The box have been change to android 4.4 firmware using pad tool. I accidentally press the factory reset. It stuck on the logo and i reset by poking the reset button but no effect. Is there anyway to recover.

hi all, I have the zte Carl. I can't do a factory reset .every time I try, the result is a white screen on reboot and stuck there. I tried to do hard reset but still got white screen. the basic problem is that both home and dial button not working so I want to do a reset. I need some consolation. I unlocked my tablet using the asus unlocker. I did not have a custom rom installed but it was rooted. One day i needed more space on my tablet, i decided to be lazy and instead of deleting the apps i would factory reset the device. i used cwm as the factory reset instead of the one in the system. during the reset my tablet's battery dies. now it is completely bricked it will boot to the screen saying that the tablet is unlocked and won't progress past that. i have tried every combination of buttons and i cannot get into the cwm recovery nor any other screen. The tablet is completely unresponsive. Is there a way that i could open the tablet take the hard drive and format it on my computer. Then replace it with new firmware and boot loader? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I've a Honor 7 running the most recent B121 update.
I've also unlocked the bootloader(couldn't root it) so bootloader is all that's unlocked.
I've sold the phone and was trying to Factory reset it to give it to the new buyer but using the Factory Reset function in the settings caused it to sit on the Boot up screen (Honor, powered by Android).
I can eventually get it to reboot after holding down power and volume(have to do it twice).
What am I doing wrong here and what can I do to fully factory reset the device for it's new owner?

Hi, my tablet is stucked on deleting while factory reset.
I'm not able to open recovery as tablet every-time boots to "deleting" screen.
Resetting tablet via pin hole does not help as well.
I tried to leave tablet two days in deleting menu connected to charger - and still the same -> deleting...
Do you have any idea how to fix this ?

My R1 HD went in to a boot loop a few days ago. It is running the factory OS, though I don't have the version. S/N is S4DAYSEEPVKNN7YP.
I can get to the boot menu, which offers recovery/fastboot/normal. Recovery gets me to a dead android/red triangle screen. I'm stumped from there. I've tried various button combos but it just reboots after a few minutes. The boot menu doesn't offer any reset options. I can also hold power/vol up/vol down and get to meta mode.
I have the SDK/platform tools but they expect a running OS to do anything.
Any advice? Factory reset, reflash, whatever is fine.
