the phone and wipe the cache but without any success.
Do you have any ideas how I can boot again into this phone? Maybe sideload something or I don't know... I'm stuck here.
Thanks

Hi , I think you need to re-flash your stock firmware , so search on the internet for stock firmware for your device and flash with SP flash tool .
Here is example what you need to do, but when you find your firmware make sure is the same model .

Hello people.
I have KINGZONE SM-N9002 (Clone of Samsung Galaxy Note 3) MTK6582 and today I tried to install this ROM (Android 4.4 KitKat) -> needrom.com/download/am3-kk-v1-0-for-kingzone-sm-n9002 . I did everything, wiped data/cache/ everything I needed to and installed it . Then clicked on Reboot, and what happened is that my phone doesn't reach the menu, it just reboots showing the logo screen every time constantly!!!! I clicked on restore on Recovery mode, but it seems there are no files there. I tried to to reflash my ROM using this -> needrom.com/download/kingzone-sm-n9002-mt6582 but when I do it using Flash Tools, I get the error Invalid scatter file format. Please help! I'm in terrible need of my phone and since it is a clone, I will have to send it back to China and wait ages for it get back. Plus, I'm leaving for Scotland in two weeks time so I'm in desperate need of my phone. I cannot do anything!!! I have Flash Tools and MTK Droid Tools on my PC, so can you suggest anything that can save me????
I finally managed to flash my ROM using SP Flash tools but now my screen shows something like green pixels and it doesn't respond to anything!!!! It's like my display is completely "broken".... Please help!

I ran into a similar problem and unfortunately can only help you half-way.
You need to somehow load and install a new ROM.
The official Redmi Note 2 ROMS are on the Xiami website. Go to downloads, find your phone and then select the ROMs. I cannot paste you the link because I'm a new user.
Unfortunately I am not aware of how you can put it on the phone without loading into the OS first.
This brings us to another question: Is anybody aware of a method to load a ROM zip into the phone memory through the bootloader?
Finally, is there a list of apps which can be safely deleted without wrecking havoc in the OS or a safe way of doing that?
I couldn't even delete the xiaomi marketplace without rendering the phone inoperable.
You have to download a fastboot rom
http://update.miui.com/updates/v1/fullromdownload.php?d=hermes&b=F&r=cn&n=
Then flash it with MiFlash (download) using flash_all_except_storage.bat file
I used the official guide for updating with fastboot
http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
Ps why didn't you install the xiaomi.eu rom? It hasn't got bloatwares

Thx for the replys. I solved the problem with a fastboot rom and the miflash tool. And have installed adb program. After the process was done it has taken much time at the loading screen but after a few minutes it was all good.
So from yesterday my phone is stucked on a bootloop ... i didn't installed anything in the last days, i didn't installed anyupdate.
I tried to install stock firmware via odin but i'm still on bootloop ...
Before installing stock firmware my phone was booting until android .. it showed Android is optimizing app x from xx and then rebooting and doing the same thing ..
After intalling stock my phone is restarting after Galaxy s6 edge - powered by android logo.
I've looked into this forum and tried to solve how others solved, but nothings work ...
Anyone knows how to solve this?
I tried to flash custom rom but i cannot copy on internal storage via twrp ... and i dunno also how to solve this ...

When a phone is in a hard-bricked state it’s most likely that the bootloaders, which is the phones initial code to launch the phones ROM, becomes corrupted.
The only way to revive the phone is to rewrite the bootloader code.
So basically, if you can't flash a rom through twrp or odin, this service we'll rewrite the os from scratch without having any acces to phone.
Hi guys, can you help me with my problem with my alcatel one touch pixi 3 (4.5) 4027D after flashing a ROM using SPFT everything went okay the phone boots up, the apps are installed, the ROM is perfect but when I dial a no. It says "SIM ME LOCK the selected sim slot is now locked, please unlock it first". I searched on Google for any solution but all solutions are the paid. I tried flashing a diffirent roms but it does not finish its installation it just restarts then it keeps restarting showing only the alcatel one touch logo after white screen appears then restarts.. Sadly that process keeps repeating. Please guys really need your help
Thanks in advance.
Did you ever solve this issue? Hopefully you backed up your original firmware before you flashed the other rom.

Hi,
a few days ago a friend of mine got his Alcatel PIXI 4 5010D corrupted (I don't know how).
I flashed a stock rom but it got simlocked.
Now I'm trying to install a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM, but the phone gets softbricked whenever I try (loop logo and black screen on boot).
If anybody has an stock rom (without simlock) or a working recovery, I'll be very happy. The phone is spanish.
Kind regards,
Mowstyl.
